We had a great stay at the flat during the New Year. We had everything we needed there and It's close to the main attractions to visit.
Luigi was helpful, taking his time going through the flat, recommending lovely local restaurants, and giving us directions to go to the places to visit. He was so kind to call a taxi for us to catch a train and the plane, even making sure we got into the taxi very early in the morning. We also appreciate that he allowed us to leave later to catch our plane back home in the evening. Luigi & Tiziana are the best hosts, making our holiday extra special.
We will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone.

We had a lovely break in Rome and the owners were really helpful and always responded via WhatsApp if we had any questions.
The neighbourhood was great - easy walk to the Colosseum and a supermarket almost next door with lots of restaurants close by.
The owners also organised a taxi for us on the last day back to the airport. Thanks for a great stay

We were two female high school friends. Luigi greeted us at the apartment. He was friendly and helpful in getting us situated and giving us suggestions on getting around and restaurants. We felt safe and close enough to the things we wanted to see while in Rome. Would absolutely recommend.

The apartment is located just outside of the main core with all the main attractions within a 30-45 minute walk or a short cab ride. The metro station is about a 10 min walk. Being outside the main core, you get to appreciate the local community. Luigi and Tiziana are wonderful hosts and we’re quick to answer any questions. Luigi also went as far as arranging a taxi for us for our early departure. Highly recommend Tiziana and

This Qwaint apartment is located just off the hustle and bustle of touristy areas. Very easy walking distance to all of Central Rome. We loved being in a more local area and enjoying the amazing food and visiting with people.

Overall, enjoyed our stay. Positives: The flat was situated in a neighborhood just beyond the city center of Rome. Transit was pretty accurate and easy to navigate by bus or metro. Primary bed mattress seemed older but surprisingly comfortable to sleep on. We really enjoyed coming back from the busy day of walking in the city center to see the local residents come out and congregate at one of the four restaurants next to each other. Kids playing, families and neighbors talking to one another, and drinking a glass of wine. It was refreshing to not see everyone on their cell phones but instead just enjoying each others company. The host also left some breakfast snacks which was a nice touch. Felt safe walking around even in the evening. The building felt secure since a key is required to enter. There is an elevator to use for those that don’t want to or can’t climb the three flights. It is a very compact elevator though just to note.
Cons: Had trouble using the key to get in and out almost each time we left. Check-in process could have been better and could easily be rectified by preparing a guest binder that includes helpful tips, transit information, local favorites, etc. All the positives outweighed the cons. We would definitely stay again but the key situation was a bit frustrating each time worrying if we were going to get in or would have to call the host.

Luigi and Tiziana were very gracious hosts, welcoming us on our (delayed) arrival, giving us sightseeing and restaurant advice, and even arranging for our taxi to the airport. The flat is very close to the Coliseum and Roman Forum but in a quiet residential area. Everything we needed was close by: restaurants, coffee shops, gelato shops, grocery stores and a friendly pub to watch sports matches and eat delicious food. In a such a tourist-filled city, it was a relief to come back to this neighbourhood to relax amongst locals.

Perfect place for our 6 family members. We walked or took the metro/bus everywhere we went. Luigi made sure we had a lay of the land and even recommended a couple of local places. Away from a lot of the tourist areas but close enough to get to the attractions quickly. With 6 people 1 bathroom is tight, but we knew that going in, so it worked. It had everything we needed. Also a small penny mart just out the front door.

I wanted to take a moment to thank Luigi for renting out your apartment in Rome to my family through Vrbo. We had an absolutely amazing time during our stay, and we owe a great deal of that to your hospitality and helpfulness. From the moment we arrived, you were incredibly welcoming and took the time to explain all of the major tourist attractions in the city. Your restaurant recommendation was also spot-on and made for a truly memorable meal. The location of the apartment was perfect for our needs, as we were able to walk to all of the major sights in Rome from the Vatican to the Colosseum. We also appreciated the convenience of having a supermarket nearby, where we could stock up on fresh produce and deli items to make sandwiches and pizzas at home. Overall, I would highly recommend your apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient home base for exploring Rome, especially families with children. Thank you again for your kindness and hospitality, and we hope to have the opportunity to stay with you again in the future.

Enjoyable stay - the apartment had everything we needed and is in a good location about 20–30 minutes walk from the Colosseum. Good restaurants and shops nearby, and frequent buses for going further into the centre of Rome. Great value compared to other apartments.

Amazing host from the time we booked our trip. Prompt communication with detailed instructions followed by amazing hospitality as we arrived. We were short on currency for the taxi as we arrived at the property from airport, Luigi arranged the cash and had marked out all visitor locations and directions for us. Apartment was nicely decorated and had everything for us as a family. They arranged taxi for our trip back and took real care of us the whole time. Would definitely stay there when we visit Role next.

Great location
We throughly enjoyed our stay here in Rome! Luigi and Tiziana were amazing hosts. From the minute we arrived Luigi help direct us on where to park just feet away from the apartment. And the best part was the parking was free! The apartment looks exactly like it does online. It is in walking distance from the Colosseum and near public transportation. There is a Penny market located downstairs with everything you could need for a night in of cooking.

Great home away from home in Rome
We loved our stay here! Luigi and Tiziana were very warm and friendly, and helpful with arranging transportation to and from the airport, and even an early morning taxi to the Sistine Chapel! The apartment had everything we needed, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Not quite what we expected
The owners were very nice and accommodating in getting us in to the property. We were however disappointed with the small size of the apartment compared to what we thought we were renting based on the pictures online.
Nonetheless, we made it work and enjoyed it. The street was noisy at night, lots of cars and people talking through the night until well after 4am (not the owners fault of course), and the upstairs tenant liked wearing high-heel shoes until 2am on hardwood floors, so that was disruptive as we were there with children. But again, not the owners fault, just several nights with little sleep
Otherwise, we liked the proximity to Colesseum and other sites.

Great little place!
The apartment was exceptionally clean, had every basic thing you could need (towels, dishes, extra blankets, etc) and there was even an assortment of little pastries in the pantry for breakfast, along with coffee and tea! It was the perfect place to start my stay in Italy, and the hosts were incredibly receptive and helpful.

Great Stay
This Apartment is in a very nice neighborhood and is convenient to Rome Center Attractions. A 10 to 15 minute walk to Metro Station A - Re Di Roma will easily take you to the Vatican. Also you can get off Terminini Station and get on Metro Line B and go to Colosseo for Colosseum and Forum. Very easy to find. The neighborhood is quiet with local Romans and many fine restaurants. Apartment is comfortable with excellent Hot Water and Internet Connection. And last Tizianna is easy to contact and will help you with all of you needs. Enjoy Roma!

Simple, multi-bedroom apartment
We stayed for 6 nights in Rome, and wanted 2 bedrooms since we were mother and son traveling. The apartment has a small kitchen with fridge, stove, and oven, as well as micro oven and water kettle. Towels are provided. One bedroom with 1 double bed, and one with 2 single beds (and 2 additional fold-down beds).
If you're a small family, 2 couples, or any other combination of people who want separate bedrooms, then this is definitely a good option. Cheaper than a hotel with the same amenities, and with the option of cooking if you so desire.
Nearby supermarket should provide all your basic needs (we ended up just buying breakfast, and eating outside for lunch and dinner). There's a 30 minute walk to the Colusseum, and from there another 30 minute walk to the Vatican and old Rome (Campus Martius), where you will find all the tourist sights. You should not mind walking a bit if you live here, but Rome is best experienced walking, anyway.
If you speak a bit of Spanish (or Italian, of course), it will make communication easier, as the owners don't speak English too well. Written communcation works well, however.

We had a great time at Tizianas, it is a great location and easy to use the tram to get to Venice. The house is great also and well stocked. The bed wes ok. We slept fine.

Great place to experience Rome
This was a wonderful home base for our first trip to Rome: two bedrooms, bathroom with fantastic water pressure in the shower, fully stocked kitchen (including breakfast items), and even a balcony. We took the owner up on the offer of a ride from the airport to the apartment, which was money well spent, since we were jet lagged and would have had to navigate the metro/bus situation on our own. Take advantage of the airport-to-apartment delivery service! Once at the apartment, the owner gave us a thorough overview of how things worked and tips about the neighborhood. Everything in the apartment worked perfectly, and we felt very comfortable. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Grazie!
