Very nice.

The location was perfect. steps to the village. The unit is nice/OK. Large living area. The complex is very run down and needs serious improvements.
Cheezy check in/out times. Check in at 4:00 and out by 10:00. That is an 18 hour rental period. Cheezy.

Our stay was great, no issues whatsoever. Check in was easy, the place was clean and had easy to follow instructions for how to operate things at the property such as the fireplace, etc. The beds were very comfortable. The location cant be beat, literally one of the closest condos to the village. I cant recommend this property enough!

The place was exactly as presented and described in other postings. We spent 5 days on a family ski trip. Easy walk to the village gondola and the village. The only issue is Wi-Fi was not working. I called property management and they tried to get the provider to come out to fix but with all the snow they were not able to make it out. Property Management was very responsive and followed up. It was unfortunate that we did not have Wi-Fi but I am sure it has been fixed. The bed in the master was very comfortable, which was great after a day of skiing powder. We will definitely stay here again.

We recently stayed 9 nights (it was supposed to be 11 but the weather delayed us) and although we had a great time in Mammoth this home was poorly managed and maintained by Nomadness.
PROs:
1. Excellent location, short 5-minute walk to gondola.
2. Great floor plan and very comfortable home.
3. The kitchen is well stocked with all the pots, pans, utensils etc. even seasonings.
4. A ton of DVDs and games. The movies were old but that just made it more fun.
5. HOA staff that clears the snow was awesome – those men worked hard every day.
CONs:
1. Upon arriving 2 days late due to the weather, the fire alarm was going off because the batteries needed to be changed. Little did we know that was just the beginning of the maintenance issues.
2. Dishes in dishwasher and trash in kitchen trash. Overall cleanliness was in question the kitchen cabinets all had layer of filth on them. In fairness this is an old home so it could just be it’s old.
3. The downstairs toilet in the guest bedroom didn’t flush properly, due to very old parts in the tank, so we stopped using it.
4. Bath mats in both bathrooms had mold, we didn’t use them.
5. NO WIFI the entire time! They tried to tell us this was due to the weather and they don’t guarantee WIFI, however other tenants had internet and our hot spots worked. They even suggested we bring a bottle of wine to a neighbor and ask to use their WIFI. The issue turned out to be that the router was bad. Once escalating to management, she guaranteed it would be fixed by Tuesday 7-days post check in. Which we were OK with and gave them permission to enter the unit to pick up the old router. We never heard from her or the company again.
Poor communication and maintenance are preventable, don’t guarantee you’re going to fix something and then never provide an update. Again, we loved the unit and the location but not managed well.

Great location and great condo

It was a nice place, close to the Village. The kitchen oils use more cooking items, such as a can opener. The mattresses were alittle worn. The property manager was not a very nice guy. He yelled at us because we moved our vehicle up a few feet to load up our gear, even though we cleared it with the other residence whose vehicle we were blocking. We tried to explain it to the property manager but he continued to yell at us. He made an end to an awesome trip the worst experience, extremely rude old disgruntle old man, so if you run into him just keep walking because his misery loves company.

Being able to walk one block to the village is so nice. Great location. The living area was very comfortable with plenty of space to hang with friends and family. The place was fully stocked. Felt like you were in a home and not a rental.

The location is walking distance to the village which we loved. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The covered parking was tight but manageable. The host was easy to work with. We would highly recommend this property.

We stayed here for MLK and it was great. The covered parking made our lives so much easier as the storm rolled in over the weekend. The place has a lot of space and is prime location by the village gondola.

This is a beautiful two bedroom condo a short walk from the village gondola. It’s well appointed with a large living room-kitchen area that’s perfect for families / friends to gather. Comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, super clean. Check in/out was contactless and easy. Management was responsive and great to work with. Top marks for us, we’d love to return this winter and stay here.

This property is a great value. Bedrooms are on the 1st floor and the living area/kitchen are upstairs. Recommend not arriving in the dark as lighting on the street is scant ... bring a flashlight to see the address of the building! If you have giant SUVs or trucks... be aware that if there is someone in Unit 2N present, it may be very difficult navigating into 1N's parking space. Fortunately we just have a Prius so it was not a big deal. When the 2N residents or renters were present, we still had to do a multi-point turn to slide into 1N's space. Everything else is great. We will return!

My wife and I stayed with our 4 kids all under 8. Everything was great. Condo was clean and functional. Would highly recommend.

This unit is perfect for access to the village and the mountain. The size is great for 8 people no problem.

The property appeared dark - furniture was dark, not too much sunlight came in, and carpet was dated. However, the location is only a block away from the village, making this a great place to stay.

This was a very cute and clean 2 bedroom/3 bath condo (that's right, the 3rd bathroom upstairs has a shower). It was fully stocked, so we had everything we needed to cook our meals. There is a in unit washer and dryer, which came in handy because we had an unexpected need to use it thanks to muddy trails. It's a super short walk the center of town. We really enjoyed our stay in this condo and would book it again.

We loved our stay in Mammoth for the week. The condo is nice and spacious. The beds are comfortable. There are 2 downsides for us; the first was parking. The underground parking is small. I was not able to fit my truck in the tandem corner parking space all week. If you have 2 larger vehicles you won’t fit at all. I had read about this prior to booking and was assured by the rental company we would be fine. That was frustrating as there is no was my daughters jeep and my Tundra were going to fit. Other spaces were similar in that most tandem spaces the vehicles stuck out from the space a good foot or so making the small garage area even smaller. if you have 2 large vehicles it’s going to be almost impossible to park them in the space. The 2nd drawback was the walkways. They were icy all week and you had to be extra careful when walking from the condo to the stairs to leave. The entrance to the condo had a huge chunk of ice blocking your way in. I spent about 45 minutes with a shovel and pick to get rid of what I could just to be able to get to condo without slipping on ice. They finally came to clean the walkway and snow on Friday. We arrived Monday. If you are elderly or have small children the walkway is a hazard when there’s snow.

Loved the accommodations, parking was a little confusing. Two cars park tandem are allowed, but if we had a second car parked it would have been in the fire lane. Also left skis in car port and have to hear back on whether the property manager have found them. We were there 12/20-12/23. Awesome snow though!

Upstairs gathering space and kitchen nice for 4 persons. Location is only about 150 steps from Village and gondola. Very well equipped. Large space. Looks very well kept. Parking spot can be a challenge for large vehicles. Only negative would be climbing up and down stairs with luggage from parking to condo. But not that bad. Would definitely stay here again.

Fully stocked with everything you need (kitchen ware, spices, coffee, games, DVD’s, and more). Family of 4 had plenty of room, well equipped for skiing/snowboarding, walking distance to the red line for access to Main Lodge, across the street from Village gondola. Comfy beds is also a plus!

Condo was nicely appointed and we liked the location too. My wife got a kick out of all the bear decorations. The upstairs kitchen and family room was a nice place to hang out in the evening. Bed was comfortable for me as it is somewhat firm. My wife was OK with it but likes a softer bed. Hard to please all tastes. :)

My wife wanted to stay near the village but not in the village, so this was perfect for that. Nice, big living room and gathering area for the family. Biggest issue was the parking space. Its a long, tandem space meant for 2 cars and adjacent to the parking structure wall. Even with the next space empty it's hard enough to park a truck (Ram 1500). When we arrived the guy next to us didn't pull his minivan all the way up to the of his space (he was hovering in the middle) and he was crooked so that his rear corner was hovering near our painted stripe. This required me to do about 15 point turn to get into the spot (think Austin Powers). Of course, not a reflection on the property how the next guy over parks. But the point is, if the next guy over had 2 cars, totally within his right, I simply could not have used the parking space at all. We essentially used the free public parking across the street the entire time just to avoid the hassle of using our designated spot. It's not overnight parking, so we had to use our spot overnight and we feel very luck that we were able to make that work. In short, it's nice place in a great location. I just wouldn't recommend it if you have anything bigger than a mid-sized SUV.
