Friendly staff; a perfect location right on Las Ramblas with excellent access to local attractions.

The staff was EXCELLENT! They stored our luggage when we arrived early, provided breakfast delivery service, food recommendations, and ordered a cab for our trip to the airport. We were very impressed!

Room was quite small with no closet space or luggage space. It would have been better to have had more space in the room, especially given the price we paid per night. We noticed other rooms that had more space. Not sure how we could have reserved one of these instead.

for the money I saved I definitely would stay here again

the location!!!!! right in the heart of everything perfect shopping and food

the room was pretty small. but for a solo traveler, it was definitely worth saving the money to spend shopping very very clean and cute tho

amazing stay in Barcelona

Exceptional location, friendly staff, clean place. Worked excellent for the four nights vacation.

Regarding the maintenance, there is a room for improvement. The shower booth is leaking. There is a spill of water in the middle of the bathroom each time after taking the shower. The sliding door is a huge glass door gets stuck every time , need really put in an effort to close it.

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to metro and bus station. Close by they’re variety of cafes and restaurants. The staff were very nice and friendly. Answered all of our questions and kept our luggage safe until our flight. I would visit again.

Not enough space for storage. Maybe they can think about adding a few more necessities in the bathroom, it would be very helpful for people traveling with only a backpack.

Best location to visit Barcelona.

Excellent location. Few minutes walk to main locations ( Casa Bathlo, Casa Mila, La Rambla) and near metro.

It’s an okay hotel which is nothing more than nice ( and small ) rooms with a forthcoming staff and a great location

Great location

The front desk ( it’s hard to call it a desk ) was tiny and only a single staff member accommodating it. The breakfast box is nothing more than funny and it is really not worth the money on top of the fact that it’s too cold to have the breakfast outside. This hotel can’t accommodate breakfasts or having a proper dining room for that matter…. I wish they were more clear about this on their Booking profile

Worst stay ever

The only good thing is the location and the staff of the hotel.

I stayed in room 210. The room is like a prison, in order to see the sky, you have to stick your head out of the window and look up from the building space. The shower is in the room, if you stay a little too long it floods the room. There is no place to wash your hands in the toilet. You have to get out of the toilet and wash your hands in the sink next to the bed. There is no closet in the room. At night, there are sounds in the form of sizzling from the hotel. If you're obsessed, you'll never be able to sleep. You can also hear the cleaners' brooms in the early morning. I've stayed in dozens of hotels, it was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I suggest you fire whoever designed this room. It's the first time I see the sink next to the bed. I will not stay at this hotel again.

The room was really small, it didn't have a place for the suitcases, we only have backpacks but have to put it in the floors, and the area around the bed was so small barelly we fit. No laundry room.

lovely staff who went out of there way to make our stay pleasant

near bars and restaurants…metro etc

.roof terrace was very disappointing…no umbrellas so no shade meant it was impossible to sit up there so just too hot to sit up there . no alcohol license .no chair to allow us to sit on the balcony

Top 3 things: Location, location and location. This is the RyanAir of hotels.

(1) The location was great - on a quiet part of La Rambla, which is otherwise a busy street - but away from the all the tourist traps. It is lively, yet quiet and safe. The location is the best feature of this hotel. (2) We were also upgraded to a larger room with a balcony, since it was available, at no extra charge. So a nice gesture to make our stay memorable. (3) Our taxi for the airport, during check-out, was there on time and the bags were loaded without us asking. Pleasantly surprised to see this gesture.

(1) The breakfast! It comes in a box with no options (except for picking Coffee or Juice!). The staff was't accommodating to our dietary restrictions for breakfast either. (2) Each member of the staff we spoke to had conflicting instructions on several aspects. They had to be asked for basics - replacing dirty towels, making the bed etc. One particular gentleman (Juan) was not only unhelpful, but also rude and snarky. (3) While there was a track for a sliding door for the bathroom, the door itself was missing. Clearly this wasn't a design feature of the room, but it made for a strange experience. (While some European room are designed this way, this one felt strange).
