A quick drive to Carnegie Mellon, University of Pittsburgh The Space: This is an entire apartment with a private entrance and private parking spot. Enjoy the exposed brick, spacious bedroom, and brand new fully stocked kitchen Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire apartment. No area is shared and everything is private. Guests also have their own designated parking spaces, in the lot right outside of the front door The Neighborhood: Charming Mount Washington is known for its panoramic city views, from spots including Grandview Avenue’s Restaurant Row, home to upscale seafood and Italian restaurants. The Monongahela and Duquesne Inclines are funiculars that climb the hill to lookouts like Grandview Overlook. Point of View Park has a bronze sculpture of George Washington with Seneca leader Guyasuta, while Emerald View Park is laced with trails. Very convenient and small but perfect sized stay for a week with my husband. Close to everything and very easy to find. Couch and bed aren’t super comfortable but good enough to get you by.

The property is attractive and clean. The only thing to note was the TV had no input and no amount of fiddling could activate the Firestick. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and our time in Pittsburgh.

This place was easy to access and the private parking was a huge perk! Not the most comfortable couch or bed, but for not spending much time there it was okay. Jenna was great to work with!

The location of the property was perfect for what we'd planned to do in Pittsburgh. Walkable to coffee and some restaurants, corner store. Parking is great. Little nerve wracking, as a single mother with two small kids in tow, because the door and parking is dark at night and the entrance is in the back of a building. No real windows in the unit, but plenty of lighting. Clean and perfect size for the three of us. Wasn't able to figure out how to raise the volume on the TV, wasn't sure if it was a noise issue, given there were units above. My only real concern is there weren't two exits or windows that could be broken out in case of fire (bedroom in the back, exit passed the kitchen area), but I'm super sensitive about those things, given my kiddos. Overall, it served its purpose at a reasonable price, was clean, owner responsive and I cannot emphasize enough the location.

Was not sent code to access and the bed was very uncomfortable. Other than those two things the state was very nice, very clean very bright and welcoming.

We stayed 2 nights and spent time in the city and Mount Washington, the location was perfect for us. We had everything we needed and it was quiet . Wonderful people lived next door ,we felt safe and secure being there.

Place was perfect for a travelling couple. Short drives to all Pittsburgh attractions. Clear directions provided by the property manager, and an accurate listing. Did not utilIze any of the neighborhood recs but all appeared to be very close. Overall nice space.

Jenna sent an email explaining checking. It was very thorough and we didn't have any issues finding the place or getting settled.. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was just a short walk to several bars/food and the Mount Washington overlook. We were able to Uber everywhere, driver had no issues finding us. We had a great time, thank you.

I really loved this place. Convenient location so close to Grandview. The inside was lovely, modern, clean and comfy. The only thing I didn’t love was the fee-fi-foe-fum footsteps of the upstairs neighbors. I got used to it after a few days. Would stay here again.

The apartment was sweet and furnished nicely for our short stay. The mattress was uncomfortable. So would want that improved. Also could not get Television to work but not there to watch TV! All in all, my experience was good.

Pros: Comfortable, good price, safe neighborhood, quiet (I slept great), amazing views of the city nearby, restaurants and bars nearby. Also, the host is very responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. Good hot water and water pressure in the shower. Cons: No windows except small kitchen one that lets in light but you can't see out of. The bedroom is dark like a cave and it was hard for me to wake up. Public transit to downtown not super convenient (but possible). Overall, I would recommend this place. And go eat at Shilo Gastro, walking distance away.

This property was perfect! Farthest we traveled was 11 minutes to one of the places for drinks and food. It’s a great spot for a weekend getaway. Very clean! Jenna was easy to deal with and she was very prompt on getting back to us! We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at this place. We had everything we needed and it was all clean! Slightly removed from the city it is a good spot to get away but still have access. Plenty of restaurants right around the apartment as well.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay during our trip to celebrate our anniversary and see a Steelers game. Communication was great from the host and the rental was very clean. It was exactly as expected and we would stay here again.

This spot was perfect for what we needed! It was very clean and it was nice to have off street parking right next to the apartment door. Check in process was simple and we enjoyed the keyless entry. Great spot for walking to the Duquesne Incline to hang out in Station Square. We highly recommend staying here!

My husband and I travelled from Michigan for our anniversary. Jenna was great at communicating for check-in and when we arrived the apartment was clean and inviting. The place is just as pictured! The only hiccup we ran into was the parking. There is parking on-site; however it is for small to mid-sized vehicles. We drove our F-150 and it was tight. We were able to get parked because the spot next to our assigned space was empty the entire weekend. Getting out was tricky, but doable with the space next to us empty. This did not put a damper on our trip, as we planned to Uber to and from the city anyway. When contacted about the parking, Jenna was quick to help and offered to see if any of the neighbors could trade spots for the duration of our stay. This apartment is not far from the city. It was easy to get an Uber when needed, but we did also walk to the incline and took in the view and then took it down to the city and walked to our destination. Easy to find as well.
