If we receive a noise complaint, we will have to contact the appropriate authorities and upon a 2nd noise complaint you will be evicted. — No smoking at all inside or outside, please. If our cleaners smell smoke, you will be charged $300.00. Smoke of any kind leaves a smell for the next guests so this is a very important rule to follow- thank you in advance for your compliance! — If you make a mess, we ask that you please clean it up. An extra cleaning fee will be imposed if the house is left in disarray. —Pet fee - You can bring your pet but must be authorize first for $150 and $50 per additional pet —Trash pick up is every Friday kindly leave the bins outside the night before if you happen to be staying during the schedule :) —We have security cameras in the front and backyard.
