Located in Madeira Beach, this charming condo for £127 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. WE ARE DESIGNATED A FIVE STAR PREMIER PARTNER BY VRBO/HOMEAWAY. GREAT CONDO! A COUPLE MINUTES WALK TO THE BEACH AND 5 MINUTE WALK TO JOHN'S PASS. Living room, master bedroom second bedroom and master bath. Safety grab bars in both bathrooms. Beautiful view of the marina from the master bedroom and living room balconies. Also enjoy beautiful sunrises! Quiet and peaceful as you watch fish jumping in the marina. You may even be lucky enough to see manatees or dolphins swimming. One parking pass provided. Fully equipped kitchen: FULL SIZE refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. Kitchen table with 2 chairs and Granite kitchen counter has 2 stools for dining. Master bedroom: Newer king mattress, smart tv, newer furniture. Large closet, EN SUITE BATH with shower and tub. View of the marina from bedroom balcony Second bedroom: Newer queen bed, smart tv, EN SUITE BATHROOM with walk in shower and safety grab bars . Bathroom towels provided at beginning of stay. We recently added on a trial basis for the convenience of our guests beach towels which should be located in the master bedroom closet. Please note the Madeira Bay cleaning service does NOT include cleaning of the beach towels. If you choose to use the beach towels provided, please ensure you wash/dry/fold and return to the same location for future guests use. Thank you for your support so we can continue to provide beach towels for all future guests. There is a starter supply of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. These items will need to be replenished by the guest as needed. Guests to bring their own shampoo/conditioner/tissues/laundry pods as needed. Free 5G speed wifi and cable. Sleeps four. Air Conditioned SORRY - NO PETS AND NO SMOKING The resort is located directly across the street and a VERY SHORT WALK to the beach where you can swim, take a stroll, relax on the sandy beach and enjoy beautiful sunsets in the evening. The sand is sugar white and fine. Exit the door on the ground floor just to the right of the elevator and a crosswalk is right in front of the resort. Push a button at the curb and flashing lights come on to INSTANTLY stop traffic. The number one area attraction JOHN'S PASS VILLAGE AND BOARDWALK with its numerous shops and restaurants is a short five minute walk from the resort. Relax at the heated pool and hot tub and enjoy the warm sun. Work out at the exercise room. COVERED PARKING is on the first floor. Friendly representatives greet guests at the second floor reception area and is STAFFED 24 HOURS a day to assist with check in/out and respond to questions and concerns. Elevators take guests from the covered, ground floor parking garage to the lobby and fourth floor condo. The condo is very close to the elevator. Easy access from either Tampa or St Pete International Airport. PARKING ONLY ONE parking space per condo is reserved. When arriving park in any open space. Go to the second floor registration desk where a parking pass will be issued for the length of your stay. CARS WITHOUT A PASS ARE SUBJECT TO TOWING. ACTIVITIES/ATTRACTIONS Take the Suncoast Trolley that travels from Clearwater to St Pete and makes stops at beaches in between. Minutes to swimming, snorkeling, shelling, boating, fishing, deep sea fishing, jet skiing, parasailing, paddle boarding and much more Close to mini golf (mini golf is expensive but fun) and many 18 hole golf courses nearby 50 minute drive from Busch Gardens , Adventure Island, and the Florida Aquarium 90 minute drive from Disney World, MGM/Hollywood Studios, Sea World, and Universal Studios. Visit some of the quaint towns just a short drive away. Discounts offered to bookings for full weeks and monthly bookings, however minimum stays of 3 days available. SORRY BUT NO PETS. We were looking for an interesting nearby getaway while our home in Tarpon Springs, FL was tented for termites. This condo was perfect! In just a few days we were able to play at the beach, visit the boardwalk, enjoy beautiful sunsets, and sample fabulous food. The condo had all the necessities. Beds were comfy and it was perfectly cleaned. The beach umbrella and chairs made it convenient to just walk across the street to the beach, then rinse off with the water hose in the garage. Now back to our pest-free home, relaxed and refreshed. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Our stay was overall great, loved the condo, very well equipped and comfortable and clean…we will return, the only sad issue is the neighbors above us the entire stay we’re confronted numerous times by management and us personally nicely to keep it down after 11:00 pm and they didn’t 😩 we definitely are leaving very very tired and crabby. Wish there were stricter policies as far as noise management.

Our stay at Madeira Beach was wonderful! We loved the condo and had everything we needed. It was so clean and is obviously well maintained. The host checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, and we enjoyed exploring the area — and, of course, the beautiful weather!!

Great view, location, supplied accommodations and appliances were excellent. Great experience. One suggestion would be to put a water hose near the entrance door to make it a little more convenient to clean sand from shoes when coming back from beach. Currently one is available on the north side of garage and not very convenient.

The condo was exactly as expected based upon online photos…… very clean and stocked well with the exception of kitchen dish cloth and dish towel (only one set) …. The balcony was smaller than expected. Overall we were very pleased and enjoyed our time there! Best regards Deb

We had a great time. The location was ideal and we barely drove anywhere! The beds were comfortable & the cookware was well maintained. There’s a good amount of beach supplies in the closet which was an added bonus!

We were right across the street from the beach- easy walk. We were also close to the shops and restaurants at John’s Pass where we walked everyday after the beach. The condo set up was perfect for friends. Each room had their own bathroom. The condo is an end unit so we also had 2 balconies overlooking the marina. We loved our stay!

Our first time visiting Madiera Beach and the location was so perfect and such a short walk across the street to the beach. The condo was perfect for our family of 3! Very spacious and clean. We loved that each room had their own bathroom. The view of the bay from the balcony was great, we were able to sit there during July 4 weekend watching fireworks. Unfortunately the pool/hot tub was going under renovations but Callee kept us informed a week prior which I appreciated! We will definitely be back thanks so much!

This property was exactly as expected it would be based on the description and pictures. We were very pleased and happy with our stay here. Everything was in great condition - a/c, tv’s, lighting, and appliances. The location to the beach was a short walk and we were able to use the beach chairs and towels from the room. Also a short walk to St. John’s Pass as well. Check in and out was a breeze. Any communication with owners was prompt and friendly.

Everything was great except the neighbor that continuously made noise by singing, screaming, and just being downright obnoxious late at night. Complaints were made by other neighbors also, but nothing seemed to change it. Had to pound on the wall every night to get him to quiet down.

My grade school bff and I had a wonderful long weekend at 411. Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable, loved the view from the balcony. It is also very convenient to the beach across the street and John's pass. It has newer appliances and enough kitchen essentials to cook if you choose to. They did have a cooler, umbrella and some sand toys, but you do need to provide your own beach towels which wasn't a problem, there are enough shops around to pick up some inexpensive ones.

Location was amazing - just steps from the beach and a short walk to John's Pass Boardwalk where there are lots of shops and restaurants. Even saw dolphins swimming towards the bridge and fresh fish being filleted! Condo was very clean and had a great view of the marina. We will definitely be back!

This property was great! The cleanliness of the condo was awesome. We opened the door upon arrival and where greeted with the fresh scent of a nicely cleaned place. The beach is a hop, skip, and jump away. We loved the fact that it wasn’t a crazy busy beach too. The owner Ed recommended several restaurants, which we explored and found them positive. It is a Great location and fun few days! We would come again!! Thank you

This condo was everything we needed it to be and more. It was very clean and beds were super comfortable. There is great view overlooking the marina (and sunrise) and just a few steps to the beach. The condo had everything we needed as far as towels, kitchen supplies and extra blankets go. Water pressure in the showers was fantastic. John's Pass was a very short and easy walk. Bill and Norma couldn't have been more communicative and helpful. We will definitely stay here if we find ourselves in the area again.

Madeira Bay Resort is awesome, the condo was awesome. I’ve stayed in both buildings and the newer building is far nicer than the old. The condos in both are fine, but if you get the choice, stay in the newer building. Great hosts, great property.

Great spacious 2 bedroom. This unit has the largest outdoor balcony plan in the building - great for sitting outside in the morning. Unit also had beach umbrella, chairs and toys, perfect for the beach.

What a great place. Only 3 minute walk to beach. 5 minute walk to nearest bar/restaurant/entertainment/shopping. Just perfect. Place was clean. View into the harbor was excellent. Two full baths is very convenient. Beach chairs and umbrella was thoughtful and useful. All the appliances worked and the little things were included. I typically write a private note to the owner about small items to repair or consider but not this time. This place is great.
