The closest bus stop to our home is about a 2.2 mile walk (up a hill) making public transportation really not feasible from the house but once downtown there are plenty of options. Please remember that a car with 4 wheeled drive is recommended in winter and is required if snowing or has snowed recently. Parking: Free parking on premises 4x4 vehicle is recommended in winter due to steep road to access home and driveway. If there is snow or ice, it is very difficult to climb the road to our house without 4x4. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am per Santa Fe's short term rental ordinance. Please help us keep short term rentals alive in Santa Fe by being respectful to the neighbors and ensuring you keep to the quiet hours. Pets are welcome but do need prior authorization and a $150 pet fee. Please contact us if you wish to bring your pet along.
