Whether you're in town for business or pleasure, this home has it all. - Space is professionally designed and crafted with large groups in mind. - Design incorporates local flavor and international culture, such as the Egyptian door pieces that welcome you upon entering our home. - Indoor chef's kitchen is fully stocked with essential cookware. - Home features a large front porch, yard, and screened-in back porch. - Shared pool and outdoor space - Private pool is typically heated/temperature controlled from Labor Day through Memorial Day. (Waterfall is not currently not operational) - Laundry (washer/dryer/iron) - Free Wi-Fi - All beds feature Tempur-Pedic-quality mattresses and silky, high thread count linens. - All bathrooms are immaculate and include essential toiletries and stacks of plush cotton towels. Guest Access: The entire home is reserved for your exclusive use. Please note that the backyard and pool are shared with the carriage house. At our home you are a short stroll from Forsyth Park, and the city’s best bars and eateries are all at your fingertips. This is a safe, family-friendly location. All guests after booking will receive a personalized list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience. Getting Around: We are within walking distance to Forsyth Park, SCAD, and other area landmarks. Uber is a convenient and cost effective way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets. We are located about 20 minutes away from the airport by car. Other Things to Note: *IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS*   -We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older. -We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.  -We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.   -We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment.  -Pets are not allowed at this property.  -Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted. -We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations. Interaction with Guests: You will have complete privacy here, however, every question or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is keyless; there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.
