The Space: 5 bedrooms (plus den with door for privacy), 2 King Bedrooms, 1 Queen Bedroom, 2 twin over double bunk bedrooms. 3 bedrooms on first floor, 2 bedrooms on main living area 2nd floor, master has private bath. Newly updated kitchen with stainless appliances, corian counters, hard wood floors, Jenn Air Indoor Grill. Very large living room with cathedral ceilings, large picture windows, beautiful fireplace. Fireside dining room seats 12. Guest Access: Keypad code sent upon confirmation The Neighborhood: Great for skiing, hiking , shopping, or exploring the region. Also available are guest passes to Stratton Sports Center where you can relax and enjoy the indoor pool, spa, work out equipment, tennis, massage, yoga and more (daily fee applies). The house was fantastic and perfect for my ski adventure to Stratton. It was 2 families with younger kids and the set up is great with two large “primary” bedrooms and bathrooms and then bunk bed rooms for the kids. The foyer is perfect for all the ski gear, gathering space upstairs was spacious, kitchen well appointed and hot tub and total bonus. We had a few questions and host answered immediately and helped quickly. I have stayed in a bunch of rentals and am always skeptical by the photos (expecting the worst…)- this was even nicer than expected. And the location is fabulous. We did not use the shuttle (we just didn’t figure it out) but you can basically see the base- it’s so close and easy. Thank you for being such great hosts and we hope to return again.

We had a lovely long weekend at Stratton with our extended family. Some of us skied and some just relaxed, but all had a great time. This house offers a lot for families and groups with space to spread out, fun things to enjoy, and a well-stocked kitchen for preparing family meals. The host was very responsive, and the check-in/check-out was easy and convenient. The best thing was how close we were to the mountain- very easy and convenient to get the skiers dropped off or head into the village for shopping, hot chocolate, or a nice dinner out! We hope to return next year!

I stayed with my husband and 3 children, 17, 14, and 12. We live in VA, this was our first adventure to Vermont. We loved the space and ability to stretch out in our own corners. Kids always like when they have their own bathroom. Hot tub was large and well kept. Kitchen had many accommodations to make meal prep easy. There were really high quality appliances. The small hotel style soaps helped on a trip that we flew in for. Exploring the mountain off season was so much fun and peaceful. Communication was excellent and responsive when we had questions. Highly recommend and would go back.

This house was exactly as we expected… awesome!!! We had a group of women for a tennis camp weekend and it was perfect. Beautiful home, spacious, clean and well stocked. The jacuzzi was a bonus! Everything went smoothly. We did not have to communicate much with the owner but the little we did he was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend and/or stay again.

We stayed here with friends for a Spartan race weekend. It was exactly as described and the location it right on the mountain. We definitely recommend this house. And Eric was quick to respond when we had questions.

The house was great for three families with kids ranging 6-13. Lots of great attention to small details that made the stay even better. We walked up the road to ski down to the lodge. 90 second drive from house to village.

Great mountain vacation
This home was so great for all three generations in our group. We were less than 5 minutes from Stratton mountain for skiing and walking the village. The house itself is contemporary, clean, and well stocked. When we had a small kitchen sink clog, the property manager got us a skilled plumber who fixed it within the hour. The homeowner, Eric Shapiro, was responsive and kind throughout the booking process. I highly recommend this property! We look forward to finding a time to return.

We rented the house for our family of 7 adults. Every couple had their own bedroom, and the living room and dining are amazing- beautiful,spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of room to do multiple activities in the living room, and we enjoyed the sauna, hot tub and fireplace.

The house was perfect for our VT summer getaway. Eric was a great host and very responsive. We went hiking, horseback trail riding, biking, whitewater rafting (Deerfield River), cliff jumping in Dorset Quarry and explored all the nearby towns - the house was the ideal spot to come back to and recharge. The large family room was the perfect spot for everyone to congregate and everyone enjoyed a nice soak in the hot-tub to end the evening. Would definitely recommend Eric’s place!

We were a group of 10 males, ranging from 45-60. Great space, plenty of room for everyone to sleep. The property was very clean, well maintained, hot tub was great, and the grill was great. Bathrooms and kitchen were all updated. No AC wasn't a problem. The cooler mountain air kept the house comfortable with the windows open. Great experience, highly recommended.

Great Property - Very Clean & Spacious

Wonderful large gone in Stratton
Large family home perfectly situated for skiing at Stratton. Loved the hot tub, sauna, board games and amazing views from the main family room with large wood fire. Will definitely come back

Mountain Retreat
Wonderful chalet-style accommodations for our friends & family Thanksgiving gathering had both 'public' & private spaces. Well-appointed kitchen enabled us to create & serve our entire party of 12 around the large dining room table. Massive two-sided woodburning fireplace warmed our conversation, and the sparkling 7-person hot tub soothed sore muscles after day-hiking on nearby trails. Owner Eric Shapiro was very responsive & attentive when we encountered a lighting issue upon arrival. Highly recommend this Stratton Mountain-adjacent property!!
