The room was great, and the location couldn't be better near to the Colosseum! The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the room was just the right size for two people, and the bathroom was perfect and excellent.
Giuseppe was incredibly kind and attentive to all our needs.
Although breakfast isn't included, that's not a problem at all, as there's a great little place right downstairs where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast and other tasty treats.
Having an elevator was definitely a big plus, especially when carrying luggage. However, one thing to keep in mind is that the particular room we chose required climbing some stairs, which could be a challenge for guests with reduced mobility.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay! If you're looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel near the Colosseum, I highly recommend this place!

Our second stay and we are so glad to be back. Perfect location, everything we need, easy team to deal with!

Cleanliness of the room.
I thought it was a hotel but actually it is an apartment converted into 3 rooms.
The room had no desk to work from and no ironing board. The hot water was lukewarm. There was no host on site. All communications were done by WhatsApp. I was not able to easily locate the site as there is no signage on the street frontage.
