Located in Breckenridge, this lovely house for £481 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. *New flooring, paint, and living room furniture in June 2021* *Fully remodeled kitchen in June 2023!* Winter Point 17 is an extremely desirable location nestled between Peaks 8 and 9 in the Four O'Clock neighborhood. You'll really get the best of both worlds with this unit because you can walk up 4 O'Clock Road and arrive at the Snowflake Lift! Then when you're ready to head to town for a night of dinner and fun, walk 4 blocks to the Blue River Plaza to access all Breckenridge has to offer. If you don't feel like walking, the free town shuttle stop is just 100 yards from the unit and will take you all over the mountain and downtown. This 3BR/2.5BA townhome has been updated over the years and has a very cozy and spacious feel; perfect for 2 families traveling together or groups looking for a little more space than a traditional condo. The kitchen is well stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes, and utensils you could need to make full meals for the whole party! There is plenty of room in the dining room and kitchen for everyone to gather and enjoy meals comfortably. The tri-level layout creates a roomy yet connected feel for everyone to spread out. The unit received new luxury vinyl flooring on the main level, new paint throughout, and new living room furniture in June of 2021 and a brand new kitchen in June 2023. Walk out the front door and 200 yards down the pathway to the Upper Village Pool and Hot Tubs to soak after a long day exploring the mountains. This Unit has 3 bedrooms; a King in the Master suite, one Queen in the second bedroom and three beds in the third bedroom, a twin over full bunk and a single twin bed. The sofa is also a Queen sized sofa sleeper for extra space if needed. MASTER BEDROOM - King Bed - Adjoining Bath BEDROOM TWO - Queen Bed - Use of Hall Bath BEDROOM THREE - Twin over Full Bunk - Twin Bed - Use of Hall Bath EXTRA SLEEPING SPACE - Living Room Queen Sleeper Sofa AMENITIES - Walk to Town (7-10 min) - Walk to Lifts (3-5 min) - Free Shuttle Access (stop is across the street!) - Upper Village Pool and Hot Tub Access (Not available during Off-Seasons) - Wood Burning Fireplace - Garage Parking, 2 Spaces (Small Vehicles Only) - Private In-Unit Laundry - Free WiFi - NO A/C (Most properties in the mountains don't have air conditioning anyways!) * Pool & hot tubs are open seasonly. Facilities may not be open during off-seasons!* *Please note: Although 4WD is not required, it is recommended when traveling to the mountains during the winter months. Nice layout for two families. Well stocked kitchen. Close enough to walk a couple blocks to the ski lift. About a 10 minute walk to town.

The condo we rented was great! The kitchen is newly remodeled and very convenient. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The location was central and easily accessible. It was just what we were looking for. I highly recommend it!

The location of this property is very convenient to the Snow Flake lift and a quick walk to Beaver Run area. The property manager is very responsive and helpful. The house is a bit dated, especially the bedrooms and bathrooms. Some small investments would make it much better. Lights were not working, the toilet seat was broken, and the dishwasher didn't work (the property manager sent someone to repair it). We would stay here again but I can't rate it 5 stars given the issues.

While I noted maintenance needs our last day, response was fast after our departure

For skiing it doesn't get much closer to ski in and ski out. You literally walk about 200ft to the chairlift. Love the actual wood burning fire place too. It helps with the ambiance of a ski chalet. Downtown Main St. is close as well. I would definitely book this place again next time I am entertaining a group of folks.

We all had a very enjoyable stay at the property. Very spacious living area (the wood burning fireplace was definitely a great surprise) and nicely furnished apartment. Location is great, walking distance from the lift or the bus stop to the lifts. Lauren was very helpful when we had a small issue and had the problem fixed in no time, great host! Thank you so much.

This property, townhouse style, is very spacious, very well furnished and decorated, with everything you need in kitchen and bathroom. The 2 cars garage was very convenient, as well the location close to the snowflake lift and walking distance to town for shopping and eating. If available, we definitely will go there again.

Condo was great! Had everything we needed on our trip and more! Comfortable beds, clean and enough room for our party to spread out. Quick walk to Main Street, shopping, restaurants. Got to do some beautiful hiking and rafting. Would definitely go back and stay at Lauren’s condo again!

Property was listed under ski in - ski out. Only feasible if you were capable of walking up hill for over 125 yards at 9,000 feet in elevation carrying skis, and poles. We ended taking the Breckenridge shuttle bus to the gondola. Property was somewhat outdated with badly worn and dirty carpet. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Responsiveness by management to our requests was very good and condo was comfortable.

This place was absolutely perfect for a couples ski weekend getaway! The location is unbeatable with a short walk to town, the snowflake lift and skiing back down the run to right across the street! The space was nice and cozy with enough space for everyone and a nice warm fire at the end of the day. We loved it and would absolutely return.
