The politeness of the staff and the location are the strong advantages of this place. Good breakfasts

I asked for a quiet room with the option to work from it and it was provided. Very basic, and the Wi-fi signal dropped out most of the time, but it did the job. The staff were helpful and there was a small fridge in the room. Convenient location to supermarket.
The concept of the room was not fully thought through - e.g. the wash basin was so small that you could't fill the kettle with water; the shower had half a protection screen - the entire small bathroom floor got soaked. I found fried rice on the carpet and there were flies crawling on the room walls. The mattress was far too soft and uncomfortable. No replacement of coffee or tea for the second day.

Breakfast was continental but there was plenty of it
It would have been nicer (for me) to have curtains that cut out the light

Great location, near bus and tube stops.
Kind and helpful stuff.
Big rooms.
The room was very poorly soundproofed and it was very difficult to sleep at night.

bakery opposite to the hotel is very good! not necessary to include breakfast in the hotel.
close proximity to the main road - can be very noisy when you open the window

Decent location and I mean you pay for what you get I suppose , for the price it was a grand stay considering we were only ever in the room to catch a few hours sleep
Bit tight for space in the triple room , bathroom had no window which is grand but suggest an extractor fan of some sort to help air circulation because there is a bed right outside bathroom door

Dirty towels and bed sheets. The carpet was wet. Not worth the price

location not far from the center
room with private bathroom for good price
I could hear a lot of noise from the hallway because there were some spaces around the room door

The room I was given hasn’t met my expectations and wasn’t as described on the booking site
Bed was partially damaged carpet was dirty entrance was blocked with equipment and items and therefore dangerous for my family including a young child.
I am not happy at all and was extremely disappointed
I had to stay there as I had only 3 days in London.and I couldn’t find other residence last minute .

The room was checked on a daily basis. They changed the towels and emptied the bin.
Breakfast wasn't much but enough to start the day
On the other side of the road the bakery was great
The bus stop is at the doorstep, the tube station is 10 minutes from the door
The smell of the carpet in the room was a bit musty due to the heavy usage
9.0
The room was equipped with all necessary amenities, such as a hairdryer, kettle, tea & coffee, cups etc. The room was cleaned daily and looked very neat. Breakfast included pastries, toasts and cheese with a wide variety of jam and spreads. Friendly and helpful staff made the stay even better! The check-in and out procedures were quick and easy.
The soundproofing in the rooms could have been better. Especially because there are police and firefighting stations nearby - I could hear sirens at night as well as regular traffic. However, the hotel building is relatively old with wooden window frames, which explains the noise. If you are a light sleeper, I recommend bringing earplugs. Wasn't a big deal for me overall.

We liked the location of the hotel that it was close to three underground stations ,and that just outside the hotel has a bus station to take you to Notting Hill or to Clapham juction that has connection to the train station to the Gatwick airport. The breakfast was good.
The water at the shower was not very warm but it was early in the morning when i used it.

Property was close to shopping mall. There was easy access to good food and stores. It is also close to the bus stop and tube station. This makes transportation easy.
The shower did not have a door. So there was always a lot of water on the floor after showering. Shower curtain would be an inexpensive way to solve the problem.

Nice tiny room for not to much money. Very close to the public transport to Gatwick Airport. Room was well heated, water pressure and temperature for the shower was fine. Best offer you can find around Kensington.
All fine for a day trip. Maybe a little bit to small if you want to stay longer.

Reception staff.
Breakfast service. Terrible.
