Cute three bedroom house blocks away from Forsyth Park with on street parking.. the main bedroom has a very high bed and a challenge to climb up & into it. Shower stall in bathroom. Hall bath has a footed tub and could be a challenge for older guests to get into. Steep steps to climb to the 2nd floor so not a good choice for handicapped or elderly guests. But otherwise we’ll stocked kitchen, nice size dining room and living room area with a power room on main level.

The home was very clean and the location was easily walkable for many points of interest. All bedrooms are upstairs so someone with mobility issues may have a hard time climbing the steep stairs. There could be improvements on the limited amount of paper products and bars of soap available for use and a box of Kleenex would have been nice. Overall the house was great and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Savannah and this beautiful house in a great location was just what we needed. The house was clean and comfortable. It was a great location for us to visit all Savannah has to offer plus take a quick trip over to Tybee Island where we got to experience Pirate's Weekend!

We all really loved the interior and the kitchen appears to have been updated semi-recently too. The upstairs and side patios were also nice to be able to pop outside on. The bathrooms were nice and one of them featured a nice walk-in shower. Super easy getting in and out and the area itself it quiet and seemed nice!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked the property for two nights. It is a beautiful home, in a great location. However, a few hours after checking in, raw sewage began coming out of the toilet for the half bath on the ground floor. We tried to stem the tide of sewage (my brother was literally scooping out raw sewage to prevent it from overflowing onto the floor) and then called the management office for help. It was already 9 pm, but the office took the call and sent over a maintenance worker. He tried fixing the toilet with a plunger and snake, but determined that it was most likely an issue with the sewer line and that a professional plumber would be needed to fix it. He promised that a plumber would be at the house first thing the next morning and also told us that we should avoid flushing any of the toilets until the plumber came.The next morning, no one arrived. The smell was really bad, so we went out for breakfast so we could also use a toilet at the restaurant. I sent a text to the management company to let them know that they could let the plumber in while we were gone. However, I did not receive a response. I called the office when we were on the way back, around 1 pm, and was told that they were still trying to contact a plumber. When we got back to the property, a different maintenance person was there. Evidently, no one had explained to him what the problem was or that someone had even been there the previous night. We thus had to explain everything all over again. He then said he was going to have someone contact the owner to see if they had a preferred plumber. We continued to wait most of the afternoon, but he never heard from the owner so he called Roto Rooter. The Roto Rooter guy arrived soon after and finally cleaned out the pipe using a 100-foot professional plumbing snake. The maintenance worker then helped us disinfect everything with bleach and Lysol. This was over 18 hours after we first reported the problem, and over half way through our two-night
