Very enjoyable

The host and apartment were both very nice. The localisation is perfect to see the non-touristic part of Barcelona with local restaurants, bars and shops. At the same time, the place has perfect transportation to all touristic attraction. So, it was possible to enjoy this attraction and to rest from crowds in a cosy surrounding.

Good for a brief stay, if you're not coming from a long trip. Very cozy apartment, great terrasse.

Nearness to the train station, the hosts willingness to give suggestions about what to see.

I felt like home three:)

The atmosphere in the apartament was very cosy and extraordinery. You could feel like Barcelona dweller. Oscar was very helpful. Although apartament wasn't very modern;), bathrooms was renovated and very clean.

Exceptional

We were very welcome by our host and he gabe us a derailed overview of the city. The apartment is a bit old but absolutely well maintained. Severalerro stations and supermarkets are in vicinity and the wifi is super fast. We even could leave the luggage in the apartments after check out as us was not rented at that day. I could not think of a better option in Barcelona.

If you have a plan to stay nearby Sants or Barcelona, I’d totally recommend staying here, worth the money!

The flat is very close to the Sants station (but very pleasant and no noise at all), supermarket and nice bar/restaurant is right below and in front. This place is impeccably clean! Oscar was super kind and provided us lots of valuable local information. The kitchen is equipped with a plenty of kitchen cutlery, utensils, etc. (I’ve never seen a flat with so many kitchen utensils :)) The water pressure was also very good, nice cozy beds and fluffy towels! Plus you have an access to the rooftop where you can sit down on a table, eating or drinking something or just resting.

Superb

The owner took time to introduce us to the city and made recommendations. The place was large with good airconditioning. Excellent location to use public transport or get a taxi from. Two bathrooms were great. The kitchen was well-equipped. We could stream Netflix. Good wifi. Access to a large terrace upstairs. Good value for money.

There were very loud street parties with hard rock music which went on outside the apartment until around 3.30am every night we were there (Thursday, Friday, Saturday). We understand it's only once a year or so, but it would have been nice to have been told in advance so we could consider staying elsewhere.

Photos of the object are 100% true. Great and very friendly owner. Private roof terrace with barbecue area - top! Station in 5 minutes - train to the airport, buses, metro. That was great! Thank you for these wonderful days in Barcelona!

Good location near Barcelona Sants train station. Interesting neighborhood with many ethnic restaurants. Our host was engaging and helpful.

Excellent Location and value for money - Would stay again

Fantastic location! Close to the Green and Blue metro lines, also, 2 hop on hop off bus company stops behind apartment. The area has a very local vibe and is incredibly safe. There are many bars, cafés, restaurants and a local food market close by. For convenience there are several supermarkets, pharmacies and convenience stores in the area. The apartment was perfect for our needs, we used the roof top terrace heavily (which is exclusively for the apartment) we shopped for meat, seafood and vegetables at the local market and used the charcoal BBQ to make mighty feasts during warm evenings. Oscar the host is a really nice guy and has incredible knowledge and recommendations beyond the normal tourist sites. The only thing to be aware of is the apartment is 3 stories high and probably not ideal for someone with mobility issues as it is up a few flights of stairs. Excellent value for money with fast WiFi and tremendous transport links - Highly recommended

Fantastic find.

Great location and flat. Fantastic host too who is happy to help with anything you might need and some great recommendations. Sants is a great area to stay in. Huge terrace to enjoy the outside complete with barbecue and furniture. Thank you very much!

I would recommend both the appartment and the host to others.

I really appreciated the host's generous welcome. We were met in the street and followed into the appartment. Fantastic roof terrace. It was especially valuable for us to experience the host's introduction to Barcelona, The map with his personal recommendations was used diligently. Thank you, Oscar! Having the Metro system nearby gave a very easy access to the whole Barcelona area, including down town. We would like to have Oscar as our host next time we visit Barcelona!
