Property was clean and easily accessible. Staff was amazing. Very attentive and friendly. The front desk gentleman went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. Room was amazing and clean.

The room was clean and comfortable. Nice area to walk around outside if you brought a pet.
Our room faced Virginia St, one of the busiest streets in town. The sounds from the road were so unbearably loud. We couldn't get any sleep until after 1230, then noise picked up again at 5am.
7.0
New clean facility within walking distance to the Peppermill.
Unfortunately, the walls and glass were too thin, made it difficult to sleep with all the noise from the road traffic on the main street.

Spacious room which was very well equiped. The beds were very comfortable. The included breakfast was fabulous with a lot of choice. The staff obviously worked very hard to provide a great breakfast in the morning.
The gym was very nice and the roof top pool and spa were a real highlight.
The location was really great too, it was a short walk from the beautiful Victoria Lake Park.
A few more towels in the room would have been good, as well as separate shampoo and conditioner rather than combined in one product.
5.0
the breakfast
the sofa bed was horrible, rooms were not cleaned well and were only cleaned every other day (which we were not told at check in), shampoo/conditioner are stuck on the bathroom wall with tape and kept falling off, the parking lot design is horrible - one way in and then if you dont find parking you have to back all the way out

With smoke down town looking BAD a lot of people hanging out abandoned buildings it’s not like it use to be I like the pepper mill

Very friendly staff upon arrival. Clean room. Spacious. Quiet. Pet friendly. The breakfast.
The breakfast had tons of products. But very limited gluten free options and nothing was labeled. There was bacon, but it was resting on bread to catch the grease.

The food for breakfast was very good too.

Location close to airport and beautiful apartment we were allocated.

Nice bed
I could not believe that they did not have a grab bar in the shower!
Also, the shortest path from the garage goes to a door that is LOCKED at night, the path is NOT covered, and the path is not smooth for rolling your suitcase. Planned for looks and not utility or convenience.

Very clean room, comfortable bed and bedsheets, excellent breakfast.
Having a toilet in the pool area so you don't have to go back to your hotel room if you need to use the bathroom.

Excellent customer service! Staff was accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was included and they had happy hour offerings.
Pull out couch was very uncomfortable.

Great new hotel - rooms and area is nice.
Paying for parking and the lack of an airport shuttle are both annoying, especially for their location.

Location. New area. Upscale up and coming area. Walk to sprouts and dining.
Beautiful decor. Great breakfast. Super friendly staff. Nice bar and food option on site.
It is a little bit noisy as you can hear the traffic at least from our side. Worth the view though. Beautiful mountain view.

Breakfast and their staff were amazing. Very clean room and well situated. Front desk staff also exceptional resolving some small issues
Bathroom shower water pressure was ridiculous. Room lighting is very poor, uncomfortably so
Shower floor way too slippery with no mat

Check in experience with the friendly and polite staff was really welcoming.
Spacious studio with 2 queen bed and 1 double sofa bed, we slept 6 people. Perfect for 4 people, 6 people to share a bathroom is an issue.
The kitchnette is very convenient with a sink and basic equipment.
Comfy beds
Hotel style lobby is high class.
Breakfast was a real 5 stars quality - excellent variety of food & very delicious, good services, good seating space. A special compliment to Suzie, the kitchen lady who prepared hot crepes, she served every customer with great patience and nice manner.
Excellent location, 2 blocks away from casinos and restaurants area.
Secure parking next to hotel. Need to pay US$10 for parking.
Will definitely come back. Highly recommend.

Love when you first walked in the staff were super nice and how clean and nice it was inside.

Breakfast was fantastic and the location was great. It was also very quiet and clean.
The property is listed as "dog friendly" which it was, but that was in name only. Aside from the the small grass area outside of the entrance with poop bags, there was nothing for dogs. I know this is not a dog themes hotel, but if you list yourself as dog friendly, at least provide a water dish, or a dog bed, or treats. Especially if you charge people extra for having a pet, which btw wasn't listed as an extra charge in their listing here.

The Hotel itself is splendid and very clean
The staff at the front desk extremely welcoming and helpful.
My requests from room service were taking care in 5 minutes.
The room are very specious, clean , bed are confortable.
I only slept one night coming from Las Vegas but after dropping the family at the hotel I went to get food 9 pm and I still had choices around the area.

The view if I didn't look down. The fact I wasn't charged for parking.
The room was not the one I booked. It was VERY small, had a massive echo and if you opened the window.... traffic all night. Was completely confused as to why the side walk from the garage to the front door was broken up into concrete chunks. I had to get my wheel chair out into your drive through rather than use the side walk. Part of the garage was cut off with no signs which created back up traffic... the breakfast was COLD, very sad. Our room was stuck behind two VERY heavy locked doors which made it very difficult to move our luggage one handed or move the cart through the door at all. There was no stopper present! Just all around a very sad experience for the price I paid for the room!!

The most amazing vibe ever! It doesn't even feel like you are in Reno! The pool and hot tub were fabulous!!

The comforter was dirty, there was no soap at the bathroom sink or anywhere in the room and the body wash in the shower was empty.

Beautiful new hotel, clean and in a great location. Big pretty lobby with a lot of seating, breakfast included, but we didn't participate. Free onsite parking in parking garage. Beautiful rooftop pool and hot tub. Nice kitchenette, sink/fridge/cabinets/counter
Parking garage is not attached to the hotel, you have to walk quite a distance from the parking garage to get to the hotel front doors which was awful in windy cold weather. It is also not clear how to walk out of the parking garage, we walked out to the area you drive in and out as we couldn't find any walking path or signs to get out otherwise. After we got out we saw a sidewalk coming out of the parking garage, but it ends in the dirt area where the chairs are with pavers plopped here and there to trip on, picking back up after the dirt area, so you couldn't push your cart that way. There is a big drive up in front so you can pull up and unload before parking. No one in the lobby waiting to help, although there were carts to push out to the parking garage or front of hotel. We called ahead to make sure the hot tub and pool were open because it was April, and we were told they were open so we booked. We got there and the gentleman at the front desk told us the hot tub wasn't working, but the pool was. I told them we called ahead to check and I was considering canceling the booking since it wasn't. He quickly ran the card and told us we could go to the Atlantis to get in a hot tub, it is right down the street and we could probably just walk in without being a guest. I was pretty upset as we had been traveling all day and healing from a broken back, then told to go to another destination for something I was told was operating currently. Pretty disappointing to say the least. I would have just booked at a casino for the price and had a hot tub, but not being in the smokey casino environment was a plus. We checked the pool and it was warmer than a normal pool, but too cold to get into in April. Right on the street so you can hear the traffic. It is a nice and shiny new hotel, but don't stare at the carpet, you'll get dizzy from the pattern and maybe not notice that none of the base board is even. It bows in and out.
