The location is perfect for UB. There is also a mall and few resturents few minutes walking distance. Yet its far from the city.
The bathroom setup is unfriendly. The shower and the sink location is outside the bathroom and it has no door. Its quite annoying if you are with kids and family.
Also the complimentary water is with charge. The first bottle is complementary. I find it a representation of poor hospitality and disappointing for 5 stars hotel.

The hotel facilities were extensive and well-maintained, offering a range of amenities that catered to our needs perfectly.
The highlight of our experience was undoubtedly the stunning roof terrace. With breathtaking views of Barcelona, it served as an ideal retreat to unwind and enjoy the cityscape.
The staff at the Grand Hyatt were exemplary in their service. They were not only professional but also exceptionally friendly, ensuring that our needs were met promptly and courteously.
In terms of location, the hotel's position was ideal for our trip, providing easy access to key attractions and amenities within the city.
Overall, our stay at the Grand Hyatt Barcelona was a memorable and satisfying experience, thanks to the combination of comfort, excellent facilities, a delightful roof terrace, friendly staff, and a convenient location. We look forward to returning in the future.
While the bed was comfortable, we found the room in need of updating, with noticeable signs of wear and tear such as floor coatings coming away and discolored tile and grout, which detracted from the otherwise luxurious atmosphere.
I would really be reaching for other things we didnt like...but one minor inconvenience was the limited selection of TV channels available. It would have been more enjoyable to have a wider variety of channels to choose from.
Additionally, we encountered a discrepancy regarding the hotel's amenities policy. The leaflet indicated complimentary loan of items for guests who may have forgotten something, but this turned out not to be the case. When we inquired about borrowing a phone charger (not keeping it permanently), we were informed that it would cost €25 for a multi-head charger, which we would then keep. This felt more like a purchase than a loan, which was not as advertised. (unless I read this incorrectly)
All in all, we had a great stay and would 100% book again.

Rude and uncompetent staff at the restaurant on the rooftop (serving and billing 2 extra meals that we did not order, serving gluten food instead of well explained and ordered gluten free food).

En la habitación la vista era a unos tanques o equipos internos. La ducha no funcionaba, luego dd que intentaron repararla volvió a fallar. La reserva del hotel en booking es engañosa porque lo primero que dice es con desayuno gratis incluido, pero al reservar hay que pedirlo especialmente y tiene costo. Es un hotel masificado por lo que hay filas y esperas para hablar con el personal.

The location and the room were great. Loved the views towards the mountain and the room size and bed were very comfortable. The shower was fabulous. The staff were very friendly, specially at reception.
The transition to a Grand Hyatt is not very well resolved. The roof terrace was not open during our stay nor was the pool bar. Clearly the staff had not been fully trained as most of them were not aware of the facilities available. The modern lift system means that the wait times at the lobby are too long.

Lei invece ci ha aiutato a cambiare stanza senza fare tanti giri di parole , dandoci una stanza ai piani superiori e con una vista città , davvero garbata e professionale!
Nel complesso un bel albergo !
Nelle Vicinanze anche se non sei in pieno centro ma in una zona residenziale ,ci sono negozi e ristoranti vicino!

Check in ( alla recemption Anna) mentre io ero a lavoro dice a Mia moglie che abbiamo avuto già il piano alto come richiesto, In realtà ci ha dato il 12 piano il più basso per una Junior suite che vanno dal 12 al 16 piano ,in più la nostra stanza aveva un vista pessima!
Maleodore in tutto il piano 12 di tubature ed anche per questo anche abbiamo chiesto di cambiare stanza!
Insonorizzazione non all’altezza di un 5 stelle di notte si sentono passi al piano superiore e rumori!
Spa a pagamento! (Alcune tipologie di stanza se non tutte dovrebbero avere ingresso incluso come in altri 5 stelle)

We are very satisfied with our stay in this hotel.
The staff is very friendly and professional.
The room was very spacious and clean, modernly furnished. The large shower cabin, bed and pillows are some of the most comfortable we've slept in.
You also get a big plus for the Nespresso machine in the room.
The pool is also very nice, the food at the pool bar is very tasty.
The location of the hotel itself is excellent, the bus and metro stations are very close. All in all, we are very satisfied, and in the end, I would single out 2 things that had a particularly positive effect on us: fantastic rooms with phenomenal hygiene and the friendliness of the staff.
For the capacity of the hotel, I think that the pool is small, because it is very difficult to find a free place during the day.
Also, the prices for the mini bar are too expensive in my opinion. It is clear that the mini bar is always more expensive than anywhere else to buy something, but 7eur for a bottle of water? I think it's a bit over the top.

Todo es absolutamente perfecto. El servicio insuperable. El diseño de las habitaciones increíble. Cualquier duda o problema, te lo resuelven. Todo el personal una vez que dices cómo te llamas, te llama por tu nombre con respeto y calidez. Tienen una memoria increíble. Recuerdan cómo desayunas y apenas te ven entrar lo preparan a tu medidas. Con el valet parking sucede lo mismo. Tome una suite de 90 m2 en el piso 17. Insuperable. Recomiendo especialmente a Emilio del área de bar y del salón para desayunar, termina siendo un amigo.

The room was grotty and worn with dirty windows. The staff were perfectly pleasant but the service was not 5 star. The location was terrible for tourists wanting to get to the centre and the hotel was incredibly expensive for what you got. Fine for those visiting the hospital and the football stadium (and probably for work) but wouldn’t bother for tourists.

Minimalnie byłem zawiedziony tym że na, zdjęciu wyglądało jakby bym wewnętrzny basen a to jest duże jacuzzi do którego nie mogą wchodzić ludzie poniżej 18 roku życia a byliśmy z 14 latkiem. O tej porze roku basen zewnętrzny jest za zimno.

Beautiful hotel near Camp Nou.. Exceptional staff who were unfailingly helpful and polite. Everyone had good English.. Breakfast was outstanding - best I’ve ever had in a hotel. Very impressed with pilllow menu and gadgets in the rooms.. Very comfortable beds.. Would definitely recommend..
There wasn’t much to not like.. A bit far out of town.. needed taxis a bit but they were reasonably priced.. Food and room service was expensive. Overall worth its stars though..

Deberían atender los recepcionistas que hablen bien el castellano a españoles y viceversa, porque me costó mucho entender la información que me dió
