Lobby looks tidy

Everything in the bathroom is very dirty, specially the tub and basin，the stench from drains of both basin and bath tub is indescribable. Towers are so old looking like almost in black!

The facility was clean and well kept

Eric at the front desk was very helpful and professional.

My door was not very secure I did not need a key card to open. The fit of the door allowed me to use 5 of the Air Ways museum brochures from your lobby stacked together to push into door facing to open door. It would be good to inspect all doors. The parking lot could use camera coverage, 4 cameras hooked to a monitor would allow desk to see parking lot.

It was decent. Good value. Nice friendly staff.

Nice staff. Good breakfast. I liked that the window to the room opened up to get fresh air.

Hard to park moving van with trailer. Door got stuck and had to call room service to let us in. No front desk staff when I tried to check out and get a paper receipt.

Convenient location with new, modern furniture!

Convenient, just off the highway. New furniture and bathroom!!!

There was a VERY strong odor of Pine Sol cleaner that was irritating!

I would stay again and bring my own pillow

the location is conveniently located right off the freeway, the breakfast is very good with lots of selections . overall a very good experience.

the bed pillows are very hard.

It was extremely noisy until 3or4 am. The desk did not answer, even in early evening and all night long. We were unable to sleep until we dozed off and then were awaken again with extreme noise.

Worst Best Western Stay I’ve Ever Had

Nothing.

As a travel journalist I don’t normally write bad reviews but this hotel is overpriced and dirty. Staff was unaccommodating. At check-in I noticed the person put me in a room on ground level directly across from a main door. As a frequent solo female traveler this is the least safest room. I requested to be moved but was told I couldn’t because I had booked through booking.com even though there were other rooms available. In hindsight I should have just cancelled right then. In the room there was trash and hair in shower so needless to say I wasn’t about to use it. Chair in room was very soiled. Had to use ironing board and luggage as extra security against door. The room was an adjoining room which is another red flag as a solo female traveler. Could completely hear everything that was said (or yelled) in room next door. Could hear every coming and going of the main door. No sleep, no shower - won’t be booking Best Westerns after this.

Location and staff are great, rooms could be cleaner, and security could be helpful, noisy neighbors

It was decent, not a lot of options. However. Another guest was serving themselves and started coughing . So didn’t eat the breakfast . Staff was wonderful

Room cleanliness . Room didn’t feel clean enough , nor the bed sheets.. still had stains on them. Ac unit would go on and off even when set. Blowing mild warm air out. Sink n tables felt sticky
