The room service woman was very rude and hung up on me as soon as she heard my accent although I was attempting to speak Spanish. They did not put water in my room on the 2nd night

bliskosc plaży oraz wybór sniadań w tym dla małych dzieci

brak mozliwosci zapewnienia taksówki na kolejny dzień. rano okazało sie, że sprawa nie jest pewna. 30 min stresu ale ostatecznie udało sie rozwiazac problem i auto przyjechało.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Clean rooms

Didn’t have enough towels so you could use pool and shower in room afterwards. (To be fair, it was the hotels towel supplier who had issues). Expensive breakfast (€17 per person). One staff in reception recommended us to take a taxi to Park Guell and buy tickets there, but when we arrived there it was sold out. Wasted 1,5 hrs and approx €40 in taxi fees - with small kids this was very annoying, and the hotel wouldn’t compensate anything for the poor advice. Disappointing!!

Great place close to sea

Very close to the beach, metro station. Great pool and view top. Big rooms and quiet area. Rooms were cleaned every day, also the towels were changed every day

loved barcelona, would not return to this hotel

room clean and fuctional with decent shower in the bathroom. Cleaned well daily.

Early check in requested and agreed but not available on arrival. Reception staff not friendly. No sun loungers on first day and bar not open till 5pm.

recommend to lay your head and see the sights of Barcelona at a reasonable price.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was fantastic, great choice of options.

Room view, not great. Sad the pool was not available but sometimes construction/maintenance is expected. Location is ok, not in the heart of Barcelona but easy enough access to buses almost outside and metro 3blocks away.

Hot winter in Barcelona

The location was perfect for our trip (Auditorium Forum, Digital Arts Centre). The breakfact had sufficient variety.

Some amenties in the room were not in order (trash bin, lamp, handle of a door). The key was not extended until the end of our stay (by mistake we think).

faraway from the city center and is not directly on the beach as I thought. no Blankets, although I asked, they did not supply. there was one stored blanket on the shelf, was not clean and stinky

A great property for those visiting beach or CCIB

Really nice service, high quality breakfast, staff always had times for questions and queries. If our sponsoring organization wasn't paying for a stay at AC Marriott we would have preferred to spend our entire time in Barcelona here!

Location was a little isolated from center of town events, but really well situated for CCIB and associated events.

Well-connected location

We didn't need anything outside of the room/bathroom, and those were fantastic. It's also located wonderfully, only a 7 minute walk to the metro, and surrounded by food areas/stores, and only a 10minute walk to a mall. We got three key cards so we could all have access to the room too. The room had enough plugs for all our electronics, and also had USB plugs.

My bed in particular was weak - I got bruises from the springs in the mattress. I heard from my friends who used the pool that it was smaller than they had expected. Took us a while to get used to the air conditioning system - we didn't realise it worked using the room temperature and how cold it could get (we all asked for blankets since the sheets were so thin).

a very welcoming hotel, with lovely staff.

The staff were very friendly and the rooms, dining area, bar and pool areas were always clean.

We walked into the town everyday. if you aren’t as mobile then the location may be a problem for you, taxi’s into the town we’re roughly 7-15€ . the rooms were lovely but you hear everything, people walking the halls, cases being moved, babies crying, if the rooms were soundproof it would have been miles better. i was woken every morning really early due to noise in the hotel. the pool terrace was nice and clean, but the ladders into the pool and surrounding composite decking could do with slight maintenance as it’s very flimsy and doesn’t give you confidence getting in and out of the pool.

Nice hotel for the beach goers.

The hotel was really close the the beach, which was nice. The Subway L4 was quite close as well so the location was great. Breakfast was good, they changed it up slightly every day. Room was clean and cleaned everyday. An iron and an ironing board was available upon request. The staff was really helpful and nice.

The Wi-Fi was pretty bad. Connection wasn’t very stable and it was fairly slow.

Comfortable, but over priced

It was quiet The pool on the roof was good for the kids

The amount charged, did not match the amount that was quoted when booking. Further, we paid more that double for a family room, when compared to a single room. We paid approximately £200 extra, just to have an adjoining room. Our children are too young to have separate rooms from us.
