This beautifully renovated loft has everything you’ll need for a quick weekend away, or a longer, more leisurely stay. Perched above Whitaker Street, you’ll be able to watch the world go by through the French doors from the comfort of your couch. Filled with natural light, this beautiful open living space has 10-foot ceilings and rich, hardwood floors, offset by the cool pallet of the decor. You’ll have plenty of space to relax, enjoying a glass of wine or morning cup of coffee. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment, making it perfect for couples traveling together. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, large wardrobe and luxurious en suite bath with a jetted tub and exposed brick details. The second bedroom is by the kitchen, and has a queen-sized bed, closet, dresser and an en suite bath with a tiled shower. Just outside your door are several locally owned shops, including One Fish Two Fish, Number Four Eleven, and Lily Bay Studio + Bazaar. A short walk in any direction will bring you to many of Savannah’s top restaurants and points-of-interests like Mrs. Wilkes Dining House or the infamous Mercer-Williams House. We stayed with another couple and had plenty of space for the 4 of us. Secondary bedroom bathroom is not directly connected to the bedroom, which wasn't clear in the photos. Balconies cannot be accessed due to deteriorated condition. Ups: Location was very close to the park and about 1 mile from most anything you'd want to walk to. There were not restaurants/bars very close which kept foot traffic down a bit around the rental. The main living space was roomy and there is ample seating. Everything was clean and true to the photos. Downs: If you're not used to a lot of street noise then you will have some rough nights. Single pane glass throughout the apartment. The road is relatively busy until later in the evening and again in the morning. We brought a noise machine which was essential for us to sleep. Also very bright in the bedrooms due to minimal window shades and street lights. Sleeping masks were very helpful as well. Overall: We thought the location was great, but the noise was difficult for us to deal with.

This is a fun, creatively decorated, urban loft space. Beautiful natural light, old charm, full kitchen, two good bathrooms, roomy bedrooms, well appointed, everything you need. Excellent location. Easy parking right in front. Good central air. Rental company was very responsive and easy check in. Things to note: traffic outside master bedroom is loud as Whitaker is two lanes, one-way. None of the windows or doors to balcony open, so no fresh air. Signs on the windows of all the double doors (which is not shown in photos) Finally, could use some paint to freshen in up, particularly in second bedroom. Otherwise, it’s a great space to stretch out with family for a visit to Savannah.

This apartment is beautiful, tranquil, and has amazing natural light & artwork. The beds are large and cozy, the bathroom...other reviewers said they could live in the bathroom alone. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting our daughter who lives nearby. We cooked light meals and the kitchen is well stocked. Very clean. The only drawbacks are what people have already mentioned - it is loud. I would bring earplugs for sleeping next time. There is no sound insulation and at times it feels like you are sleeping outside. There are no light blocking shades or drapes so if you are light sensitive, bring an eye mask as well. The other drawback to this location is the store downstairs. The staff is very loud. You can hear their entire conversations and they worked until 9pm. If this was a working retreat, it would be difficult. They use the entry way as an extension of the store and we had to move cardboard boxes to access the main door. There was also food containers, laptops, and backpacks left in the lobby. This is unfortunate because the lobby is your first impression of the rental. Parking was not an issue for us. We were able to park directly outside the unit and because we arrived on Friday and left on Monday morning, it was free. I would stay here again.

Beautiful home. Lovely location. However, the carpet in the second bedroom was not the same carpet shown in the photos. Ordinarily this would not be a problem. However, the carpet was damp upon check in. We messaged the property manager and asked why it was damp and were told a vague reply only saying "the apartment was cleaned upon arrival" but not directly addressing why the carpet would be damp. We put two bath towels down over the damp carpet and in the morning, to our horror, they were covered in a disgusting brown liquid. We took photos and contacted the property manager again. They offered to have someone clean it but we asked how that would work given they would have to shampoo the entire carpet and that would mean we would have to leave for the home for awhile plus return to another wet carpet. We asked for compensation but were only given a refund of the housekeeping fee. Given that we spent almost $2,000 for 5 nights, a $181 refund did not seem adequate. We again contacted the property manager to say that the refund did not reflect the way our stay was impacted but they replied again that they refunded the housekeeping fee and apologized for a "not so seamless" stay.

Lucky Savannah was super cute and perfect for our group of two couples. Each couple had their own bedroom & bathroom on each side of the apartment with the kitchen/living area in the middle. Great location with a bus stop very close as well...otherwise most of the popular areas were easily walkable.

Stayed here in early October 2023 with family. Savannah is a wonderful city and this property made it great. The living space is beautiful. Our bathroom was a work of art. Climbing the steep steps from street level can burn a few calories.As for location, everyone in the family thought it was perfect. Close to Forsyth Park, easy walking distance to many of the squares and attractions. It was reasonably quiet. The only exception was there was street noise that could be heard from the master bedroom at night, but certainly not terrible. This is a wonderful property, and staff were a call away if needed.

Loved the space on the second floor with its old world charm, but with several updates. The listing states it is only 3 stairs up, but that is impossible, being on the second floor. The second bath has a hard time getting hot water, but overall, it was a great space in a great location to walk everywhere.

The location is great! We could walk to most attractions. Also there is a free bus that picks up less than a block away. We were able to park on the street, get the parking app. Very easy to use the app, it even reminds you when parking will expire. Parking was $1 per hour. Free after 5 & free weekends.The space was wonderful. Very bright & airy! Well stocked kitchen. (Although we ate out all the time) Absolutely no complaints!I suggest a couple of restaurants that we really enjoyed within walking distance are: Clary’s for breakfast, Mrs. Wilkes boarding house for lunch, Crystal Beer Parlor dinner, Mellow mushroom (awesome pizza).The entire experience was wonderful.

Property was great and it was in a great location for the things we wanted to do. Our only complaint is the noise level. In the main bedroom it sounds like the windows are open all the time and you can hear everything during the night. Other than that, our stay was fantastic!!

The rental was amazing !!! It was beautifully designed and so charming. More than enough room for my husband, teenage daughter and me. There were TVs in each bedroom and living room. The master bath was so Savannah with the exposed brick. It rental was centrally located and in a very nice neighborhood... just one street away from the famous Jones street. If I had to give any downsides it would be that we had to pay for street parking and had to move the cat from one side to the next due to street sweeping.

This gorgeous two bedroom apartment was perfect for our family's stay. We were able to walk everywhere: to restaurants, shops, and historical points of interest. Our daughter had her own room and bathroom on the other side of the apartment from the master bedroom and bath. The master bathroom really is IG-worthy. We were disappointed that we couldn't sit outside on the balcony, but everything was clean and well cared for. The descriptions provided on the website are a little vague about amenities, so I ended up over packing. There are hair dryers in the bathrooms, and the kitchen is well-equipped with pots, pans, mixing bowls, toaster, coffee makers, and baking sheets. We made several meals, and the kitchen worked really well. There's a list of local restaurants and food stores listed with a map in a handy booklet. Paying for parking during weekdays was easier with the Savannah parking app. We would have purchased a parking pass from the closest garage if we had planned on staying longer. We will definitely stay here again.

Overall, great location for everything we wanted to do. If you are vegan, take a beautiful walk through Forsyth Park to an outstanding vegan store and restaurant next to it.

It was a little challenging to find the property. We ended up coming in when it was dark and had to call the property manager to find out where we were going. Once we sorted all that out. We had a GREAT weekend. The place is very cozy and just right for four adults. Walking distance to the river, great restaurants, easy to get Lyfts, just all around great.

We had a wonderful trip and really enjoyed our stay here. The place had EVERYTHING you need and it was spotless. It is a perfect amount of space for our family of 4 and very comfortable and inviting. It’s close enough to the fun, yet a little further away from the loud night life. We plan to come back for sure! Thank you for a great stay in our favorite city!

This felt like home away from home. It’s convenient to everything Savannah has to offer and budget friendly. The bathtub and shower in the master bathroom was relaxing and much needed after a enjoying everything there is to do!

My friend and I were in Savannah for a long girls weekend. This apartment was in a great location, with easy walking access to restaurants, shopping, parks and everything else! Very stylish decor, lots of space and we loved that we each had our own bathrooms. The ONLY thing that was a downside was the noise - the road traffic at night was super loud...enough to wake you up. If you're a light sleeper, or even a heavy one, it's something to consider. Also, only cable available on the TVs - they are not Netflix or other streaming services.

The space is nicely located to street parking and has beautiful natural lighting in the living area. There was plenty of room for the four of us and the available amenities served their purpose. I appreciated the location being very close to shopping, dining, and entertainment establishments. I would definitely recommend this property for a group of 4 or smaller.

The apartment is lovely. Some things need better upkeep such as the jetted tub, and guest bathroom that takes five mins for water to heat up. Beware there are many stairs to climb. The furnishings are somewhat different from photos. Comfy beds and towels and no strong perfume smell as many places have these days. Great location and easy to walk to most places. Biggest drawback: Noise from the street makes sleeping a little hard.

The apartment was so beautiful! I stayed there for my wedding and we had several ladies over day-of for hair and makeup. The apartment is bright and large and was perfect for our event. It was also well stocked with plenty of dishes / glasses / serving trays. Beautifully decorated and gave that Savannah charm. Would love to stay again.

Great historic loft
This 2 bedroom/2bathroom historic loft is super charming and in a great location. Easy street parking, Comfortable beds, washer/dryer in the unit. We had a great time exploring , love Savannah 💕

Not above an art gallery, but a clothing store, the store owners were very loud in the morning shouting to each other from the main foyer, no consideration for renters, and they knew we were there. They left debris in the foyer every day which blocked door entrance/exit. The area is nice, Jones street is awesome, a must see. The apartment is nice, but the cleanliness should be improved. Dusty in all rooms, stove not cleaned, feathers from holes in pillows all over the sofa. All in all we liked the apartment, but for the price of cleaning, etc. we expected it to be clean and not have neighbors that were disrespectful. Parking is tricky, get a day pass if you don't want a ticket. No parking fees on weekends, and not after 5 PM weekdays. You are required to move your car on Tuesdays for street sweep, but across the street is Friday sweep so it worked out for us. No place to leave garbage bags, we checked everywhere we could, had to leave it in the kitchen tied up. All in all, a good visit to Savannah, but for the price of extras on this apartment I cannot recommend this spot as I have for other locations we stayed in Savannah that had much more to offer for the same price.

Great location!
The property was even better than expected. The stop under the apartment is now a Lilly Pulitzer with limited hours. So, the noise from below was minimal. The access to the keys was easy to manage. The only slight complaint is that we had asked to be told when the property was cleaned so we could try to get in a little earlier, but no one called us to let us know. We suspect it was ready much earlier.

Beautiful and convenient
Property was lovely and lived up to its description. My only complaint is that one set of the Living room double glass doors, that lead to a second floor deck, did not lock. The metal slide bar was absent. Anyone with cursory climbing skills could go right up the downspout and walk right through the door. I propped a chair against it at night. Management, this needs to be fixed.
That being said, I would stay at this location again.
