Friendly Native #304 Come enjoy your St Pete Beach get-away! Just cross the beach parking and you are on majestic St Pete Beach enjoying the sand between your toes! Walk to the north to witness St Pete Beach's "Secret Garden" or walk to the south for a 2 mile workout to the famous Don Cesar. Spacious, 2 Bedroom condo on the second floor. Look out the window to see the beach and magnificent sunset views! 1 bedroom has a King bed, 1 has a double/full bed and the living room has a sleeper sofa (full). The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and all kitchens essentials to enjoy your vacation. This property offers a heated pool with plenty of seating for guests. You can chat it up with neighbors or relax and keep to yourself and read a book. Distance from Beach: Beach is located across the street from Condo and over the dunes (boardwalk): 125 feet +/- to the beach 300 +/- feet to the water. Units 100-400 are around the pool, Units 500-800 are around the shuffleboard Court. This is unit # 304 in building 300. Please see picture with Friendly Native Condos circled to gauge distance. It's super close! Electronic lock box for flexible/late check-ins Wi-fi, cable included. Linens & towels are included. Unfortunately, there are no laundry facilities onsite and routine housekeeping services are not included with these vacation rentals. Beach Towels are available to rent @ $5 each from ACT Vacation Rentals Beach Cabanas, chairs and umbrellas are available for rent directly in front of condos, on the beach. There are also plenty of surf stores within walking distance. There is a community charcoal BBQ area on site as well as bike racks. A close walk to many beach restaurants and bars. Shopping is close by. Many guests do not bring a car, however an electronic parking permit is included with your stay, if needed! Sorry, no pets/animals allowed per HOA. Strongly enforced. We all had such a great time and Roger is a wonderful host. We stayed here last year and came back because the location is perfect. The condo has everything you need. The kids loved being able to walk to the beach and also loved the pool.

Great location, easy to walk to places and very close to the beach. 4 stars because it was quite smelly. It smelled very damp and dank in the whole place. Otherwise it was fine. Bring your own pillows

Water pressure was horrible in shower. No hot water in shower. Tv was not user friendly. Location was great.

Super close to the beach, was able to walk to all restaurants/bars. Would def. Stay again! Bathroom could be cleaner, and shower pressure could be better. Also, bring your own towels because limited supply of those, especially if you are staying for several days. Bought our own dish soap for dishes, which should have been provided. Also brought our own paper products. Otherwise it was a great location.

The Location was good. Parking could be tricky if you leave during the Day. The Price was way to high for what you got. The Beds were Dated . The Towels we had to use over and over because we were only given 4 Big Towels for 4 people for 9 Days.. The Cleaner I know didn't mop the floors before we came in because when we took off are shoes are feet were Brown in 15 minutes.

Over all I am very pleased with our stay. Only a few complaints. The water pressure in the shower was horrible and we had to wait a bit for the water to heat up. I was unable to connect to the wifi during our stay. Also, the beds did not seem like a true queen size as advertised. All of that said, we truly enjoyed our stay and will be back. The location was amazing!

The unit was well stocked with cookware, glassware and everything needed to cook and eat food. Just be sure you know that there is no dishwasher to clean and sterilize the dishes. There is also no disposal for food waste. So if you are willing to do the work, the place is ideal for a chef.

Last minute reservation due to unexpected visit. I know the area well. This location is excellent, across the street from Upham Beach, with quick food at Paradise Grill, walkable to bars and restaurants along the beach and Corey Ave. The condo itself is spacious, but missed the mark in a few areas that really count. Dishes were dirty, no dishwasher. The shower wasn't clean, shower head didn't work, and impossibly small. Internet was not working, and Roku ID was needed to watch anything besides basic cable. That said, owner was responsive getting shower replaced second day, and "borrowed" Wi-Fi from neighbor... Not great for bandwidth though. Don't expect welcome goodies...
Basic soaps, wash clothes, paper towels need to be purchased. Got through a week, but won't be back. Place needs some TLC for a proper rental.

I'd say a 3 1/2 out of 5.
This was a cozy little place. I definitely think it's due for some upgrades. No tvs in rooms.(Must have when you have multiple kids). The bathroom door wouldn't lock and was hard to close. The shower was like camping it was so small, with no water pressure. The toilet led was not there so it was replaced with a plastic lid(weird). Other than that it met our needs.

There are restaurants in the area to walk to (The Buoy, 82 Degrees, Toasted Monkey, Rick’s Reef, Paradise Grill and ice cream on the Main Street! Try Ice&Cream Creamery, you won’t regret it)
Our condo was #304 and had floaters, 2 skim boards, sand toys, 2 boogie boards, pool noodles, nets, an umbrella and 2 mats for the beach! The condo also had a decent sized pool with lots of floaties and pool toys! Our condo had 2 beds and a pull out couch with extra blankets and pillows! The kitchen was also very well equipped with pots, pans, utensils, spices, cups and bowls!
We were so happy we stayed here!
The communication with the owner was superb and very prompt!

Nice unit
This unit looked freshly remodeled and was quite nice. Nice pool view and you can see a little ocean. Beds were nice as well as the bathroom. Our internet never worked but we never called about it because it kept our kids off their screens. The distance to the beach was even better than expected. Its maybe 200 yards to the waters edge. I would recommend any unit in this property simply because of its location. Walking distance to at least 20 restaurants and a ton of other stuff.

The pool maintenance was an issue early in the stay but looked better after another guest called and maintenance stopped by. Internet was out but they got us onto another condos network quickly. The AC isnt the greatest so condo felt a llittle damp. We knew no laundry on site but dodnt think it would be a big deal. It was more inconvenient than I originally thought as we only have enough towels for a day or so until we needed to run to laundry to get towels dry. Parking was never an issue and was very close to rooms!

Small and no balcony
We paid $1400 for six days in the off season and could have done much better. While the location is good, the unit is small, has no laundry facilities on the premises, and most of all has no outside access. (No balcony or patio.) We felt like we were cooped up in a city apartment, while the beach and ocean were just outside. Pool was good and location was fine, just a short walk to the public beach. Great outdoor grill just a short walk away. No dishwasher (not really a factor for us). Was nice to have beach chairs and mats available for use. Note that owner requires you pay 100% up front a month in advance, which made me a little nervous.
Owner claims that he did not mislead us, but the pictures of the condo complex show units with balconies overlooking the beach, so I would disagree. Buyer beware when renting from this agency. While it was listed at $125 a night, by the time all the owner fees and service charges were added, it was close to $250. (almost double the listed price). For that price, I just felt like we could have got something where you could actually sit outside at night and enjoy the ocean, not closed up with a t.v. I can get that at home!

Our condo was perfect - location was great - perfect size. Walking distance to all our favorite spots. Condo had beach chairs which was nice. Can't wait to go back !!

Great location and view!
The condo had most everything we needed for our stay and is nicely updated. The beds were comfortable and the area is quiet. A cooler would have been nice and the bathroom could use a fan to eliminate mold.

Cant' say enough about the location! The beach was 150 ft away. can't beat it. Easy access to restaurants and stores. The unit itself was great as well. The unit was very clean and well stocked! The only issue was Wi-Fi ( was a bit spotty).

Great place to relax!!
Great place stay! We stayed in an updated condo. Everything was clean and it had everything just like home. The beach was across the street ( condo had beach items to use), restaurants and convenient stores were within walking distance. No car needed because you can ride the trolley up the coastline to other beaches. The owner of the condo check on us to make sure everything was was ok. I would definitely go again and I will be telling family and friends about our great stay!!
