About this condo rental
Situated in Barcelona, this lovely condo for £169 per night is a great option for your next break. Cozy sunny house with 3 bedrooms, (6-7 people), 100m2, well connected in a quiet area, with a wonderful terrace and incredible views to the Tibidabo. Completely furnished and equipped. AA. Optional Parking. In a little hill close to Parc Güell and Tibidabo, you will find our house in a quiet and save Neighbourhood, called Vallcarca. Oriented to south, south-west, our house has privilege views to Tibidabo and the green Collserola and the sun all day long. Perfect place for one or two families and business trips. Also perfect for People that want to be close to the Hospitals Chiron or Vall d'Hebron. You will find 5 minutes at the metro station L3 Penitents That Directly connect in just four stops With The center, and different buses easy to move across the city. If you move with car, we are close to minutes to the main city road Ronda de Dalt and can Provide you of a parking place. We will be close to you, so the guest needs anything just will Have to ask! We can Provide you with children cot, baby stroller and toys. Also with beach towels and parasol. We will give our guest Also if need, and the local tourist information.

We stayed 4 days in Barcelona. The hostel was great. Wonderful view at the hills and the town. Everything was clean. Good equipment and everybody had his own bedroom.
The host lives downstairs, friendly contact and no difficulties.

We selected this property due to it listing having air conditioning but in reality they have 2 Air cons, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. The owners ask that you do not run these while you are away making the apartment very hot to come to after being gone all day, and then they have a wired 3 hour timer set on these air cons so you have to set an alarm to get up in the middle of the night to turn back on the air conditioner.
Another bad situation that happened to us is the 30 flight of stairs to get from the street to the apartment at night time they have a 30 second timer on the lights so they shut off half way up the walk way, very unsafe.
They also supply you with one towel only, no wash cloth, no beach towels were ever offered as the family left on holiday as we arrived and never responded to any of our complaints except that they said that they have had thousands of guests and no complaints, but never responded to our complaints.
So if you are looking for an air conditioned flat i would pass this one up right away and choose another one as they do not work!

Perfect place to stay to visit Barcelona, easy to get to metro and a good place to relax after a day's sightseeing. Hosts very helpful and plenty of local information.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The views were great, the place was clean and spacious and the owners were easy to communicate with.
It should be noted though, there are a LOT of steps and hills in this part of town. If someone in your group has mobility issues it could be a problem. For us though, the views were worth the steps.

The apartment was clean and spacious for my daughters and I. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The property owner is on-site in the other apartment and is very responsive to any requests/ questions. There are a lot of helpful tourist materials in the apartment. The apartment is up hill from the metro and there are about 3 flights of stairs so it’s not for everyone, but this lends to the incredible view from the patio. My only suggestion for the owner is to add a few fans. Thank you for the fantastic stay!!

The property is great! Quiet neighborhood, clean, great views and easy walking distance to a metro station. Anna was so easy to communicate with. And we are thankful that we got a chance to meet her! My family and I would highly recommend staying at this property!

Lots of room & very well setup. This is a residential area, which is a nice & quiet change from the Ramblas. Guest must be able bodied as there are lots of steps from the street to the apartment & down to the metro. Recommend using a taxi service if you have large luggage like we did. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and the lovely views from the terrace.

Come to Barcelona and have it all! Cool neighbourhood, on the L3 Metro which takes you to the best places, all while staying in the coolest apartment with the best views of Tibidabo. I'm coming back :) Super great host, couldn't ask for anything more.

Lovely quiet location. With very large balcony to enjoy the sun when relaxing after a long day exploring this wonderful city. Tha apartment is well equipped. The area is a bit hilly but even with 2 of us with dodgy knees we managed. Some nice little bars to get breakfast on the way down to the Center.

Great Family Spot
We really enjoyed our stay and especially the terrace and amazing views. Anna was so responsive our entire stay including before we arrived when we needed to drop our luggage before check in, providing umbrellas when it rained, and even a bottle of wine! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Estupendo apartamento y muy bien equipado
El apartamento es muy bonito, cómodo y muy bien comunicado en metro. Cocina completísima y con suministros como detergente, café o azúcar, que se agradece mucho. Se puede aparcar en la puerta sin coste ni limitación horaria. Unas terrazas estupendas con espectaculares vistas. Es para repetir, sin duda.

Location très bien située . À deux minutes du métro à pied .
À l’intérieur , tout est fidèle à la description. C’est spacieux, propre, bien aménagé.
À l’extérieur, magnifique vue bien dégagée . Il n’y a pas de barbecue.
Le système à code pour entrer est très pratique . La communication avec la propriétaire est impeccable. Bref , tout était parfait !

Très bel appartement avec terrasse et magnifique vue tout confort très bien équipé il y a vraiment tout jusqu'aux produits de toilette dentifrice etc....un grand merci à nos hôtes pour leur accueil.
Petit bémol le barbecue qui figure sur les photos qui en fait n n'existe pas.

Sehr schönes Appartement mit toller Aussicht und gutem U-Bahn-Anschluss
Wir haben mit 3 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern eine Woche in Barcelona verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und groß genug für 5 Personen. Jeden Tag haben wir die Terrasse mit traumhaftem Blick auf den Tibidabo genutzt. Die nächste Metrostation ist einen kurzen Fußweg entfernt und bietet so einen schnellen Anschluss ans Stadtzentrum. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Very nice apartment
We have a lovley stay in the apartment. Clean, calm, great view to Tibidabo and very nice host Anna. The metro to all sightseeing spots is in walking distance (3 Min.) Thanks for a wonderful week in Barcelona.

Anna and her family was wonderful hosts and I hope we will get back to Barcelona in the future. This is a great apartment with everything we needed.

Wonderful place
We rented this wonderful villa last May/ June for one month. It had a beautiful view up to the mountain and walkable to plenty of places. The metro was close by to get all over Barcelona.
Anna and her family was wonderful hosts and I hope we will get back to Barcelona in the future. This is a great apartment with everything we needed.

This flat was perfect for our 3 generations. 92,52 and 17 year olds. It is located out of town but near a Metro stop. It was an uphill trek to the flat and then up some more steps to the flat but my dad was able to do it! All of the furnishings and fixtures are tasteful and top quality. An unbelievable experience!
We had a living room, dining area, great kitchen, three bedrooms and two baths with fantastic views. Nicely located near the Metro, so it was easy to get around. All of this with beautiful furnishings, and did I mention the views? Would recommend it highly, especially for a family. Also a great value!
