It was really clean, the personel was very kind and warm people. We had a pleasent stay overall.
We booked a three people room, the third bed (sofa bed) given to us was extremely small. It's fine if you have a child under the age 12-13, but there is no way a person older than that age can fit in that sofa bed. It's not even an actualy matress on the sofa, its a bed topper around 5 cm deep. I (a 22 year old person) had to put the matress topper on the floor and slept on the floor for 3 nights. When I told this to the reception, they said there is nothing they can do about that. So, if you are more than two people and if that third person is not a child, don't get a triple room. Get two rooms or stay somewhere else.

15-min-walk from metro station. Plenty of restaurants near the metro station (including Asian foods).
The staff did not check the passport, making me feel unsafe. The first day after I checked in, the alarm went off. I did panic. It turned out to be a test of alarm but I was not informed of this at all. The telephone in the room was broken. And there was no hairdryer in the room (I had to ask for it) and no “do not disturb” tag (I don’t know what the cleaning staff was doing… as other rooms seem to have it). No desk in the room. Toiletries were only soap, shower gel and shampoo. Generally speaking, the staff were impatient and unfriendly.

I was given a ground floor room, and the noise level was incredible. If you stay, ask to not be given anything on the ground floor!

Confortable and clean. Towels were changed everyday. Suit room was a little kitchen, although cookware wasnt available on the room (maybe if you ask).
One of the beds has a window on the top so if you dont link light when u sleep, this bed is not for u.
