Broke tv remote and ice maker

Location was great. House was exactly what we hoping for. Well stocked with everything one should need. Property manager very friendly and helpful. They contacted us by email to assure we had everything we needed. Would stay again for sure.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Kitchen was adequate enough. Could have used more mugs, garbage bags,dish towels, etc.

Upstairs master- broken window w/paper towel stuck in it, urine smell and stain on king mattress, broken bathtub faucet, dirty vanity drawers. Gathering area was sorely lacking space for more then 3 or 4 people. No space around a table for more than 4. No electric outlets in second upstairs bath. Dirty flooring throughout. No window screens.

Location was great, free bus stop nearby, large house.

The house was tidy, but appeared that it was vacant for some days prior to our arrival as there were leaves that had blown under the front door and an upstairs bedroom that leads to a balcony. The front porch hadn't been swept. The towels were well worn and bathrooms contained gallon size shampoo, conditioner and body washes. The kitchen was very large, lots of cabinets but very sparsely equipped, for example only 3 coffee mugs, no large bowls. There were mixed reviews on mattresses.

The location was excellent. The property management company was extremely responsive to a couple of issues that arose.

The kitchen has been remodeled and is in good shape. The rest of the property, the living areas and bedrooms, have outdated decor and minimal furniture. There is no dining area to accommodate six people, even though the property has three bedrooms. One bedroom had only the beds and a dresser. A chair would be a nice addition. This rental is not a good value. My brother rented a place around the corner for half the price, with attractive furniture and furnishings, and a modern TV in each bedroom.

Location, and multiple beds and bathrooms

The gallon size shampoo, conditioner, & body wash. Smaller bottles are easier to handle. The living room is very small for the number of people that can stay in the house.

The location was close to all the restaurants and River Walk. The beds were comfortable. Enjoyed sitting on the porch across from the park.

Small TV in the living area; could be bigger. The bathroom downstairs in the hallway was inconvenient to the couple in the bedroom next to the living area. No privacy.
