Great location! 10 minute walk to Rialto bridge and St Mark's Square, and water busses available everywhere. Hotel room was huge with king size bed in the loft. There was even a small kitchenette and refigerator. We also had a balcony with gray pavilion views. Checkin and checkout was easy! The bathrooms in Italy are always a challenge with toilets flushing and hot water for showers, but nothing against the location. Would definitely stay here again!

So easy. The location is great. The apartment was large and comfortable. They held our bags after check-out so we could continue to explore without luggage. Everything you need to enjoy the city with ease.

Hello we stayed at Ca Mariele , appartment #1 for two nights From Oct 8 to Oct 10, we were a family of 4 , 2 adults, 2 kids , flew from US to Venice On arrival we requested for a different apartment as when checked in , we found mold smell in it and my children started coughing Afterwards my wife called 3 times for these complaints through out first day with no one picked or returned call Our discomfort was due to ; 1 mold smell in big room , 2, spider webs in both rooms 3 stained, unwashed comforters When we finally spoke to a lady on 9 th october in evening, the lady on phone kept arguing rather than helping We are quite disappointed with the stay and request to at least refund one day stay We emailed the photos to the owner However the owner’s attitude was quite non professional, rather than acknowledging they blamed us for leaving the application dirty ( we paid for hefty cleaning fees ) It looks the minute we demanded to return half the rent , they got annoyed and started Attacking rather than apologizing for poor service and non professional attitude We want to make sure other people get what’s shown in the ad on Expedia I have all the photos to submit to expedia

Spacious room and good location - but, our toilet was broken, not fixed even after reporting , and mosquitoes were present in the apartment. Note that there's no lift so you are out of luck if you are on top floor.

Located in a quiet area away from the tourist hot spots but still close enough to everything. The place was spacious for a family of 4 and having a 2nd bathroom was a huge bonus. We will stay here again.

Great location and easy to get around. As well as several restaurants and cafes near by but not in a touristy area. The only thing I have to complain about was it wasn’t as clean as I would of liked. Needed dusting, mold in the shower, and the walls had a lot of scuff marks and dirt on them. Linens and towels were very clean.

This was amazing value for the money. The apt style provided a lot more space than a average hotel room, Staff were extremely friendly and informative. It was very central and walking distance to a lot of amazing site seeing areas. I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed here for 2 nights. Extremely loved it. Super clean and right near the closest attractions. It was hard to find because Venice streets are particular but overall loved it. The owners were super friendly and it was simple to get in. Everything was perfect! Grazie molto!

My friends and I stayed here last fall and absolutely loved it. The front desk person Matteo was so kind and accommodating; he gladly waited for our late arrival (which we messaged about prior) and made sure we were all okay and recommended a lot of restaurants in the area. The room itself was gorgeous and spacious, the location was convenient to all of the popular sights and a variety of stores. It has no lift/elevator because Venice buildings are old, but thankfully we were fine without it. Getting used to Italian showers is a weird experience as they don’t come with full shower doors or curtains, but the bathrooms were clean and stocked. We will definitely stay here again.

This property has a great location and was very spacious for our family of 4. We did have a sink that clogged the first time we used it and we called right away. We were there for 2 nights and it was never fixed That was the main downside. We were unable to use that sink our entire stay

Easy checkin. The spartmwnt was as described except for the 54 steps we had climb. Central to everything. Enjoyed Venice!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay. The location is phenomenal - easy walk to most of central Venice's sights and the vaporetto stops. We found an amazing cafe in the square nearby where we had breakfast. We had a lofted room, so the children had their own bedroom. It was remarkably spacious for a European city.

Mixed opinion. The location is awesome - an easy few minutes' walk from the S. Angelo station on the Canal. Less than 15 mins to St. Mark's Square, and a coffee cage two doors down. But the unit has issues: the floors are slanted throughout, meaning we had to switch pillows to opposite end of downstairs bed. Downstairs shower is dysfunctional with a handheld sprayer and a narrow glass quarter-door so water gets everywhere. And a kitchen pantry-thing with no dish soap or paper towels or towels. For the price and location, it was great for us, we just didn't sleep well at all.

We only had one in Venice and stayed at the the beautiful Ca Mariele aprtments in Venice. Lovely decor, very clean and great location. Self check-in and very clear instructions on transportation options from the Airport made this a very enjoyable stay.

There was urine smell inside the room and bedding. The shower is unusual with no curtains or doors so be very careful with water splashing everywhere. It is in a convenient location to nearby shopping area. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the train station. When we arrived, the water bus workers were on strike so we couldn’t take water bus to our hotel. Fortunately we didn’t pack too much since there were many bridges with steps to cross. We were there end of May 2023.

The sittingroom was large with a television,couch, chair, dining table with chairs and a small kitchen containing a fridge. The bedroom was up a stair and it contained a very large bed and two bedside tables. Also there was plenty of storage space throughout.

We loved our stay here and will return. A warm welcome awaited us and the apartment is in an excellent location and is perfect in so many ways. A few small changes would make a big difference, such as a kettle in the kitchen (provided after we requested one), a coffee pot, basic toiletries (two small bath foams were all that was provided) and a hook from which to hang the shower head.

Good checkin and ability to sotre bags the next morning a bonus. Good location , , clean and spacious enough for the 3 of us and bonus of 2 bathrooms. However the plaster on the wall in the main bathroom was falling off above the shower. Otherwise great place and would recommend to others to stay there

The Hotel location is perfect. The rooms are somehow old, with broken and dirty furniture. We had breakfast included but very little was done about it (just some croissants and yogurts). The lack of cleaning was evident in many areas of the apartment. Hope they will improve for next time.

Very nice apartment. They provided excellent details on how to get there from the airport. Bigger than expected. Nice washroom as well. Very well located. Few minutes from San Marcos square. We had breakfast just right beside and it was nice. The cleaning lady was super nice. Walkable to every place in Venice.

Nice location but the place was falling apart, Literally! We had water coming through the ceiling on our first day with no explanation. Someone had placed a bucket and towel there to catch the water drips. Walls in both bathrooms were moulding and paint coming off. Rotten beans above our head. Shower was blocked. Room was very clean and the bed was comfy but that’s about all that was good with the property. You can also hear every single footstep above your head and each time someone in the building flushes the toilet or uses the water it is super noisy. We didn’t sleep until 3am one morning from all the internal noise. They give you an emergency number to call as there is rarely anyone on site but the last thing you want at midnight is to wait for someone to turn up and explain that the property is old and the water leak coming through wooden beams, can’t be fixed, so we didn’t bother. If you want a good location but very run down broken room, this is the place for you.

Nice apartment but needs more kitchen items like coffee maker, glasses, plates. Breakfast they provide is only cookies and boxed juices. Sofa bed is very uncomfortable. Bed upstairs is good.
