Charity and Piet were amazing.
Tricky getting to the lodge. Bumpy road.

Amazing room. Very private!
WIFI was very unstable. No WiFi in room. No air conditioning.

The staff was very friendly.

Great staff, the bar had good drinks and is nice and wide, the walk to the cottages is also in the wild so you still get the experience, the game rangers know a lot about nature and teach you on the drives, the game drives are included in the package, the food is definitely 5star and delicious with options to choose from, the outside pool at the Rafiki cottage was as expected and lights up in the night. No regrets
The drive into the place requires an elevated/4x4 vehicle especially if it rains. The game is limited.

The food was good and the staff was friendly
The place was very hostile, and staff and management were rigid and did not go out of their way to make us welcome We were required to pay extra money just to get a television in our room🥲🥲, what happened to upgrading customers to a comfortable room? I wouldn’t recommend this lodge to my friends and my family, it didn’t offer any value for the money we paid, unfortunately

The staff was amazing. Charity the hostess, Daniella the Student Game Ranger and one lady who is responsible for turn down were my absolute favorites. The food was the best.
The rooms at the main lodge needs an upgrade, there is no air-conditioning in a heat prone area with mosquitoes, the showers not suitable for tall people.

Staff and food were great
The road needs to be graded properly. Not good for small car. The place is a bit over priced.

Charity the Manager really tried her best to make our stay pleasant in the midst of all the challenges we witnessed. So definitely grateful for that.
Had such an unpleasant stay at Zwahili lodge. The images you see online are misleading and the lodge has not been maintained in a long time. Room had a spider web inside the shower, and basic essentials like hand wash gel, shower cap, gown or slippers were not provided. Fruits in the room were over ripe. You are not provided with complimentary water in your room, if you want water you must pay. For the exorbitant price one paid, it is honestly not a 5 star experience and I would not recommend this lodge.
Sent owner an email to communicate the quality of service received and her response was, "I am sorry we did not deliver what you were expecting."

The location
The food menu wasn't accommodating for the kids.
No kids facilities. The rooms didn't have mosquitoes spray

The food is amazing, Kudos to the Chef.
The manager's interaction with customers. For the amount of money, disappointed there was a gas heater in the room and not a proper air-conditioner. There are no phones in the room to call for room service.

Honestly speaking, spending R12 462 for two nights you expect nothing but the best. Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed when we got there. The place is nothing compared to the photos you've posted on Booking.com.
