Perfectly located on the west side of downtown, the condos will put you just 10 minutes from Forsyth Park, 15-minute walk to City Market, Riverfront, and endless dining, attractions, and pubs. The Space: Co-located on one single floor, all four units are distinct in design but provide the same level of luxury, comfort, and style. Color-coded doors greet you as you enter the condos through the freshly remodeled foyer. Step inside to any one of the four units and enjoy natural color tones accented by beautiful hardwoods, exposed bricks, and original touches. Two units feature two bedrooms and one bathroom, while the other two are efficient units with one bedroom and one bathroom. Find a fully appointed kitchenette in each unit that provides major appliances, an induction cooktop, and custom butcher block countertops. Small appliances, cookware, dishware, and utensils fill the kitchens, making cooking and enjoying meals easy if desired.
