Nice area and easy to get to off the highway. The only thing i really didn't like was the big bright lights in the parking lot. Our room faced the parking lot and only had sheer curtains to cover the windows. There were thick curtains on the ends but you can not close them so ·light shone in the windows allnight. That is annoying. Every thing else was fine.

Staff was very helpful and kind. Room was clean, large, and comfortable. Location was close to major highway so easy access plus close to restaurants. We left our car there for 6 days which was very convenient. We would certainly come back to the same property if the opportunity arose.

The hotel has great access from the highway for easy off and easy on! We were able to secure a first floor room for my 92 year old mother, which was very helpful. I had the pool to myself and was able to relax in a nice poolside lounger. Breakfast was good, with offerings for all! Our check-in clerk was particularly friendly.
Ruby Tuesday was just a quick walk across the parking lot, so we didn't need to drive anywhere for dinner. I'll stay there again!

Let’s start with the smell of weed as soon as I arrived. There was only one working elevator for 5 floors. I had to request extras towels and bed linen was torn. And finally the fire alarm went off my final morning.

I really enjoyed how polite and thoughtful the staff were. The facility was very clean and the woman that checked us in was very helpful and even printed up some events we could do and enjoy while we were in town! Thank you to all the staff!

I am was very disappointed by being offered a reservation for a room at this hotel by Expedia, to then arrive at the hotel and be told my reservation had been cancelled, that I should have received an email (which i had not then, nor have I to this moment), and that there was nothing to be done and sent away to figure it out...... which turned out to be a hotel in Durham, NC over an hour away. Not happy faced at all

From check in to check out, everything was great. The front desk staff was courteous and professional. The room was clean and the rest room well stocked with towels and soap. Breakfast was good and the food plentiful. All employees were friendly and helpful. I plan on staying at Fairfield Inn, Greensboro Airport location again.

Comfortable and quiet. The eco score goes way down for me because of styrofoam plates and plastic utensils in plastic packages. Glad they did away with those little plastic bottles of shampoo, lotion, etc.

Our room was very clean. The front desk service was amazing and they were very accommodating. They were also very friendly and welcoming, which we really appreciate it after tiring travel. My only complaint is the pillows could use a refresh breakfast was also good.

First off the check-in staff is amazing and goes out of their way to make your experience a pleasure. I am specifically talking about the check-in clerk that was on duty 12/31/2022 during the day time shift. She made the whole experience worth it! Thank you!

We had booked here because it was close to the State Cross Country Championships. When we arrived the reservation was not there. I showed our reservation and the front desk clerk was great in making sure our rooms and rate were correct. The issue occurred when we checked out. The front desk attendant was on the phone and didn't want to provide me with print out of our bill. I needed this to submit to our Athletic Director for reimbursement. The attendant, while still on the phone, finally handed me a print out. The bill showed that we had been charged double for the rooms. I tried to explain this to her, but, she said, "I am on the phone."
She finally gave me a card of the manager and told me to call on Monday and she would take care of it.
I contacted the manager, Desiree Williams, on Monday and she assured me she would take care of it. I sent her copies of the bill. She told me she would get back to me that day. She didn't. In fact, despite numerous emails and phone calls, she never got back to me.
I ended up having to dispute the charges with my credit card company (who was great! Thank you AMEX).
I am a Marriott Bonvoy member and let them know how awful the customer service was here.
I wouldn't stay here again.

The staff here is horrendous. They are rude, don’t listen, aren’t helpful and don’t take any accountability for their mistakes. The general manager hides in his office and won’t even engage. Embarrassing for any business.
