The key to the room stopped working, and the door did not close properly, wifi did not work at first

The hotel is centrally located. The room was newly renovated and very nicely designed.

Unfortunately we had a very bad experience in this place :( we booked a twin bedroom but when we arrived we found a room with a single bed. The staff was very unfair and blamed us for making a mistake (which we obviously did not) and we had to pay extra for a new room. So we do not recommend you to book this place! Also be aware at night it’s extremely noisy.

The position is great, in the very city centre. It was extremely clean and the staff was super friendly.

There's no parking space around the hotel. Granita for breakfast was amazing, but I would expect also other options for breakfast.

Staff ok look like family run .the girls tried there best to help us and to speak English.

When I booked i ment car park at the hotel

The hotel was noisy, internet wasn’t working at all due to a power cut the day before that they couldn’t fix. Tv didn’t work either and the room was on the noisiest street in the city. They were playing loud music and breaking glass bottles until 3 am . We barely slept and asked for our money back to no avail. Terrible experience. Don’t go!

In central Milazzo, friendly service, clean rooms. The elevator only goes to the 3rd floor (of 5), not a problem for us but worth knowing. Amazing views from floor 5 terrace. Great value!

Perhaps some table lamps in the room would be good rather than the bright main lights? Just a suggestion, not a negative!

Vey central and convenient .

The lift to the reception on the fourth floor was a bit small and slow . Otherwise everything was more than perfect .

The staff really was amazing. Very helpfull and reachable. They really helped us with the parking. Location is perfect, near to the port, so ideal if you want to make some trips to the islands.

Don’t give tips on where to park to go to the island. Free in the street from from 8pm-8am, then we went to their private garage. DO NOT GO THERE. Damaged the car, falsified documents afterwards, did not take responsibility
