Really loved our stay here, the apartment was so clean and well thought out. We were also left a bottle of bubbly as we were celebrating our anniversary but we were so busy we didn’t get chance to drink it (thank you so much though). Staff were great, explaining everything in detail when we arrived over a glass of wine. When we checked out in the early hours the man on reception was so friendly and asking if we wanted coffee to go. Breakfast was also lovely, loved the pastries and ability to make our own juice. Would highly recommend.
Not necessarily the property but the area is very touristy so live music and events happen late into the evening which was quite nice but not for everyone.

Great location yet quiet. Instead of a breakfast service each room had its own ingredients that you could cook as you liked. Fresh bread on your door each morning.
Be aware: you walk through the glass-doomed bathroom to enter your room. Weird.

HIstoric accommodations in the heart of old Lisbon; excellent location for walking to sights and restaurants. Modern design in old building; tasteful and beautiful. The breakfast provided, the extra efforts the staff went to in order to make our stay a warm welcome was really what sets this small, luxury boutique hotel apart from any other we've stayed in. Coming back at the end of a day of exploring, being offered a glass of wine; chatting with other guests .. it felt like coming home. HIghly recommend. Would love to return.
Can't think of anything.

Didn't like the 'do it yourself breakfast'

Furnished and equipped to a high standard. Fantastic staff. Great location.
Felt pads on the chair legs would stop hearing a scraping noise from other rooms.

the staff is super helpful and kind and the property is in a perfect spot of Lisbon no too far from the center and not too close to the movida
only 20 minutes of hot water but are more than enough if you take a shower with your partner

Staff and quality of room.
Option of a cooked breakfast. But this was a minor issue.

Location, kindness of receptions, cleaness, comfy beds.
Room’s walls were really thin, we could hear everyone above and next to us.

From the moment we arrived we were met by friendly reception staff, offered drinks and were given a full explanation of Dare Lisbon House. All the staff we met were really friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean, and cleaned daily. The provisions for breakfast were well thought out, with even fresh oranges and an electric orange squeezer. The espresso machine was great too! The whole atmosphere in the hotel was very relaxed, but super efficient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fresh fruits were replenished daily.

The location is terrific which is why we returned to the hotel after a November 2022 visit. We loved having kitchen facilities so that we could have a cup of tea and eat whenever we wanted to
The teaspoons are too tiny. They almost get lost in the cups. Also a wash cloth should be provided for cleaning the kitchen counter.

Perfect location and the most amazing, beautiful and homely place you could stay in Lisbon! All of the small touches like the freshly baked bread outside the room in the morning, the free pastries and the complementary glasses of wine really made our stay! The staff are really lovely too and go out of their way to make sure you have the best trip. One of the best places I’ve stayed for a weekend in Europe and excellent value for money.

Excellent apartment with great big windows. The breakfast items in the room and daily fresh bread/pastries was a nice change. Perfect location in the middle of it all.
I want to go back!

The hotel is amazing, modern decor and a perfect location. We were greeted in a professionally and friendly manner. Throughout our stay we were made to feel at home, with lots of suggestions on what we could do.
Just can't praise the hotel and the staff enough.
We loved it all.

A beautifully restored historic property with attention to details. Very comfortable beds and linens. Amazing bread delivery in the morning - with a kitchen stocked for breakfast. The staff was warm and welcoming - provided us with local tips to make getting around easy. Dining recommendations were spot on.
not a thing - looking forward to staying again!

fresh bread and pastries delivered each morning
it was very loud !!!!!!!!!!!!! Between construction noise starting at 8 am, and music from the restaurant downstairs (until 12 am) there was the permanent noise of the very loudly closing doors.

A great little boutique hotel in a fantastic location with exceptional staff.
we stayed 5 nights and felt breakfast could have had a little more variety but it is still a good breakfast

Everything from the reception to the room, it was beyond our expectations. What you see on the photos are exactly the same in actual. Design, modern but the touch of history remains. Cleanliness, uniqueness especially the breakfast that you have to make on your own, amazing.

Our first time in Portugal and our first stop. I couldn't have picked a better place. I loved this hotel with its "apartment" feel in a perfect city location, close to walking to all the sites. Everyone was so warm and welcoming, not to mention very helpful with advice for restaurants and day trips/arranging a tour. The room was cute and clean, with a very comfortable bed and outstanding bathroom. The kitchen was a special treat - everything you could need to settle in for a week. Extra touches, such as complimentary glass of wine, t-shirt, and morning baked bread/pastries made it a special place. Can't wait to return!
*Private tour with Eduard to Sintra and surrounding sites was awesome!
