Nestled in Seaside, this lovely house for $1,097 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. HOME HIGHLIGHTS: - Per WaterColor HOA, all guests 5 years of age or older must be included in your adult guest total in order to receive wristbands to access amenities and pools. This home is allotted 14 wristbands. - Located in WaterColor's Lake District - Private pool **Pool heating available from Oct 1-May 1 for $25 per day** - Sprawling porch with dining area - Outdoor shower - 6 adult bikes - Dedicated parking for 4 vehicles - Complete Clean Linen Participant - ALL linens, including comforter covers, are laundered upon every checkout Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico. DETAILS: Enjoy all this home has to offer with its own private pool, beautiful screen porches, and breathtaking viewing tower. Once inside and having a beautiful neutral palette, this home also features unique architecture and beautifully simple furnishings. The living area offers plenty of seating focused on the fireplace and wall-mounted flat-screen television. It beautifully flows into the gorgeous dining area that features a natural wood table with seating for 8 accented by the chandelier hanging above. This room continues flowing into the gorgeous gourmet kitchen. This room will be the favorites of all the "cooks" with its top-of-the-line appliances and all of the amenities you would expect. The second floor houses 4 bedrooms, the first of which is the primary suite. This primary bedroom has a beautiful king-size bed and connecting bath with double vanity, jetted tub, and shower. The second king room can be considered a second primary and offers a private bath with double vanity and shower. The 2 queen rooms offer peaceful elegance and have connected baths with single vanities and tub/shower combos. On the third floor, you will find the large bunk room offering 4 built-in twin-size bunk beds. Kids of all ages will love these beautiful built-in bunks. Each bedroom in this home offers guests their own TV/DVD players as well. The Carriage House located just above the garage provides a peaceful retreat. This studio-style efficiency offers plenty of amenities. The bedroom/living area is complete with a relaxing sitting area with TV/DVD and a king-size bed situated under the gorgeous beamed ceilings. A small kitchen area features a small refrigerator, coffee maker, sink, and toaster oven. A private bath is available in this retreat and boasts a gorgeous single vanity as well as a shower/tub combo. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 14): SECOND FLOOR: - Primary Bedroom One: King Bed, Private Bathroom with Shower and Tub - Primary Bedroom Two: King Bed, Private Bathroom with Shower Only - Guest Bedroom: Queen Bed, Private Bathroom with Shower/Tub Combo - Guest Bedroom: Queen Bed, Private Bathroom with Shower/Tub Combo THIRD FLOOR: - Bunk Room: Two Twin over Twin Built-in Bunk Beds, Shared Bathroom with Shower/Tub Combo CARRIAGE HOUSE: Guest Bedroom: King Bed, Private Bathroom with Shower/Tub Combo Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

We absolutely loved the house and it’s definitely on our list for a repeat visit.....perhaps over Thanksgiving! This house is giving me ideas for the house I’d love to purchase down there long term! Only suggestion is that for such a nicely appointed kitchen in terms of appliances, there are many things missing in the kitchen - no food processor? Utensils - no basting brush? No Tupperware/storage for left-overs? On the bikes, the rubber handles pop off easily, which caused a couple of near wrecks. All minor stuff, though!

We have been coming to Watercolor for 12 years and this was our first time to stay in this house. The house has everything to offer and is well appointed. I would recommend this house as you will not be disappointed. The pictures of the living room and TV look small but upon arrival we couldn't believe how big the living room was. The TV is not as small as the pictures appear. This house has plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your stay.

We had a wonderful time at 137 Scub Oak! Our whole family enjoyed this beautiful home, lovely outdoor area and pool! We were kept indoors more than usual with some rainy days but still managed to play several rounds of golf. We also booked several extra adventures such as sand castle lessons and an evening beach bonfire which added to overall experience. We can't wait to return to watercolor, truly our whole family's happy place :)
