About this house rental
Situated in Napa Valley, this lovely house for £1,095 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This stunning property is located in one of the best locations in Sonoma. You are minutes from the Sonoma Square, a short drive to Kenwood, all while surrounded by serenity and luxury. A short drive up Route 12 will take you to some of the best wineries on the West Coast! We built this 4,000 square foot home from ground up in 2017 and designed it with luxury and comfort in mind! Inside you will find high quality finishes, brand new Thermador appliances, beautiful furniture, and a pool and hot tub to die for. Enjoy outdoor lounge areas, 12 person teak outdoor table set underneath a romantic gazebo, a ping-pong table, and bocce ball court. This is the perfect location in the wine country. You may find yourself never wanting to leave the property. Nightly Stay Requirements: We have a five-night minimum in April, May and first half of June. During the summer months (June 12 through September 7), we have a one week minimum. We have a five night minimum from September 8 through October 31. We CANNOT rent this house for two or three nights during these months. The only time we would consider less than five nights is if your trip falls on weekdays or it falls between two reservations. In November, December, January, February and March we have a four night minimum. Occasionally we can rent the home for three nights during this time. We cannot rent the home for two nights. Finally, during the weeks of Thanksgiving, Labor Day, Christmas, New Year, The Fourth of July and Memorial Day, we have a one week minimum. Please send me a message if you have any questions about the minimums, I'd love to chat! Important: There is a strict noise ordinance in Sonoma. No outdoor music at anytime. Also, guests are expected to enjoy the property inside after 10:00pm. Based on our agreement, you cannot use the backyard after 10:00pm. Our vacation rental permit allows us to have a maximum of 12 people at night and 16 people during the day. We cannot exceed these numbers based on our license. There is a maximum of four cars are allowed on the property. We receive a lot of requests for larger parties. We simply cannot accommodate these. We cannot accommodate events, large groups, or weddings. There is an additional one time fee required for heating the pool. Please inquire at the time of booking if you would like the pool heated for your arrival. Owner is severely allergic to pets. Absolutely no pets allowed. This includes all of the house, the driveway, and the yard. We are always available to help out our guests! This property is located on the west side of Sonoma. This side is beautiful and more rural. You are surrounded by mountains and vineyards all while being a few miles from the Sonoma Square. Bedroom 1: King bed with en suite bathroom Bedroom 2: Queen bed Bedroom 3: One queen bed and one twin trundle set with en suite bathroom Bedroom 4: One queen bed Bedroom 5: Two twin beds and one twin trundle set with en-suite bathroom Bedroom 6: Queen size sleeper sofa just as comfortable as regular beds (if not more comfortable), with en suite bathroom *A damage deposit of $1000 will be held in your card used to book, for a period of 7 days, this hold will commence 2 days before your checkout * We have a smoking-free environment. Smoking is not allowed in the House or in the common areas. If you smoke during your stay you must pay a 500USD fine. * We love animals too, but unfortunately we cannot allow pets on the premises * The fruits and vegetables in the garden are intended solely for the owner's personal enjoyment. If you decide to bring home a basket filled with figs or tomatoes, a security deposit will be applied.

A group of friends stayed at this property and it was stunning! Everything was beautiful and clean. It slept 10 of us very comfortably and the beds were great. The yard and pool were the perfect end to a visiting wine country. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home! We were multiple generations and enjoyed the home. Lovely views from the backyard and a lovely kitchen/great room area with multiple window aspects. 10-15 minutes to downtown Sonoma and multiple wineries.
Appreciated the amount of items stocked in kitchen and ease of covering/uncovering pool. We did bring our own pool toys and coffee machine but that appeared to also be provided. Air conditioning and screen doors were very helpful and efficient.
Only con was that the washing machine ceased to operate on our last few days but ultimately we were able to get our clothes out of it and hang them outside. Other than that, it was a marvelous stay.

We stayed at Bora’s home for my daughter’s wedding at a local winery. It was centrally located and very comfortable, no need to heat the pool it was a refreshing contrast to the hot tub. Would love to stay again😄

The house was lovely and suited our needs. We were there for a girls trip/birthday celebration. There were seven of us. In terms of constructive criticism, the room with the pull out couch did not really match the description. We wouldn’t describe it as better than a regular bed, or even close to a regular bed in terms of comfort/cleanliness. The cushions were stained and there were no readily available sheets and comforter in the room. Plus it was flimsy feeling. So we ended up having a couple of ladies bunk together in a different room. (I would recommend that the owners just put a bed in that room.) In addition, we found that the house could’ve been cleaned a little bit better. There was confetti on different parts of the floor from the previous users in addition to some nail clippings which was gross.

The house was perfect for our group of 6 active, fun loving women. The kitchen was huge and easy to prepare meals. The weather wasn't great but we had a blast celebrating my 70th birthday!

12 of us came to Sonoma for a bachelorette and had the most fabulous time at this property. It was close to town and wineries so it made for an easy adventure to and from. The house had plenty of bathrooms for all us women to get dressed, it was stocked with towels, the backyard was gorgeous. I really can’t put it into words how amazing it was. Highly highly recommend this property if you are even thinking of booking!

A terrific rental property in a wonderful location. Less than 10 minutes to town but nicely isolated for peace and quiet. Beautiful gardens and pool area and the house has everything you need. If the house came with a 24 hour babysitter i think that could be the only improvement made!

Five couples from all over the US descended on this property to enjoy live jazz and wine country. The property was perfect for this size group as everyone always had a place to escape if needed, there was a lot of collaborative cooking, and lots of games (including table tennis) and general trash talking! The serenity of the well kept grounds and pool was just what we all needed to relax.
The house was well appointed- dishes, cookware, etc and there were great laundry facilities as well.
We walked the area and met wonderful people in the neighborhood who were very welcoming.

We had 9 adults total, and everyone slept very comfortably. The location is not super ideal, being around other homeowners, but that’s usually the deal with rentals. We definitely understood noise would not be tolerated after 10pm, so just be sure your group is courteous to that before booking here! All showers had shampoo, conditioner and soap, and sinks had hand soap. The laundry room was well stocked with laundry detergent, paper towels, TP, cleaners, extra towels + sheets, etc. It was very nice not having to worry about those extra household items, particularly when flying. The kitchen had everything we needed. Overall, a really nice place to stay while visiting wine country.

A group of 11 adults stayed at this beautiful property for a birthday weekend in Sonoma. The space works well for a large group with plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms and a large common space. Wonderful kitchen for cooking, beautiful back yard, and lots to keep everyone entertained. Bora was wonderful to work with and answered all our questions promptly. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a small family reunion and loved this house. We had plenty of room and loved the outdoor space. Many wonderful hours were spent by the pool and in the yard. We greatly appreciated the extra board games that were there when we arrived.

This property is absolutely stunning and pictures do not even do it justice! It is fully equipped with amenities, and everything is new using state of the art technology and design.
We were able to fully use the home to cook meals, play outdoor games, and enjoy the pool. It is also in a great location - quiet and scenic in the hills - but just a few minutes from downtown Sonoma. Would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed here for easy access to wine country and tours. We enjoyed Sonoma more so than Napa. It was still easy to access Napa for winery tastings and tours.
The house was beautiful and we had fun. We were disappointed that a refund was not an option in a Covid year. We booked this for April 2020 and our only option was a 50% refund or rebook to 2021. Half of our party was not able to go in 2021 so it became far more expensive than we originally planned and the owner would not allow any discounts.

We stayed in the spacious house for an extended weekend. Loved the inside as well as the outside space, pool, and games around the house. Sonoma town is very close. We rented bikes, cycled through the vineyards and rented horses. Everything is close by. Great house and great location for activities.

We had the best time at this property! Great location close to Sonoma square. We really enjoyed the hot tub, spacious layout, numerous bathrooms for getting ready, and beautiful backyard! Had everything we needed to make delicious meals in the large kitchen. Would love to come back to this property and would recommend to any large group wanting to enjoy wine country.

We really loved Bora’s home for our stay. The grounds are beautiful. Pool, hot tub, bocce ball, hammock - there are a lot of things to do outside. Our chef complimented the properties kitchen as being workable. The interior is great for gathering and the bedrooms are spacious and private. I would highly recommend this home for any large group gathering in Sonoma.

Home & amenities were so spacious & comfortable for our large group. Outside we enjoyed having dinner on the large table, playing bocce ball, cooling off in the pool & soaking up the rays on the lounge chairs while be surrounded by fruit trees, flower gardens, herbs & veggies. Inside, we enjoyed cooking in the spacious kitchen & gathering at another lg table. The location was great with only 10 minutes to Sonoma Plaza. The home was perfect for our gathering!
