Hotel elegante

Hotel elegante con unas vistas preciosas en una zona segura además el desayuno es bastante completo y se preocupan de que no falte de nada el personal fue atento y aunque está algo lejos de el metro te anima a caminar por la preciosa avenida y disfrutar de la arquitectura del lugar volvería sin dudarlo

Escapada fin de semana

Las instalaciones y la decoración del hotel me pareció espectacular. La cama fue de las más cómodas q conocí además de grande. El desayuno abundante, fresco y muy variado. Y cabe destacar espacialmente la calidad de atención y amabilidad de las chicas q atienden en el desayuno que estaba atentas a todos los detalles.

Delightful. I would definitely book this place again.

Super comfortable, clean and stylish. Location is also very accessible. The staff were very kind and helpful!

I was put in a room that had a bathroom with a very strong mold/humidity smell, however the staff were so kind as to immediately switch my room to one without this problem and everything went very smooth. I just think this problem should be checked next time before giving the room to guests.

I will be returning for another stay.

I liked the balcony, the overhead shower head. I also liked the rooftop area dine and lounging. Concierge was very pleasant and professional. Lastly, the decorum was an excellent aesthetic.

I did not like the size of the outdoor pool at all. It should be converted into a jacuzzi. Also there should be a mini refrigerator for personal use.

Great location and view. Very pleasant lobby staff.

The hotel is getting quite neglected and it is time for a restoration. The dark red marble has badly oxidized and has turned dull and white in many areas. The brass fixtures are also dull and worn. The mdf casings (not wood) are swelling and rotting in the bathrooms. The sink in one of our rooms was clogged and they had to fix it, and the toilet in the other room had a constant dripping noise, but they could not fix it while we were there. Low 8 foot ceilings throughout with no old world appeal like the rest of this historic neighborhood. We had two deluxe rooms, one with the large terrace that had weeds growing out of the red tile by the railings. Roof top patrons threw burning cigarettes on our terrace, burning holes in our furniture. Our least favorite thing was the lack of coffee in the morning. Only one of our deluxe rooms came with a Krups coffee maker. On the first day, there were four pods and two little creamers. We never saw coffee again unless we went downstairs to ask for it. It was a chore getting the little plastic containers of milk, and they wanted to charge me for them, but I refused. If you want room service, or even want to know how to call the front desk, good luck. There is absolutely no instruction on how to do so, not even on the telephone.

Staff are friendly and helpful. There are bus stops close by. Clothes shops are just next doors.

The room is not so sound-proof perhaps due to the old building..Was disturbed by neighouring guests chatting and laughing for some nights. Breakfast is fair but does not reach our expectation of a 4-star hotel when reading the Booking's review, to be honest

We moved here from another hotel in Barcelona as it was not as advertised and we were delighted that we moved!

Beautiful hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Room was beautifully decorated and beds were very comfortable. Lovely balcony!

definitely not worthy the money

good location, building and facilities old but somewhat stylish

super noisy construction work next door which drove everyone crazy all day long(if I knew it earlier I would not book it even for 20euro per night!) blanket was not attached to each other and so-so quality. room was quite old and wired shaped. reception was professional but cold.

The staff were exceptional in both the reception and restaurant and couldn't have done more to help and make our stay both pleasant and relaxed. The bed was comfortable and good excellent
