Nestled in Pensacola Beach, this attractive house for $355 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. The TownHomes of the Regency Cabanas are located on the world famous Pensacola Beach, known for it's white 'sugar-like' sands. The unit is 3 stories, with a private parking garage. The unit overlooks 1 of 2 pools, which is available to guests. As part of the Gulf Offshore Islands National Park & Seashore, the island is several miles long, offering shops, casual as well as fine dining and clubs. It offers several miles of undisturbed and undeveloped national and state park lands, great for those peaceful walks or bike riding. The Northern Gulf of Mexico waters as well as local bay waters, offer some of the best fishing (Marlin, Grouper, Red Snapper, etc) as well as excellent scuba diving (USS Oriskany). Visit Fort Pickens, a pre civil war Fort, which is now a National Park. Close by is the City of Pensacola, with an active downtown quarter, visit the historic Seville Quarter, with it's quaint shops, restaurants and nightlife. Pensacola Public Fishing Pier: Want to fish in deep waters, but don't want to do it in a boat, Pensacola Beach offers an excellent Public Fishing Pier, as well as a fishing pier area on the bay side. These fishing spots abound in both small and large salt water game fish, such as; Snapper, Grouper, Redfish, Spanish & King Mackerel, as well as many other varieties. Churches: Pensacola Beach offers denominational as well as non-denominational churches and places to worship. Transportation: Rental cars, taxi's, beach style buggies and limited public transportation is available

The townhome was nice and was located in a wonderful spot. Bill was wonderful as a host and responded promptly to any questions. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. We had an amazing time.

This place far exceeded our expectations. I honestly do not believe the photos do the place or complex true justice. The complex is very well kept, with the pools larger than most (especially the pool closer to the street), and very easy access to the beach. The view from the balcony to the second pool and lagoon area were great too. Both bedrooms are much larger than we expected, and its really nice to have those on the top floor apart from the living room and kitchen. The unit was very clean and well stocked. The garage was great to have, and the owner provided tons of stuff to use (bikes, beach chairs, cart to haul stuff to the beach, etc.). Check in and check out could not have been easier. Would definitely go back.

Stay was amazing, had to wait for room past time of said check in. Also was asked if I wanted late check out, I assumed this was because of late check in. But, late check was pulled for whatever reason! Only complaint, other than that love Pensacola/gulf breeze, fav part was how time just stopped/slowed down!

For those looking for pet friendly lodging this is a good option. Not many in the area. Although an older unit it is large, clean, well appointed, stocked with all the basics you need, 4 minute walk to the beach, has a very responsive friendly helpful property manager.

Everything was just like being at home. Clean with all the amenities. Hop skip jump to the beach, good beach location as it's away from the large condos and hotels so more just locals and other short term renters.

Great communication, extra perks with chairs and stuff for the beach. The beach is walking distance and was not crowded. Plenty of extra clean towels. Great location, close to shopping, fun and food!!! Would recommend highly! We look forward to coming back. Great place for memory marking!!

The listing doesn't do this property justice. The pictures made it look a little old and worn, however it is beautiful. Yes, the unit is a bit older, but it has been relatively well taken care of and the beach access for this price cannot be beat. The pool was fantastic and it was overall just great. I saw an earlier review that mentioned they saw a bug. Well... it's Florida on the beach... we saw a dead bug as well, that is to be expected. This is a great property on a great beach. Highly recommend.

The property was as described. It was super clean and comfortable. The pools and beach are were not crowded at all. Peaceful. I will say that if you like to be within walking distance from shops and eateries than this is not it. That was one thing I was misled on due to reviews. I should have asked the owner so that was my fault. However, it’s just a 5-7 minute drive to all the action. Overall I really enjoyed it and would recommend.

Very reasonably priced, great location for the beach. The furnishings were older and worn but being able to travel with my pets was more important to me than luxury accommodations. The property owner was quick to respond to any of our needs.

Very much in need of TLC. Knobs are missing on ktchen cabinets. Bathroom door knob about to fall off. Cannot reverse the master bedroom fan for summer setting. The AC fan runs constantly.
