Located in Madeira Beach, this attractive condo for £145 per night is a great option for your next break. Come watch the dolphins play at Sea Breeze, one of the most popular buildings on Madeira Beach. Vacation without a care in the world at our gorgeous, 1 bedroom, gulf-front condo. Time to relax. You have arrived in Paradise. Directly on the Gulf of Mexico, our home away from home has been completely remodelled. We have decorated with care, to make you feel at home. Our condo is a 7 day minimum rental. The kitchen is filled with everything you will need to prepare your meals. There is an ice maker in the refrigerator. The bedroom has a king bed and a t.v., dvd player and movies. There is a Murphy bed in the living room. This allows for the comfort of two big beds in two separate rooms. For all you sports fans... the living room has a 50'HD flat screen t.v., a dvd player and a library of movies. There is a 43 inch HD flat screen t.v. in the bedroom with DVD player. Free cable high speed internet is available for your use. Our condo has all the amenities of home and more. Beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys and floaters are in the closet for your use. There is a large, private balcony with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico, the pool and the powder white sand beach. Sit and enjoy the beautiful sunsets and watch the dolphins as they swim by. This unit is located on the fourth floor, overlooking the beach, heated pool and hot tub. There are gas and charcoal grills, with a picnic area by the pool, for your use. Beach cabanas are available for rent. Take a walk down the beach, a 1/4 mile to the famous John's Pass Village, where you will find an old fashioned boardwalk with shops and restaurants galore. Over the bridge and you are at Gators, one of the world's largest waterfront bars. Our unit had everything we needed for a relaxing week at the beach. Whether there for fun or working or a hybrid, it was a great location. Clean, well stocked and beautiful ocean view.

The condo was accurately described and spacious. Sheets were soft, A/C worked well, lots of beach equipment, parking was east and we appreciated the outdoor seats. Overall, we just thoroughly enjoyed the space and location on the beach. It was our first time there and we loved it. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful condo with us. We would definitely stay again!

It was a great spot to stay! The condo was clean and easy to access. The water was right there and bonus points because they had beach chairs and umbrellas in the room available for us to use.

We were so excited to start our vacation, the unit was fantastic, clean, fresh and well equipped, our mornings begin with breakfast on the balcony with gorgeous ocean views, then spending the day on the beautiful white sand beach then take a refreshing dip in the pool followed by relaxing and taking in a some sun. Our first trip down was good but this vacation was even better now that we’ve gotten to know the place a little better. This is also a wonderful place to make a lot of new friends.

The property was clean, had a rather noisy neighbor tho that were apparently night fishermen, going in and out all hours of the night, banging and slamming doors, but we survived. The only other issue we had was having too many codes for everything, simplify it, and have them fix the elevator, it was super slow and very hot!

We were very pleased with the condo. The owners had stocked the kitchen with all the pots, pans, and utensils you could ever need. The updated kitchen is beautiful. We really appreciated the small coolers and beach chairs that made our days on the beach so enjoyable.

My husband & I have been coming to the gulf beaches for years. This was our 1st time staying in Maderia Beach. The location was perfect! The unit was everything we expected and we would definitely stay here again! The owners thought of almost everything you could need. Lots of beach items & the kitchen seemed well stocked (we didn’t cook) but nice knowing we could. We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo.

Everything was great at this property and in the room. There were beach supplies for use in the room, which was helpful. Laundry was located on the floor and the room was stocked with all the household supplies you could need. We would certainly stay there again.

This is a very nice condo in a great location. The condo was clean, and well stocked with everything you need. The beach was beautiful. Communication with the owner and TRS was easy. My only concern is the fact that you need an actual key to enter the unit. Almost all units now have keypads which is WAY more convenient than having to use an actual key. Every other condo I have stayed at had a keypad for entry and the owner just gave me the code the day before check in. There was no need to stop at a place such as TRS to get the keys and to return the keys upon departure. Also no need to have to take a key with you whenever you went out of the condo. WAY more convenient with a keypad.

This place was so clean and had everything we needed.. The beach was very nice as was the pool area. We live that it is an 8 minutes stroll to John’s Pass. Only negative was the slow elevator otherwise it was perfect.

We really enjoyed the unit. Very clean and very nicely updated. They have everything you need. The property itself is also very well maintained. Every morning, a gentleman was outside cleaning, sweeping, organizing the pool furniture, and spraying everything down with a hose. Hot tub and pool were very nice. Beach was not crowded and clean. Close to about everything we wanted. We will go back.

This unit was perfect! Although it’s listed as a one bedroom, could easily accommodate 4 people! The Murphy bed was comfortable and convenient. Walking distance to Johns Pass and other restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. We met great people, enjoyed the beach and all it has to offer. I would totally stay here again, without hesitation. Thank You for an amazing stay with my sister!

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo! Amazing views, nice pool and big hot tub. The owners thought of everything, super comfy beach chairs, beach toys and games for the kids, playpen for my grandbaby when she visited, soft close cabinet drawers was a nice touch, we had everything we needed in the kitchen. Property was super clean and pool area was well maintained. I will come back for sure!

My wife and I are in our mid sixties and it was perfect for us. Condo was clean, bed was huge and comfortable, view was fantastic. Super nice beach chairs in the closet. Only complaints were the elevator sometimes was slow but wasn't a problem most times, and when we first got there the place where we got the keys didn't have our reservation on their listing and it took longer to get it straightened out. Overall we would definitely rent again.

We had an amazing week at this location. Everything as described, very roomy condo, fully equipped kitchen,fantastic view, walking distance to local restaurants, Publix a short drive… museum of Salvador Dali is must to see , parasailing, jet ski, tours available.

Your property was awesome. We really got to relax and eat some great seafood at local restaurants. Your Condo has everything I mean everything that a condo can have. I special liked having all the equipment you need for the beach. It is a beautiful place to watch sunsets on the beach or from the balcony. We would highly recommend it to friends and family. Overall nice property. Great location on the beach. Older building and very small slow elevator. Unit was nicely decorated and had everything you need. The cleanliness was ok, but not great. It could use a good deep cleaning and more attention to detail between guests.

Needs updated and deep cleaned!
Our week started with a broken door lock, which wasn’t fixed until day 2 of our stay. This has to have been noticed by the cleaning crew. The garbage disposal wasn’t working and had an awful smell coming from it. My wife fixed it herself. The entire condo was not clean and the ceiling fans were coated with dust so we didn’t use them. The air conditioning stopped working on the last day. More towels and washcloths are needed. Condo has great potential, but has really been neglected compared to the others that we have stayed in. Location is great and we loved the beach, but the condo left much to be desired.

The condo was clean and offered all you could ask for. The beds were comfortable and the Murphy bed was too. What an ingenious way to incorporate another bed to the unit.
The balcony offers breathtaking views where my family sat enjoying breakfasts and dinners every day.
The unit also had beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. All you need!
I would stay in this unit again without any hesitation.

Older place, but very well kept- great people.
Julie and Martin were awesome as well as TRS - check in process and the Grounds- Maintenance man. Condo was very cute, only thing is I didn’t do laundry and ran out of bath towels. It would have been nice to have a dip crock pot and and a meal crock pot on hand. We will re book in the future !
