Passable

Location amazing. Easy to get in and out.

Bed was uncomfortable. Bathroom was not clean. No shampoo or conditioner. There was a soap but it was tiny. The pictures do not show you what you actually get. I guess this price is cheap for Barcelona. Location is the only reason why I people still book it.

Great Location, Very Small Room!

Apartment is in great area with easy access to beach and public transport. Room was comfortable and clean and communication with hosts good as all done by email.

The Apartment we were given should not be classed as an Apartment as it was very small with no balcony or windows you can see out of. It was more like a small hotel room with very small kitchenette area. For the price paid it was not good value for money as have stayed in much better bigger apartments for a similar price! Also part of wall inside was falling off and needs a proper repair!

Very weak water pressure, flush stopped working, unresponsive host

Location is excellent and all it has going for it. We were able to get an early check in.

The water pressure in the shower and sink was a pathetic dribble. It took us so long to do anything in the bathroom because the water pressure was so weak. Then, on the first day, the flush stopped working. Because it was a weekend, we contacted the emergency number to get it sorted and they finally responded after several tries by sending a plumber who walked in unannounced while my partner and I were unclothed in the apartment. No knock or warning that he was coming. We did not speak Spanish and had no way of explaining to him the flushing problem or why it was inappropriate to walk in on us unannounced and interrogate us while my partner was naked in bed. He simply left without fixing the flush. We called the host who apologised and promised he would return in 25mins to fix the flush. But no such thing happened. The host refused to respond to our messages after that and we were stuck with an unflushable toilet for the entire duration of our weekend stay in Barcelona. We were forced to use a saucepan from the kitchen to flush the toilet manually. It is amazing to us that the host simply stopped responding to our messages.

Not worth the money

Great Location. Can arrive by public transport Has Air Conditioning

The "apartment" was tiny; there was literally no room for 2 people The toilet did not work properly We stayed for a week and there was no cleaning service or towel change during the whole stay, we even ran out of garbage bags

Could do better on hospitality

The room was clean and in a good location.

The staff was very unhelpful. On day 1, we needed an early check-in or just a place to keep our bags and we had been trying to get in touch with the host for 2 days before our arrival but they were very unresponsive. Finally the host obliged and we were able to check-in one hour early after waiting outside the venue for more than 2 hours with our bags. On our day of checkout, the lift (which opens directly into the rooms) maintenance work began around 11am - which is also their checkout time - and we were stuck in the room for a good hour because we were on the top floor and carrying mid-sized suitcases down the stairs was next to impossible due. The room as well as the stairs were pretty small. And even though the photos show a balcony, the top floor definitely does not have one.

Good Location small tired room

It was in a good location and it was spotlessly clean.

I was on the top floor, I didn’t have any balcony or windows I could really see out of. The room was tired and the plaster was peeling off the wall by the window and Kitchen. The bed was incredibly hard. Quite uncomfortable after a long day of walking. The worse thing was the lift opening straight into the bed room. Every time I heard the lift come up I was worried the doors would open and I would have a visitor.

Very friendly!

The location and decoration of the place is really beautiful. The kitchen doesn't have many stuff so you can't plan yourself for a longer stay. The host was great. We needed some extra hours to stay and they accepted without hesitation. We really appreciate the empathy.

Room is a little small. Bags don't fit. Kitchen needs a little more care.. for longer stays (+3 days)

Okay

The bed was two singles pushed together with two single covers, not suitable as a double bed. The apartment was very noisy, and not very comfortable to stay in. It was very small with not much space to store suitcases and belongings.
