Amazing hotel in every single way. Right in the center of everything. Staff go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The rooms are very clean and well taken care of.

Perfect for a few days of exploring Venice. Location was short walking distance to all of the tourist attractions while not being in an overly busy area. Definitely recommend if you want a cute stay that won’t break the bank in a convenient location.

very close to the water bus to and from the airport. The Giglio stop is only 3 minutes walk. Didn't need to go far with luggage and back pack it's conveniently located. The walls of the room is a bit thin. You could literally listen to the conversations. Fortunately after 10:00 it has quieted down.

Older building,small rooms. Staff is friendly and helpful. Better to go out for breakfast than pay $18.00 Euro at the hotel. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by.

Excellent location close to the Giglio vaporetto stop and, more importantly, no bridges to cross with your luggage. Easy walking distance to all the sights and close to high end shops if that is your thing. Breakfast was a bit disappointing but the coffee was excellent.

Our time at Albergo Bel Sito e Berlino was excellent! The hotel is beautifully decorated in ornate vintage Venetian style furnishings with a pretty lobby lovely, peaceful common areas to relax in, and small cozy bar area. There is also a delightful inner courtyard garden with tables and chairs open day and night for further relaxation after a hectic day wandering around busy Venice. The breakfasts were extensive with various special dishes that varied each day as well as daily eggs, potatoes, bacon, cereals, breads, pastries, yogurt, juices, etc and of course made-to-order delicious cappuncini. Our room was spacious and gorgeous with a view of the church opposite the hotel. The room was well appointed with mini fridge, coffee/tea maker, plenty of storage, large flat-screen tv, and excellent air conditioning. The bathroom was wonderful - beautiful, large and modern with a walk-in shower with excellent water pressure.The staff were all very professional, polite, very helpful and always smiling. Dear staff member Ashan was especially delightful and we enjoyed seeing him each day. We loved this hotel and look much forward to again returning - this is the only Venice hotel we wish to stay in! Really convenient for the water taxis and for visiting St Mark's etc. Very friendly and helpful staff. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept in (and I've done a LOT) and the air conditioning etc worked well. We opted for included breakfast and that was pleasant. Not amazing but certainly good enough to set you up for the day and was tasty and good quality. We loved our stay in this hotel and would certainly stay in it again.

This was a lovely hotel just steps from the Piazza San Marco. Although the room decor was slightly dated, the staff, service and location more than made up for it. The breakfast offered was also wonderful, and the bonus was that the canal dock closest to the hotel was literally less than 100 meters away (this is huge in Venice since you don't want to drag your suitcases down the narrow streets and over the canal bridges). Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel, excellent location, friendly helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Room was clean and good size. Excellent continental breakfast. Highly recommend a visit and would stay there again. Also very convenient for the water taxi.

In a word, FABULOUS!! From the moment we arrived the receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. All the staff throughout our stay could not have been more helpful, from the waiters at breakfast to the maids that cleaned our room. The room itself was very clean and tidy, with everything you need, from clothes handling space, large mirror and enough sideboard area to put items on, the only thing missing perhaps was a kettle and coffee/tea making facility. The bathroom was a little on the small side however, the fixtures and fittings were of a very high quality and the shower was excellent. The room we stayed in in overlooked the beautiful church opposite and the piazza next to hotel. The breakfast selection was continental style, with plenty of choice from cereals, fruit and hot items all of great quality. The location from the hotel is very central to to all the usual sights, St. Marks Square to the Rialto Bridge. The hotel could not have been two minutes from the Vaporetto (water bus) stop of S. Maria del Giglio which is very handy especially if you have suit cases etc. Thank you for a great stay!!

This was a lovely hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, lovely breakfast! Bed and shower very nice. Excellent location! 4 minute walk to St Mark’s square. The water bus stop was a one minute walk and if you want to splurge on a water taxi they have their own “dock”. We would stay here again if we return.

Excellent location from vaporetto stop, and hotel is facing a beautiful cathedral. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Antonio was super. This hotel made us very comfortable and wish we could stay longer. Definitely we will come back again.

This is an excellent small hotel near San Marco where we've stayed a number of times. The rooms are small, but then that is the nature of much Venice accommodation - the facilities are just fine. The staff are very helpful, the breakfast excellent, and the bar and outside seating just what you need for chilling in Venice.

Stayed in Venice for part of our vacation. Amazing concierge and Marco was very very helpful. He knew the answer to everything we asked. Breakfast was great as well. Room was cozy , bed kept coming off the frame though. Would stay here again. Location was central.

Our stay was wonderful. My husband and I stayed for three nights and had our small dog with us and the hotel was very accommodating and even had a dog bed, water bowl and even dog food. The room was super comfortable and the AC was strong which was great because it was really warm outside. The staff were very kind and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay.

An amazing experience overall. The hotel staff are very helpful and nice. The rooms are clean, bathrooms renovated. We had a room overlooking the canal with gondolas passing by throughout the day; sometimes with singers and music. Hotel is located close to the main shopping district and S.Marco square, but just far enough to be quiet and peaceful. The water taxi stop is just steps away; easy transfer to the airport.

I LOVED this hotel. I will be coming back! As a solo girl traveling, the staff was always so kind and helpful. It was walking distance to everything I wanted. It was so clean and the theme fulfilled all of my Versailles fantasies. I will be coming back here!!
