Guadalupe Daze is the place to stay for your next Hill Country getaway! This 2,100 square foot home comfortably hosts up to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Inside is designed for Hill Country living. The living room provides comfortable seating for your party with a couch and two love seats. Want some TV time? Head around the corner for the entertainment area that offers seating and an HDTV. For mealtime, the home includes a fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, essential kitchenware, and plenty of space. For dining, you'll find a dining table that comfortably seats 8 as well as a breakfast nook that seats 4. There's also a washer and dryer available for guest use. Upstairs is where you'll find the first bedroom complete with a queen-size bed. The first full bathroom features a shower/tub combo. Downstairs is where you'll find the second and third bedrooms both complete with queen-size beds. Downstairs is where you'll also find the second full bathroom that features a shower/tub combo. The fourth bedroom is located upstairs and includes 2 twin beds. The location of Guadalupe Daze can't be beat. First, the home is located on the lower Guadalupe River in scenic New Braunfels. Take advantage of the convenient waterfront access right outside the backyard. There is a large rock ledge at the river's edge that makes for easy river entry, as well as a great place to lounge and enjoy the cool waters. The nearest river outfitter to equip you with rafts and tubes is a short 2- 3 minute walk down the street. Whitewater Amphitheater, River Road Ice House, Gruene Hall, Schlitterbahn, and much more are within a quick drive of the property. *You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Maximum occupancy at all times for this home is 8 guests. Please come and have a good time, but be aware that behavior that is disrespectful or disruptive will result in forfeiting the remainder of your stay. *No smoking or pets are allowed on this property. This house checked all our wants -on the river and accessible - tubing outfitter near house- large house giving everybody their own bedroom -huge deck and table to play games ,etc nice house layout -enough room for 4 cars even tho it says only 3 - fun was had by all!!!

We have come to this wonderful house each summer - except 2020 - since 2011. walking in the front door feels like coming home. The bathrooms were remodeled since we were here last year. That was a pleasant surprise. The river access is so nice. Kids from littles to bugs can play in the river with its shallow rock shelf by the shore and deeper channel in the middle. There is so much living space here - separate tv room and large deck allow us to spread out. Btw I dining tables and barstools let us set up a game or puzzle and still be able to eat together. As soon as we figure out the dates around our teens I'll be making reservations for next summer.

Brought grandkids to see hill country, hike and play in the water. We tubed down the river, went to canyon lake and blanco state park and Guadalupe river state park.

The house is very comfortable. My friends and I spent a relaxing few days by the river. Lots of room for the five of us college buddies who get together for a few days at least once a year. Beds are comfortable, TVs to watch baseball games, sat out on the deck under beautiful trees, great access to the river. The house is a little worn from usage, but nothing broken and everything clean. All necessities are there. Nice location on the river and less than 10 minutes to get to Sattler for groceries, pizza and hamburgers. Rhonda at Vacay Hill Country was very attentive; helped us get an early check in and gave us a phone call to ask if we needed anything.

The house was nice and cozy. We were upset that the grass was really tall while all the neighbors grass was mowed. That made it difficult to enjoy being right on the river. The chairs outside had a lot of cracked legs but overall it was a nice getaway.

House was perfect for us (5 adults, 2 kids). Clean and everything worked. We did have one problem that popped up mid-visit but property manager got it fixed right away. One of the best VBRO stays that we have had.

This is on the perfect spot for a stay on the river. Although the house is older, it is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen provided enough space to cook for eight. All appliances worked. A big table provided space for boardgames and puzzles. The real treasure of this place is it's setting on the river. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We loved the property and the river views! The house was perfect for the 7 of us to enjoy our thanksgiving, and the kids loved all the outside space and foosball table. The weather was chilly but that didn’t stop us from kayaking down the river! We plan to book again for the summer so we can float the river! Thank you

A very relaxing and quiet stay. Near enough to San Antonio and New Braunfels (wedding in NB) but secluded enough for quiet. A few kayakers. Would be fun to come and do that sometime. we only had two vehicles but 3 would definitely max out the parking area. So glad we picked this property.

It's a great property with a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, and everything you need to have a great stay. The deck is huge and well-lit for nighttime games or dinner out. Easy access to the river with chairs to carry down as well. Nice place!

We enjoyed our stay at the property. Having someone rush onto the property on early Tuesday to take trash cans to curb which we entirely planned on taking out Tuesday evening was a bit unnerving. The house itself needed some work, with cracks in the tile and damage to some walls. Also, the back deck and stairs didn’t look like they had been swept in awhile. There was also a pair of shorts and trash under the beds.

The property location was great which is what was the most important! Great spot on the water, with a shallow area perfect for kids swimming and some nice deep areas to swim in. Plenty of dishes, utensils, pots/pans, blender and really everything you need! Washer and dryer was nice to! The only down side is the sliding door leading out to the porch water/gets stuck and was a pain to open. Other than that it was perfect. We enjoyed cooking dinner each night, used the BBQ pit and sat down at the nice big table, perfect for 8 adults.

The deck is huge overlooking the River. Just steps away from floating or sitting with your feet in the water. Love the lights strung on the deck. Thank you for a great experience.

We loved this house! Everything was super easy. One of the cleanest places I've ever rented. I wish there would have been more toliet paper/paper towels but everything else was amazing. Great water location.
