About this condo rental
Nestled in Rome, this charming condo for £114 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Very sun-lit apartment located on the 2th floor (with elevator) of an elegant old building a few meters away from Piazza Navona. It is composed of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathroom and the master bedroom has its own private sitting room. The apartment has air conditioning (in each room!) and wi-fi internet connection. It is characterized by period furniture and wooden floors. The apartment is located at a walking distance from the major touristic attractions like Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Castel Sant’Angelo, San Peter’s Basilica and Colosseum and is well connected to all areas of Rome by public transportation (bus stops and taxi stands are easily accessible). The bus stop is just around the corner of the building with direct links to Termini railway station, San Pietro, Coliseum, Campidoglio, Quirinale and so on. The neighborhood offers a range of fashionable shops and characteristic eating places, (trattorias, pizzerias, wine bars….) where typical Roman cuisine can be enjoyed so that visitors will really feel part of the atmosphere of old Rome. Restaurants, trattorie and pizzerie, supermarkets, groceries & bakeries are just around the corner and a fascinating open air fresh food market is held every morning in the medieval Campo de’Fiori square a few steps away from the apt. We absolutely loved the property! Even though there was an accidental error with the booking- on my part- Andrea was so helpful in helping us correct it. There was plenty of room with 4 adults and 2 kids under 8. Andrea hired us a car from the airport and back plus had plenty of information about local restaurants and things to do. We were able to walk to all the major locations and also had a taxi spot around the corner.

The property was perfect for our adult family in terms of spacious accommodation, warm, comfortable and beautifully furnished rooms, making us feel very special. Andrea was so helpful with guides, basics for us to be able to make the most our visit. Lots of little extras such as adapters so we could get straight into our holiday. The location is perfect to explore Rome, with plenty of local amenities. We followed many recommendations which were invaluable. We shall be returning!

The apartment is beautiful and in great condition. It is ideally located - we walked to all the sites and shopping. We were late arriving because of delayed flights but our host was there to meet us. The tourist information provided was the best I've ever seen. Recommendations were spot on!
We did run out of dish soap and toilet paper and there were not many towels e.g. we each got one hand towel, and one bath towel - there were no bidet towels.

Any time you travel to a foreign country, there's at least a small sense of "what if something goes wrong?" Well, ALL THANKS TO ANDREA, LITERALLY EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!
From the first message sent, Andrea always answered promptly replied. I didn't expect for him to, but when I inquired about transportation, tours, etc, he offered to arrange everything and all was at a very fair price. He arranged transportation from the airport to the apartment, then to Nettuno Cemetery, around town, and to the cruise dock when it was time to leave... And the driver brought us Right where the ship was! His assistance with travel was so greatly appreciated and everything was just as he said it would be.
The accomodations were so lovely. What a beautiful home with everything you could need for a stay in Rome There was a lift so that my parents didn't have to navigate stairs, and the building has the most secure locks I've ever seen - literally looks like safe bolts. Each room has separate adjustable heat/air.
The property is among all the city life, just steps from the town centers, but also there are so many restaurants right outside the door less than a 1 minute walk away! And yet it was quiet in the apt!
The taxi stand is right around the corner and, if needed, there are always taxis there waiting. Andrea, thank you so much for being the most wonderful host. Nothing could have been better. It was all so perfect and just as you said it would be.

Our party of four adults were extremely satisfied with our stay in Andrea's apartment. We booked for three nights prior to a transatlantic cruise.
The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, and the location is perfect for exploring the beautiful city of Rome.
The beds were very comfortable and having a kitchen and washing machine was very convenient.
It was an easy walk to many attractions, restaurants, and bakeries.
Andrea is a great host and was very responsive and helpful when we missed our connecting flight from Heathrow to Rome airport.
We highly recommend this property and hope to return in the future.

My daughter and I recently spent 11 days at Andrea’s flat; it was everything I could have hoped for in a property. The master bedroom (with an en suite bathroom) has a lovely sitting room and can be closed off from the rest of the unit. The second bedroom (with another en suite bathroom!) is charming and light-filled. There is a generously sized living room with a couch/sofa bed and a separate full kitchen in another part of the apartment. The unit is very clean and well maintained. The building (with a lift) is quintessential Roman. This is a very walkable neighborhood with endless restaurants, winding cobblestone streets perfect for wandering, and picturesque small locally-owned shops. A market is one block away for food/wine/necessities. One building away is a great breakfast & coffee shop (Barnum) with welcoming staff. Upon booking Andrea provides a guide to the area, restaurant suggestions, the “how to” on purchasing bus tickets and instructions for using the bus to reach the most popular sites in Roma. You can also use your Uber app to order a cab — the fares are very reasonable and provide a great way to get to dinner/back from other areas of the city. Andrea and his assistant responded to every message and checked to be sure we had all we needed once we arrived. I truly enjoyed Rome from this base and would definitely book here again.

Great location and comfortable spot for (2) couples or family of 4-5. Lovely living room to relax after long day of touring. En-suite bathrooms were perfect. Kitchen on other side of bedrooms with a door so no noise if up early. Can’t beat location! Host was very attentive.

Perfect place for my best friend and I. We stayed for 6 nights. It was large and spacious and could easily accommodate 6 people. Andrea was the perfect host; was there before we arrived and saw to all of our needs. He even made arrangements for our rides from the airport, and to the port for a cruise we had booked at the end of our stay in Rome. I recently re-injured my knee so having a lift available really helped (lifts are very uncommon in Europe especially when it’s central of a city). There’s also a Piazza just a few steps away where Restuarante Fortuna is located. We went to the piazza quite a few times for meals and drinks. The taxi stand is also only a few steps away and so is a mini-market which suited our needs perfectly. I’m very happy we got to stay at this apartment. Will be coming back again! Thank you Andrea for being such a wonderful host!

The apartment was as advertised. Very clean and well decorated. A person met us on arrival and showed us around the apartment. Full kitchen, with utensils, two bathrooms, two bedrooms plus fold out couch bed and standard couch. Nothing in Roma more than 35m max walking distance. Plenty of food and shops minutes away along with bus transportation directly out front. A very good place to rent.

The apartment is exactly as pictured and Andrea, Ms. Grazia and Saeed were very responsive with communications. The apartment is very conveniently located to Piazza Navona, the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. The bus stops are also plentiful which allowed us to easily explore other areas of Rome - from the Colloseum to Caracalla Baths to St. Paul's Outside the Walls. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to my friends.

I could actually stay in this apartment for months or years...my kids loved it too. The location is superb since you can walk to all major sites, there is no need to use any kind of transportation. The apartment is very well taken care of, all appliances are new, bathrooms are great, furniture is a bit of an overkill...meaning too nice for a rental...All in all it was the best apartment we ever rented, and we travel a lot. Take this one and you will be very-very happy with your choice. The check in and check out were easy. There were very good suggestions from the owner about restarants, ice cream, siteseeing, walking tours, tickets, etc. Thank you Andrea and hope to be back one day.

We had a lovely time at the apartment. Great central location to see the main sights of Rome. We walked nearly everywhere. Supermarkets, restaurants and anything else you might need were close by. Andrea, our host, was fantastic and very helpful. He accommodated an early check in and was very gracious when our transfer from the airport (not booked through him) did not show so we arrived later than expected (but still a few hours before normal check in).

We have stayed in many Rome apartments, this is our favorite! Perfect location, near all our favorite sites and restaurants. Perfect layout with two large beds and two full bathrooms. We are use to sleeping in king size beds and these beds were great for us! Host met us at the apartment on time, explained all the appliances and procedures clearly, then let us enjoy our stay. The apartment was so clean! You can tell it is professionally cleaned between each guest. The kitchen had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. I really appreciated the toilet paper, paper towels and assorted cleaning supplies that were available for us to use during our stay. This was by far the cleanest, most appointed and best situated Rome apartment we have stayed at. I will definitely stay at this apartment again.

The perfect location! Everything was in close walking distance. Our host suggested walking guides were extremely helpful.
Whether you’re arriving in Rome via a cruise ship or an airline flight, we recommend you let the host arrange for a car service to get you to the apartment. It’s well worth the money as you will not have to lug your luggage to the train station or the bus terminal etc. etc. The car service will pick you up and drop you off exactly where you need to go. don’t forget to bring euros so you can pay for the car service.

What an amazing home, so well appointed, it made you feel like you just stepped into an elegant estate. From the numerous artworks to the shelves of books and the high lacquered wood furniture and secretaries to write of your travels... all the surroundings were impeccable. We just wrapped up a delightful two months in Rome not as tourists but as real residents. What made it possible was a lovely two bedroom apartment, well appointed and maintained, within walking distance of everything, including local markets with fresh vegetables, meat, cheeses and everything we needed to do our own cooking. That being said, we got to know many of the nearby restaurants recommended by our host, whose authentic Roman cuisine could be enjoyed without breaking the bank.
The apartment was spacious and clean, the washer was a must and although there is no dryer, the clever ceiling rack in the second bathroom allowed us to dry our cloths nicely.
Despite being just off a major avenue the quality of the windows kept the street sounds out allowing us to sleep undisturbed.
We hope the future brings us back to this delighful home.

The owner was gracious and provided a guide with very helpful recommendations on all sorts of useful subjects from where to eat to good ATMs. I’ve already told friends I have a VRBO recommendation for them if they plan to go to Rome.
