Really nice condo in Breckenridge. Easy walk to bars, restaurants, and shops. A lot of great hikes within a 60 minute drive. Would stay again.
Just be aware that the check in is offsite and if you’ll be checking in after 5 it’s a bit cumbersome. I would stay with this property manager again, but it’s definitely worth noting and planning for.

The pictures made the condo look nicer and more updated then it actually was. No full length mirrors in the rooms. Great location but no over night storage for skies and boards.

We cannot wait to book this property again and again! Everything was superb. Beautiful, updated clean condo. The location cannot be beat. The views are beautiful, it is so easy to ski in and out, and it is a quick and easy walk to shops and dining.

It was just okay. Check in was a nightmare. We got in late and had no idea where to go. The email I was provided didn’t list late check in address. We got to the address of property and we’re told check in is elsewhere. Meaning we had to drive to there and this was an issue as we had separate cars and friends driving the other car to their place after driving half the group off at this place. The place was decent, but pictures are a bit misleading. It’s an older place that has been renovated. The kitchen is nice. The plumbing wasn’t great. Leaking toilet in one bathroom. Sink wouldn’t drain in the other. Bathroom wasn’t very clean. We didn’t have many cleaning supplies. Only a few paper towels. No laundry detergent. We had to go to the front desk for extra toilet paper. The bunk bed has loose screws (major safety hazard) and made so much noise that someone had to sleep on the couch. The keys stopped working multiple times and we didn’t have them near phones or credit cards. The elevator for the entire building quit working at one point for an entire day and we had to carry skis and boots and stuff up 8 flights of stairs. Also for checkout the instructions said to do dishes and take trash out which okay fine no problem, but then you still pay a hefty cleaning fee on top of a booking/service fee that is outrageous. I received no customer service and couldn’t even reach anyone for check in to tell me to
Go to a total different address. I had to call the emergency line 3 times for help. Also this is NOT ski in / ski out. It’s “steps to skiing and walking distance of lift”. You can’t ski out of your place so that’s not the same. This is my first vrbo and not a good experience. Way overpriced. Again place was just okay. The town is cute and the village was fine but not worth the extreme price for 4 nights. Insane.

The place is clean, spacious, and well maintained. The only problems I found with the apartment are:
1. Some basic items like detergent were not available
2. It’s not a true ski in ski out. Yes you only walk like 30yds but it is what it is.
3. I didn’t like there was no ski closet or storage in the lobby
4. Parking was very limited but we knew that and honestly always found a spot even if tight.
I would come back for sure but just wanted to clarify the points above

The proximity to the Quicksliver lift cannot be beat! We had a great time in this picturesque location. Lovely accommodations, great for 2 families. Very well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable entertaining spaces. The elevator didn't work one day, but thankfully they had it fixed by the time we were back from the slopes. One item to note for future renters - call as soon as possible to get a garage space. The beds aren't the greatest, but otherwise everything was on point! We would love to stay there again!

We were able to watch ski school for the little ones right outside the window. The place was spacious enough for 3 families to eat, play, watch skiers, and enjoy!

Amenities and condo were perfect. Views were amazing. Owners provided humidifiers which was nice. I would have give 5 stars if it weren’t for the inconvenience of check in being off site keys did not work to access the building multiple time. Very close to peak 9.

This unit is one we would definitely book again. The hosts thought of everything! Fully stocked kitchen, ample amount of towels, bedding, blankets, etc. This corner unit had modern decor with amazing views of the mountains and lifts. Perfect location, great staff. Check-in process was a breeze. The unit was accurately photographed and the description was spot on. Highly recommend!

Overall we were very satisfied with this place. Very comfortable living space with incredible views of Breckinridge. Close access to downtown shops.
Kitchen was well equipped with lots of bowls, glasses, pots and pans. Made it easy to cook meals.
A couple of suggestions would be to have soap dishes for the hand soap or change to soap dispensers. Also closets are filled with too much stuff not allowing easy hanging of clothes. There’s no dressers or places to put clothes or foldable luggage racks that would allow for opening luggage. Master bedroom screen door needs maintenance as it was falling off the track. Windows could be cleaned better as they were streaky.

Excellent unit within walking distance from everything. Loved all of the finishes and overall had a wonderful experience. The only reason I rated the cleanliness a 4 out of 5 was because the trash can was full and had to empty other people’s trash.

Amazing location
This condo couldn’t be in a better location right at the base of peak 9 and walking distance to town! The bunk room was perfect for the kids and the kitchen/dining and family room was super spacious. The view of the hill was picturesque!

This unit is immaculate. Very nicely furnished and large enough for a big family. It was just my wife and I this time, but we plan on booking in the future with our kids and parents to stay with us. Our key stopped working all of a sudden on day and James came very quickly to get us back in the room. Customer service was great.

We had a great time in Breckenridge! This unit is close to everything and you won't need your car, except to drive to further away trail heads. You can go out the back of the unit and hike too! Our only complaint was the bunk beds aren't the most comfortable for college girls. The rest of the unit is wonderful. A tip to make girls trips better is to consider installing a full length mirror somewhere in the unit!

Phenomenal Property
The property was in Excellent condition and was in a Great location to walk to Main St., shops and restaurants. Every room had a humidifier which was wonderful in keeping skin & nasal passages from drying out. The Kitchen had plenty of dishware, silverware, pots & pans, etc. It also had a hot water dispenser which was really great for warming a baby bottle. Bathrooms had radiant heat in floors and was stocked with plenty of towels. Beds were really comfortable! Fireplace worked well! There are 2 nice size porches once facing ski lifts and the other facing open area of complex & town. There was only one issue we had with key cards and not being able to get in but resolved relatively quickly and they are working on correcting the problem. I definitely would rent this property again!

Loved our visit to Breckenridge!
Great location, nice updates, great beds!
Only things to improve were having more towels or letting guests know to bring them if using the pool, We had eight people stay and only had eight full size towels. Also, with no air conditioning - having the windows/sliders open at night being right over a parking lot was noisy.
Overall a great stay and a great price & location. Loved our visit!

This property was conveniently located in downtown Breck. It is very spacious and kitchen is fully loaded. The property was very clean. Only complaint I had was that 2 of the bedrooms had a slightly "musty" odor. Otherwise, highly recommended property:

Stay was too short
Decorated so cute, seemed to be newly remodeled and the kids loved the bunk room. Not to mention the beds were so comfortable! Great corner condo with awesome views. Location to town was perfect. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Good, but a few hang ups
The property is in a great location and it's decorated beautifully. We had a couple of things that would make me hesitate to rent it again though. The shower in the master bathroom when we arrived. They sent a plumber, but it stayed broken for our entire 5 day visit. Not a great situation when you have 5 people trying to shower. Also, I COMPLETELY understand changes must be made to social distance amid COVID 19, but it made me very nervous that a packet complete with my names, building, room number and 6 keys were left in an unlocked box outside the office. I felt unsafe with that procedure. And just a side note- when I asked the manager practical questions like is there parking- I got a response. But when I asked if they gym would be open or how many restaurants were operating in ton- I got no response. Just something to keep in mind if you're hoping for any kind of guidence,

Exceeded Expectations
I hesitate to write this as I don't want the place to book up next year before we have a chance to reserve it. It's an amazing condo at an amazing location. Pictures reflect the room size perfectly. It's updated, everything worked, it's quiet, and the location is perfect. I have but one request. If the owners ever sell it, please have them contact me first. We will be back here next winter....and maybe sooner.

Location was phenomenal... Quick elevator ride down and your 100 feet from the lift! And a short walk to all the dining and shops in Breck!
Unit was very clean and well appointed. We didn't have our daughter with us, but we're going to bring her next time - there are some games and the place is kid-friendly overall. We didn't cook, so can't vouch for cookware, etc, but they had everything we needed and more. Honestly loved everything about it!
The only small negative, if you can call it that, would be that the property manager want quite as helpful as I would've liked. We were getting into town on our anniversary and I was trying to figure out a way to get champagne, chocolates, and flowers delivered to the room before we got there, or just some groceries at the least, but they simply said they didn't offer that service. But I know there are companies that deliver groceries ahead of time, but there was no way to get them access to the unit without help from the property manager. But again, I feel bad for even complaining about that as it was a special request. The unit itself, and the property manager's check-in & out process were all fantastic!
