Beautiful natural surrounding and mature landscaping provide a serene setting for outdoor entertaining or just relaxing and enjoying the peace and quiet. The property is located just a few minutes walk from the Hess Collection winery. Located within the winery is one of the most important contemporary art collections in the world that is free to the public for viewing. In addition, Hess makes some of the best wine in Napa and has a wide variety of tasting options

Napa with the Family
The house is absolutely charming, nestled among the trees. Each bedroom had its own bath although the master was not connected to its bath. Kitchen was well stocked. The best part of the property is the front courtyard with its comfortable seating. The only downside is that it is difficult to get an Uber or Lyft as it is almost 20 minutes from downtown Napa. We had to drive down the road about 10 minutes to the Trader Joes to get a ride. The owner left us a welcome basket in the refrigerator which we thoroughly enjoyed. Would recommend this house for a wonderful retreat!

Awesome location with lots of privacy and quiet. Quaint stone house. Very comfortable. Kitchen needs to be redone but is workable.

This is a lovingly restored old school house with tons of charm and all the up-to-date amenities. The setting is absolutely beautiful and peacefully tucked away on Veeder Mountain, with the outside spaces as lovingly cared for as the interior. We loved every aspect, and didn’t want to leave.

Nice place to stay for Thanksgiving. (Would be particularly nice in better weather with the outdoor spaces).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! It is absolutely beautiful and extremely well-stocked and clean. Raymond was very responsive to any questions we had and always answered right away. The pictures on the listing are very accurate.

Fantastic property
This property is fantastic. It is well located and beautiful. We could not imagine a better location for a trip to Napa. We were anxious to return to the house each night. Everything worked perfectly, the furniture is beautiful and the beds are comfortable. We hope to stay there again.

Perfect!
We rented this home with two other couples, and it was the perfect retreat for all of us! It is perfectly located, quiet and secluded-but not far from downtown Napa! We’ll be back!

Peaceful and well equipped
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Stone house. Raymond was very accommodating and the home had everything we could imagine for an exceptional experience. We arrived to a beautiful welcome basket with an exceptional Rose to kick off our Wine Country adventure. Raymond provided several excellent restaurant suggestions and was only a text away if we needed anything - definitely a concierge experience. The linens were exceptional and the beds were very comfortable. We would absolutely enjoy the chance to stay in this wonderful home again.

Relaxing birthday
This place is absolutely amazing!! 3 couples for my wife’s 50th were all comfortable and happy. The pictures don’t do the stone house justice. Perfect serene setting in the hills and amazing attention to detail from check in to our departure. We will definitely come here again! Cheers!

A great escape from reality!!!
Amazing house, great host. The house was fully equipped with everything you need. Very cozy, beautiful surroundings, great for family and friends. We really enjoyed our four nights. Thank you Ray we will definitely return to your paradise in Napa Valley!!

Best VRBO we've stayed at - stunning inside and out!
We stayed over Thanksgiving and had an incredible time. We cooked every night, sitting at the gorgeous long table with a warm fire. We woke up in the morning to crisp fresh air, trees full of fall colors and even a few deer one morning. Raymond was wonderful to work with and has thought of everything you could possibly need. Highly recommend!

Charming but really far from town.
It was clean, linens were good, towels were good. House was good. Location was a full 20 minutes from town on an unlit road which was really windy and not so easy in the dark. Owners were very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

Peaceful beautiful home
We met up with our friends for a fun weekend of wine tasting and stayed in this beautiful home. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice! The house had everything we needed and to sit out on the covered patio with our coffee in the mornings and again with a glass of wine and some cards at the end of a day was the most relaxing thing I could have asked for. The welcome basket was a wonderful touch, thank you, we will be back for more!
