My son lives with his fiancé in Bend . We traveled from Ohio for their wedding. The condo was in a very pretty area of town and was just a few minutes from downtown. The condo was attractively decorated comfortable and very clean.Two large bedrooms were on the 2nd floor and a 3rd smaller bedroom on the main floor . The beds were very comfortable. The spacious kitchen had everything needed for cooking and eating . A nice perk was the hot tub in a closed patio . Very private. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend this condo.

Came to Bend with Hubs to see Noah Kahan with my 3 adult kids and their significants.
This townhome was absolutely perfect… a quick walk into Old Mill, and a perfect setting to make family memories.
Having just been to South Africa, the decor was so welcoming, and the kitchen was well stocked for family meals together.
The only tip I’d give to those staying here is to BYO pillows if you are picky…
Overall a great stay and a rental I’d happily return to! Thank you!!

This condo was very very nice and in a perfect location. Our family seriously enjoyed the stay. Close to the path to the Mill District if you want to be out and about. Just as comfortable with hanging out in the living area and enjoying the change of scenery. Only mishap was that we were not given the complete code to the house.
Two numbers were missing, therefore we had to contact the Property Management company to assist. Thank you! This was so much fun.

Home is clean with nice big kitchen and a bath for each bedroom.

The property was ideal except for one hiccup! The TV in the second bedroom upstairs didn’t work! There were no instructions and we couldn’t get any channels to work!

Just a few minutes walk to the Old Mill District and river trails. House was perfect and well stocked for our family stay with three bedrooms and three baths, two as en suites. We enjoyed the BBQ and hot tub. Great grocery store less than a mile away and just a few minutes from Highway 97 for everything else in the Bend area. Excellent communication with property management. We would definitely choose this house again!

Super clean, convenient location, and everything we needed to have a great time with my mom celebrating her 70th birthday!
They do need to purchase a new wine bottle opener as theirs was broken, but other than that everything was great! Will definitely stay here again.

All in all was a great stay, rated 4 because the icemaker/water didn't work, the fire pit was broken so we ended up bringing our own, the oven smelled of gas so bad when turned on that we ended up not using it. Like I said, all in all a good stay but dissapointed that the extra "amenities" listed were really none at all. Luckily, the location was excellent so it made up for the missing items.

The rental is overpriced. The house was pet friendly but not clean. Lots of dog hair in the carpet, spiderwebs, and dirt. Blinds are a mess. No cleaning products provided so we could not clean what they missed. Also, no grass in the backyard for a dog. Condo is on a busy street so taking our dog to the restroom was a process. Lots of neighborhood dogs also used the grass. Garage is located in the back and it took us a bit to figure out how to get there. Finally a few rules are provided at check in that are not in the listing and that is a big no from my perspective. They should be upfront and honest before you make the reservation. Would not recommend this condo.

Terrific location and fun house
My husband, adult children, and I stayed at the Old Mill District house for four days in July. We stay at a lot of rental houses over the years and this house was one of the best. It had a ton of room and was airy and well laid out. The beds were comfortable and it was so helpful that each couple had their own bathroom. We especially liked to gather in the backyard on the patio for early morning coffee, and played many a game on the dining area table. The location really can't be beat - high on a bluff overlooking the Old Mill District. We walked out dogs to dog park where they could swim in the river. This is a great place and we'll be back.

The place was well stocked, very clean, and a great location. You can walk to the old mill district with shopping and the river right there. Great restaurants. Downtown bend is close about 7 minutes away. There were concerts at the venue here and you can hear it from our place. Music stops early enough. I’d stay here again
