Welcome to Prince Andrew's Castle, a 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom luxury home with private pool and spa in the exclusive 5 star gated resort of Windsor Hills. Just 2 mils from the gate of Walt Disney World! Our home features top notch electronic entertainment systems. Game Room feature pro-grade air hockey table and pool table, and Kids' train table Mickey Room features wall mural hand painted by a professional artist. Your little princess will love our Princess room with Disney collection princess furniture. Maple cabinets with black granite countertops in the kitchen, stainless steel top-of-the-line appliances, and the very best in luxury high-end furniture throughout the house. On the first floor, there are 2 king master suites with TV A guest suite with a queen bed is also located on the first floor with TV. Your kids will love our specially decorated theme rooms upstairs. Your girls will truly be princesses in our princess room. Our Mickey room is professionally decorated with large wall murals of Mickey and friends. This is truly a magical castle for your prince and princess. Both princess and Mickey's room have LCD TV. All bedrooms have private bath. Our Air Conditioning Game room will be enjoyed by both adults and children. Pool table, commercial-grade full-size air hockey table, and a Children's play area with a wooden train table. Located at the Reserve, the upscale part of the Windsor Hills resort, 'Prince Andrew's Castle' has a premium lot that overlooks a natural area, not into another home or pool. The higher elevation of the Reserve makes for a wonderful view of the surrounding community and fireworks! One of the three children's playgrounds is within a 1-2 minute walk from the back of the house. Windsor Hills is a gated resort with 24-hour security. The resort includes a 10,000 sq. ft. Clubhouse with a huge lagoon-style pool complete with a water slide and hot tub; a toddler pool; a fitness center; 40-seat high definition theater; video arcade; and billiards; and a computer lounge with full internet access. In addition, within Windsor Hills, there is a large Castle Playground; small playgrounds throughout; sand volleyball and tennis courts; a putting green; an RV parking area; and an on-site sundry store. All of this is free of use for you and your guests staying within the Windsor Hills resort. Windsor Hills resort has all the amenities of a five-star hotel/resort, but with the comfort, convenience, and privacy of a private home. Our local management company will ensure that the home is ready for your arrival and respond to any needs that may arise during your stay. Please come and enjoy a truly magical and relaxing vacation at Prince Andrew's Castle! Please note that Property is self-catering. Only starter supplies provided. Florida Law requires the management to remove any food-related items prior to each check-in; thank you for your understanding that we are not even allowed to keep salt and pepper in the house.

Great property needs some updating maintenance wise. Faucet in one bathroom top comes off, toilet paper dispenser needs tightening, etc. But really enjoyed the property and area. Will keep it in mind for our next visit.

My family of 6… 4 kids just enjoyed a weeks vacation staying at this home, in this community. It was absolutely wonderful. Thank you for helping make our dream Disney vacation better than we could of ever expected.

Loved this property. Suited with all our needs.. close to everything. Pool was great. Water park and community pool were so nice. Only thing was there was lots of bee hives at the door entrance.

4 adults and 3 youngsters in town for a central Florida vacation. Kids rooms were nicely decorated - one for boys and the other for girls. Other 3 room (only used 2 of them) had all we needed. Owner hints very much appreciated. The few issues we had were handled as quickly as could be expected (bugs, but it's Florida, and exterminator there same day, plus washing machine was awaiting parts, but up and running by day 2). Our only suggestion would be to put up black out curtains on at least the 2 rear bedrooms, especially useful on our sleeping in days.

The home looked just like the pictures, nicely decorated and in a convenient location to Seaworld and Aquatica in case you are not looking to go to Disney.The pool and waterslides at the clubhouse was just enough thrill to prepare for the waterparks in the area. There is a Walmart less than a mile a way. We had one slight issue with the wifi which prompted us to call management. The property manager was super helpful and helped us get the wifi up and running in less than 5 minutes. The owner was in touch and gave clear directions on how to check in and how to contact her if needed. The pool is not labeled as far as depth, I would definitely suggest an adult check the depth before letting less skilled swimmers or little children in to ensure they have floats or vests. Great Stay!

Highly recommend this location. The home was well maintained and had all the amenities described in the property’s write up. My grandchildren loved the Disney theme bedrooms. Finally, it was a very short drive to the theme parks.

Myself and my family were all very pleased with this rental ! It was very clean, which was important to us as we have a small child. I can not say enough about Cynthia, she was wonderful, I had a lot of questions and some requests and she answered all in a very efficient manner ! There was literally only one thing I’d like to see fixed , it was the patio door lock , it didn’t work , however the safety latch worked great. We would definitely stay here again!

We found the house was clean, well equipped & comfortable, centrally located to Disney Resorts & Universal Studios and an easy drive to Kennedy Space Center. The private enclosed pool and tub was enjoyed by all and the resort pool water slides and rec area was a bonus as was the short drive to local shopping. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again if travelling with our family of 10.

We absolutely loved our stay! This was the second time we stayed at Windsor Hills Resort. This home was spacious with plenty of room for 5 adults. Each had their own bedroom. All agreed the beds were super comfortable. Cynthia is an excellent communicator and helped us above and beyond when we had an issue with a lost item. This home is super clean, and a perfect location! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay in this home with a great location to all the parks. The pool was great and we loved the water park that was part of the complex. However, we were very disappointed with the lack of basic necessities. It came with absolutely no cleaning supplies and yet requested we keep the place nice and clean for for future guests, one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, a tiny bar a hand/bath soap, only two dish washing pods, no laundry soap, not even salt and pepper. We have stayed in several VRBO rentals over the last 5+ years and were completely surprised. Not that we expect a full week's supply but with a full schedule the first day after a late night check-in, it was difficult to manage without these basics. The place could use a good deep clean. We found a dead gecko under one of the beds and a used but not clean child's potty chair in one bathroom.

House was perfect size and very close to Disney. Pool and spa were awesome. Grandchildren loved the water park.. they were a little upset that that there was no gaming system as advertised, joy stick on arcade not working correctly so we really did not use the game room at all.

We had an amazing stay with our family and our friends family. We had more than enough room so everyone had personal space. The private personal pool and hot tub was a game changer. The adults were able to have their coffee in the morning while the kids swam in the pool. Everything is a short distance to walk to. We played basketball while we were there after we bought our own ball for $20. However, you can rent them at the clubhouse, but they are $15 for 3 hours.
We went to Disney Springs and Disney Board walk which were close by and free admission. The strollers that are at the house to use were a great asset while going to the other Disney parks.
We were able to have one other vehicle come is as guests per day. The property manager was very easy to contact and also quick to respond. Very helpful and I would definitely stay here again. Very clean and had everything that we could have wanted.

We stayed here for 8 nights on our Disney trip. The proximity to Disney properties is amazing. I was very pleased with how short our drives were each day. My only complaint was the lack of basic supplies- no garbage bags, toilet paper, dish soap or dishwasher detergent. The fact that we had to go buy that stuff was kind of annoying, but not enough to deter me from staying there again. Perfect place for our family.

We had issues getting to the property as the GPS wants you to enter via the Owner entrance (be sure to tell your drivers!) but once in the house, it was a quiet serene escape! All rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The bath and pool towels have seen heavy use over the years, but were clean.Not sure if this was due to Covid, but here are some suggestions of some "nice to haves":Cooking spray - there are no kitchen supplies other than salt and pepper. Spatula - we tried to bake a muffin mix for breakfast and needed a stirring spatula (they had the cooking pan spatula)Kitchen Trash bags - they supply one bag. We were fine with toilet paper/paper towels. Also, bring laundry detergent! There is none. The stay was really great - we spent a lot of time in the pool and loved the alfresco dining option. It was also nice to not have neighbors directly behind us but a green space. Thank you to Cynthia and Natalie for helping us during our stay! Special shout out to the team at the Grille for providing us with dinner and staples on our first night!!We would definitely stay again, but a car is 100% needed (we were without due to a rental car snafu).

All rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The bath and pool towels have seen heavy use over the years, but were clean.

Great experience, highlights were having so many bathrooms to accommodate two families. With 4 adults and 5 kids we never felt on top of each other. Location to Disney was amazing! It was the first time our family vacationed through VRBO, but it won't be our last. Our children and grandchildren enjoyed Thanksgiving 2019 at Windsor Hills!

Perfect home for young children
I stayed at this home with my wife, mother, 3 year old and 1 year old. The multiple first floor master bedrooms were Ideal so my mother did not need to climb stairs. My 3 year old was in absolutely in love with her princess room and all the decor in the house was fantastic. The furniture was in great shape and super comfortable, and having a crib and high chair along with bed rails was super convenient. The game /playroom was also great to have. House has everything we needed. Pool was fantastic. Easy 20 minute ride to Magic Kingdom. Management company and owner were super responsive and easy to deal with. Only nitpicks I would have is there were no music players in living area/kitchen and the TVs were a bit difficult to operate. TV guide hard to find and some channels accessible on some TVs but not others. They didn’t have the ability for Netflix or movie channels which my toddlers are used to. Each room did have a DVD player so if I had brought movies this would have been alleviated. Would definitely stay here again next time we come to Orlando!
