The host was communicating clearly and politely. She was there to recieve us, they also helped us with our bags to store. Offered us drink and let us freshen us before checking in so we could drop our bags, explore Rome and come back at/after room was ready. We felt so welcomed.
Room was spectacular, it was clean and had everything in it for our comfort.
The host were so genuine about taxi prices and told us information so realistically so we could make informed choices about our travel. Host also showed us a map of iconic places and we could see they loved Rome and were so passinate about sharing and helping us.
Unfortunately we were only there for 2 days, I wish we stayed longer as it was the best accomodation experience for us in our one month Europe trip.

Perfect location. Big room.
5 minutes’ walk to the great Colosseum.
The owner Alessandro is nice and helpful. He speaks good English.
The chambermaid doesn’t speak English, and I don’t speak Italian. I used google translation to tell her not to clean my room.

The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very welcoming! We were even able to check in a bit early which was wonderful after an overnight flight followed by a train ride and 2 kilometer walk! The location was ideally located near attractions, restaurants, gelato shops, etc.!
This is not the fault of the hosts, but the trash truck came by for the restaurant trash between 2:00 and 2:30 AM each night, so we did not sleep as solidly as we would have liked. There were also some boisterous people shouting and laughing loudly outside the building until well past midnight. Again, it was not at all the fault of the hotel staff. I would definitely stay again, but would bring my ear plugs, just in case.

Close location to Coliseum and the other sights.
Inside the snack bag, one jam had been opened, Only two large paper cups and the very small paper cups provided for the three night stay.

Very clean and quiet room. Patrizia allowed me to check in at 10 am which allowed me to leave my luggage, freshen up and get out the door for a great day in Rome.

Excellent location, next to the Coliseum and the Forum and walking distance to any tourist attraction. Plenty of cafes and bars nearby

Location was fantastic, everything could be reached by feet. Although in a very central location inside the accommodation it was very peaceful.
All was super great!

Wonderful view and location, very clean, daily housekeeping. The staff was amazing and super helpful. The distance to attractions and food, along with recommendations by the host. Sound proofing of the rooms was excellent once you close the balcony doors.
Having alternate pillow options would have been nice.

the location is amazing- very central, right by the colosseum, on a major road with restaurants, cafes, and stores.
the rooms were modern and very clean. our room had an ac that also worked as a heater. and the room also had a kettle, some sweet breads, and coffee/tea/etc.
nothing that I didn’t like. from the photos, I thought our room would have a small kitchen area, but the kitchen area is a shared space. it didn’t bother us, but just something to note

This is a smaller hotel, but is perfect in all the ways that really matter. The rooms were absolutely spotless and provided for every need we might have had. The house keeper was very sweet and even ironed a shirt of my husband's after I asked where I might find an iron. Alessandro, the owner, was very accommodating and helpful as well, even arranging airport transfers for us. The location is great for all the sights you want to see while in Rome. We walked to everything and did not have to use public transportation at all. You can't beat the price and the value is outstanding. We would definitely stay here again.
It's an old hotel and there was some noise transfer between rooms.

This property was such a gem - perfectly located near the Colosseum, Roman Forum and near the Rome metro! Our large room with a huge king bed was on the 1st floor of a beautiful old building (with lift); it was spotlessly clean, had a great bathroom and there was a common kitchenette area complete with coffee machine and some cooking facilities. The managers Patrizia and Alessandro were friendly and extremely helpful. We will stay here again!

Nothing. Perfect place and stay. Thank you.

The location is ideal! I was within walking distance or a quick metro ride of everything I wanted to see and do. There are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and souvenir shops on the same street. It's a very lively but safe area; in addition, the check-in and check-out process was exceptionally smooth and access to the hotel is very secure.

The location made it easy to get to the colosseum and fantastic restaurants.
It is a room in a residence not really a hotel so there were no other areas to get out of the heat or relax.

Amazing location close to tourist attractions and restaurants and shops. There's a couple convenience stores downstairs and a 24hr restaurant so that's really handy. The room was spacious and bed comfortable. Appreciated having a fridge and coffee available. Great bathroom too. Hosts are kind and warm. Would stay here again.

Short walk from the Forum and Collisseum. Lovely room, plenty of space for family of four for a couple of nights. Small communal kitchen area too! Easy to leave luggage for the day after checking out.

Our hosts greeted us and went out of their way to be helpful. The location exceptional and was just down the street from the Forum. The room was spacious, super clean, and had multiple outlets! I will stay here again.

Everything! Patrizia could not have been more welcoming and helpful, and her son Andrea was just as charming and helpful. The room was large, well appointed, well kept, and air conditioned; the central location in Rome made it easy to walk to just about everything - or the metro was nearby.
