What a wonderful, quaint property located in the farmland of Sonoma. Very well kept clean and everything we needed. Would love to come back when it’s warmer and will likely stay here again.

This modern farmhouse is a gem. Ten minutes from Sonoma and about 20 minutes to Napa it's location was perfect. Although a five acre farm, the landscaping is fastidious and fresh eggs were an unexpected fun surprise.
The home and secondary building were lovely, well appointed and presents exactly as it does online -no surprises. In our search we communicated with the owners who were responsive and kind, booking was seamless and we were comfortable with the entire process. We loved ending our day with a swim and the gas fire pit was great. We sat in the outdoor patio and were disappointed we didn't have time to utilize the absolute stunning appliances and bbq's - wow! Driving to Sonoma and Napa was easy and the scenery was lovely - we were thrilled and had no complaints whatsoever. We were six woman who expect clean and well appointed amenities and we were not disappointed, nor will you be.

This was our third time in the Napa/Sonoma area. The first two trips we stayed in a hotel in Sonoma (MacAurthur Place) and Napa (Archer). We wanted to try VRBO this time. We picked a gem!
Newly renovated house with a very tasteful farmhouse touch. It's hard to explain how many of the "little things" they thought of when creating this retreat...too many to list. Two bedrooms in the main house and another in the "pool house". A most impressive outdoor kitchen/dining/relaxing area! Wow! We hired an chef to cook us dinner and decided to eat outside because of the fireplace. It was chilly at night and there wasn't a formal dining space big enough for 6 in the main house. The neighborhood is decent...a little run down but fairly quiet. It worked for us. We used the pool a couple times but it was pretty chilly so we didn't get as much use as we would have liked. I paid to have it heated which was probably a waste.
AND....this place is walking distance (or very short drive) to Lou's Luncheonette. This is a MUST for breakfast before heading out for a day full of wine tasting!!
My only suggestion when booking this house is to book it in the warmer months. There's a lot to enjoy outside the house (pool, kitchen, pool house living room, garden) I felt like the temps limited our full enjoyment of the property.
Overall, this was the PERFECT house for us. High end finishes and beautiful grounds. Not to mention, it was very convenient for us!!! We'll be back...but in warmer temps!

We were in Sonoma for a family wedding and needed a place for our family and my mom. This house was more than we could have hoped for. The property is beautiful, the setting quiet, the backyard pool + outdoor kitchen and lounge area is stunning. The pool house was as beautiful and as well appointed as the main house. Highly recommend!

Right on the line of Carneros wine region, bridging Napa and Sonoma is this lovely, well appointed home. Set on a quaint farm that is beautifully maintained and equipped with pool, gorgeous outdoor entertaining area, and lots of space to spread out and feel privacy while staying with others. Walking distance to Lous Luncheonette (highly recommended!) and a few wineries and vodka distillery. It is the perfect base camp if you plan on checking out Sonoma, Napa, and all thats in between. 15 minutes from downtown Napa and 8 minutes from downtown Sonoma. Great laundry room on site with all you need, well equipped luxurious kitchen. Wishing we stayed longer. Thank you to the hosts for creating such a beautiful place to stay!

This property will not disappoint!
The outdoor entertainment area is just what you need when in wine country! Close to both Napa Valley and downtown Sonoma. After a day of shopping and wine tasting, come back and enjoy the outdoor pool, outdoor kitchen and relax! We had 3 couples stay here and it was amazing. There is even some fresh strawberries and tomatoes growing on the property that you can enjoy as well as fresh eggs! The price is on point too!

We have rented many homes on VRBO and I can say this is one of the few that was better in person - the pictures don’t do it justice! The house has everything you need. The outdoor garden was amazing and our daughter loved picking fruit and veggies to eat. The chickens and farm fresh eggs were an extra treat as well. The property is conveniently located (we walked to a few tastings), but also feels very private and secluded. We hope to make this an annual trip and look forward to visiting again.

The property was beautiful and relaxing which is what we needed. From picking fresh tomatoes and strawberries in the garden to fresh eggs from the chickens on property and a fully equipped kitchen.
The property was more than advertised when we arrived. We loved all of the outdoor grilling options and leveraged them for surf and turf night.
The property was very quiet and relaxing. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again.

We loved the house, grounds and location. The house is very well maintained and equipped. I do think we must have been one of the first guests this season because the house was a little musty. But the air purifiers and open doors did the trick! The listing was a little unclear about whether the pool house was included in the rental (we thought it was) but we were fine with the space we had. Communications with the hosts were easy and we loved the farm eggs and garden!

We had a lovely time at this farmhouse in Sonoma. The house is fully stocked and was perfect four our couples trip. We had a chef come to make dinner one night and otherwise it was a nice escape in wine country for a few days. It is perfectly located and we would definitely come back.
We didn’t get to use the outdoor space much due to weather and was a little confused about the outdoor area that has a separate bedroom and outdoor kitchen - but it was unnecessary for our needs.

I took my staff there for an employee Christmas sleepover and had dinner down the street at Carneros Inn. The property is beautiful , it was a bit confusing as to where we were actually staying from the pictures because there is a big room attached to the outside space that we did not have access to, but if I were to return, and I would. I would make sure that I had the entire property not just the smaller house in front and not the bedroom off of the pool hang out area. I would highly recommend going when you have access to the pool , we were there on a rainy weekend so we really didn’t get to use the pool or the fire pit or the outside amenities but I would like to go back and experience that. Overall, it’s a very charming property.

We loved our time at this property! The outdoor space was amazing. The outdoor kitchen/eating area is everything we could have wanted.. and more! My kids loved the pool, walking through the vines, time on the tree swing, and the sweet chickens. The indoor kitchen was really well equipped, which made preparing our Thanksgiving meal easy.
We would definitely book again!

This was a perfect place for our weekend winery getaway. The location is great, easy access to both Napa and Sonoma.
The house itself has everything you can possibly think of, one of the best stocked rentals we've had. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor kitchen space and also the fresh eggs every morning.
Would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends and certainly will stay here again!

This place is a rare find. Super clean, spacious and just overall amazing. So many different areas to eat and enjoy family time. I can't say enough about this place, but everything is even better in person. Our kids loved checking in on the hens for eggs and picking veggies from their garden to make breakfast. The owner and hosts were super kind and understanding to our last-minute situation. We can't thank them enough! Seriously one of the best vrbos we've stayed at. Hope to be back again.

Wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, pool was warm and outdoor kitchen / dining area was amazing. My children had a blast collecting eggs, and exploring the bountiful vegetable garden. Location is very conveniently located yet secluded & private. The communication with the property management team was friendly & efficient. We would definitely stay here again!

This house is truly amazing. Clean, spacious, well equipped and beautifully decorated. The living space was great with a large island, plenty of space to put your things and a great screened porch. The house was a 10 by itself but what made it even better was the property! We had breakfast from the chicken eggs and garden vegetables several mornings and enjoyed the beautiful heated pool (very warm which was perfect) as well as the covered outdoor area. I only wish we had more time to enjoy this beautiful home. We hope to return!

Truly felt like home away from home. Everything was first class from the moment we booked the property to rent. Very communicative and incredible kind owners to work with. The property was impeccable from every little detail, everything so thought out and beautiful. The fresh farm eggs was such an added bonus! We wanted a place we could go with our friends that we could all be together and enjoy our time in Sonoma and we all said we nailed it with this property. The pool, views, and awesome outdoor space was perfect. We loved it all and will definitely be coming back!
