This was a Comfortable hotel with old world class and charm. The staff was being good.

The manager and staff were outstanding! They happily answered any questions and made arrangements for taxi service. They made it so that we felt secure and confident on our first stop.

Nothing, everything was very good. It was our first stop in Rome.

A lovely hotel with very helpful staff

Very friendly and helpful staff. I arrived early and I could leave my suitcase at the reception then the receptionist took it up into my room. Quick chek-in and check-out. They checked the Metro timetable for me. I was offered to take a city map from the counter which is available for all hotel guests. They showed me the sights nearby on it and gave me some ideas where to go and how to get there. The room was spacious, the bed was comfy. Both the room and the bathroom were very clean. There were several hangers in the wardrobe and a safe. The quality of the WIFI was really good. Modern sockets with UBS. Its location is excellent. Roma Termini is very close, the Metro station (Republica) is within a few mins' walk. Several buses stops at the end of the street in Via Nazionale. I would stay there again when I'm in Rome.

As my room was next to the dining area, it was noisy on Sunday morning when people started to talk very loudly even before 7am.

Posizione ottima!

Ottima posizione per raggiungere a piedi diversi punti importanti, comodissima a piedi anche dalla stazione Termini. Stanza non molto grande, ma accogliente. Colazione a buffet piuttosto varia, con scelta di dolce e salato: molto buoni i ciambelloni e le crostate! Staff gentile e disponibile.

L'acqua della doccia era tiepida e non si scaldava di più. L''abbiamo riferito in reception, ma il problema persisteva.

We had wonderful time. The place is easy walk (for us) to all attractions and beautiful places.

Great location, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms.

Didn’t see an elevator. We didn’t have a lot of large suitcases, but still had few smaller that we carried upstairs. Not a huge problem, but with bigger luggage it’s hard. I suspect there should have been an elevator in a building this size but it wasn’t obvious. I recommend you ask before bookmarking if plan on bringing a lot of luggage.

The location was near a lot of restaurants and shopping as well as the Hop on buses and train station.

Perfect location, Good staff

Prefect location. Just a few minutes walk from Termini and very close to Republica underground station and near the bus stops to the centre and Trastevere. Staff were quite helpful and caring. Brought in a portable heater on our request in our room. Reception was manned 24/7.

Superb

Everyone was very kind at the reception. I arrived a bit before 11 am and my room was ready. It was a huge help because I arrived on the first of January, right from the New Year's Eve party without sleeping. The room had everything what I needed during my stay.

The bathroom was a bit small but it was not very bothering.

Very good

I stayed for 4 nights in December. The location is perfect. Main tourists attractions are within walking distance. The staff were friendly and always willing to assist. In buffet the quality of food was very good.

If you are a light sleeper, you will face some problems to have a good rest. As you can hear the guests talking in the corridors.

Crazy noisy. Worst hair dryer from 1982 Towl heater in bath didnt work ( even in alotted minimal time it was meant too) Cold room. Itchy blanket. Wi-fi stopped at the door Nice hotel but rubbish room for price

The staff is very gentle, the hotel is clean, the bathroom is big and the beds are comfortable. I really liked the floor, there is marble or something like that everywhere.

It's autumn, the room was a bit cold.

A wonderful stay at the best hotel in Rome!

The breakfast was excellent. Cinzia makes the best coffee in Italy! The desk staff, Annamaria, Costo and Max where always friendly and helpful. Whenever I visit Rome we will stay at the Aberdeen!

I booked single room for 3 days, the staff was very helpful and welcoming, the made me feel very happy. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is great, near to Repubblica metro station, also 12min from Termini main station. There are a lot of shops nearby.

Staff were very friendly and polite. Location was ideal. 24 hour front desk service was good. Room was always clean and tidy.

Breakfast was nothing special, not much to select from. Room decoration could be better. It would be good if guests had key to the main door so that we didn't have to wait to get buzzed in. A bar/restaurant service at the property could be an ideal addition.
