Great hotel but an employee( Holly) working with reservations recommended a car service comparable to prices of Lyft and Uber when I asked the price. We were shocked when he charged us $75 to go less than 2 miles(7 minutes away). We used Lyft to come back to hotel, $15. We paid the first driver for his $120000 SUV he drove. Not worth it. Employee should have told me when I asked.

It was nice to park right at the facility. The breakfast was not so good. Not much there and not as stated. We have found this in a lot of places where the food is not out for the time that they say breakfast is.

This os a great place to stay.when visiting Pittsburgh. The room we stayed in was two queens amd a sofa bed and it was huge. So much room. We were a family of five and never telt crowded. Its conveneient to different attractions as well. We went to a concert at PPG paints Arena and it was only a short drive. The folks at the frotn desk were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was a little bit of cluster with them trying to keep everything filled, but there was a decent selection. I would definitely stay again.

Expensive for the condition of the room. Wallpaper was peeling, bed wasn't that comfy, only two pillows were on the bed, light way weird. Great view from our room. Location is great.

My room was so comfortable that I slept like a baby. The front desk staff was very friendly and provided me with helpful information.

I recently had a disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite being assured by a clerk at check-in that our bike would be safe in the parking lot, it was stolen from our car. The manager's response was simply an apology, lacking any attempt to address the security issue. Additionally, our toilet was clogged twice during our short 12-hour stay, and despite reporting it, no one came to fix it the second time. This left us, with kids in tow, having to repeatedly trek to the public washroom downstairs. The hotel's repeated apologies did little to mitigate our frustrations. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

Great hotel in a great location downtown across from the Heinz History Center, very short walk to the Convention Center. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Room and hotel was very clean.
Breakfast was one of the best hot breakfasts I've had - great variety of choices.

We had an amazing stay in Pittsburgh. Love the location and the amenities.

Our roon was on the 8th floor, overlooking the river. Great view! The room was so very spacious and nice. It was a perfectly quiet night on comfortable beds. Even the pull-out couch was decent to sleep on. The towels were very plush. We loved being right in the strip district where we could walk to everything. The staff was gracious enough to let us check in early which made our day flow so much better. Breakfast was good.

We got a corner room on the 6th floor with views of the river and city, with 4 large windows! The king bed room was enormous and even had a couch, wet bar area and foyer. The location was perfect for our night out to celebrate a friend's BD who lives in Pittsburgh.

This is an awesome spacious hotel in the strip district. Staff are friendly and breakfast is excellent. Great location. Heinz museum is across the street, walking distance to market square and a bit longer walk but durable to PPG arena.

I stayed overnight for a college tour. Decent enough hotel. I didn't really need a lot of service requests but the one I did ask for never came through. I asked for extra towels and the front desk said they would bring it up. The night came and went and there were no extra towels. Also I was not a fan of the square pillows. I had four square pillows. I guess someone thought 4 squares would equal two rectangles. Who knows? They were small, super high and thick and not comfortable at all to sleep with. I am glad that I only had to stay one night or I would have been perturbed by this. My daughter did not like it either. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. Good enough for the purpose. The free parking was a plus. One of the reasons I chose it. The majority of the hotels you had to pay for parking. Parking in that downtown area is pretty expensive. Went out to eat in downtown and they wanted to charge me $20 for parking for overnight. I was only going to be there 2 hours max. Eventually I paid only $10. Their sign said $12 for 2-3 hours. So I guess I got a discount. Overall an average (3.5 stars) stay nothing too spectacular but also nothing really horrible.

Check in was a disaster at the beginning. Drove 6 hours to get there walked in lobby, about 10 unhappy people in line then was advised there was a system wide network error, could not check anyone in. After 20 minutes they went old school doing paper check ins as it appeared their IT dept was clueless and the 2 staff members clearly upset but were doing their best to remain calm, cool & collective and professional. After about 45 minutes The systems came up snd check ins moved faster. Kudos to the staff members, boo to the tech support team!!! Check out the next morning and they were still having networking issues. Other than that, rooms were clean, breakfast was normal, staff was friendly. I would stay again.

We had a minor maintenance issue and the staff on (James) was at the room to address and fix the issue immediately. He was extemely pleasant about correcting the prob and prepared to move us in the event he could not do so himself. He was able to correct the prob himself and seemed happy to do so. Great service and i will be happy yo stay again the next time we are in town which is several times a year.
