The apartment is on the second floor, it's 60 square meters, very bright, with a view on San Zulian square and Calle larga street. From here you can comfortably walk to any part of the city, discovering the most hidden areas, the less known streets and squares and at the same time enjoying the pleasure of being a stone's throw from the San Marco basin in an authentic Venetian residence. Bright apartment of 60 square meters, consisting of large entrance hall, living room, small well-equipped kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom with shower. We spent a wonderful 5 days in Venice. The appartment is clean, pleasant and well furnished. The location is perfect, 5 minutes away from St Marco. Serena, our host, gave us clear indications on our arrival. She was very welcoming and made us feel at home. We highly recommend the place.

Nice Apartment in a great location. Many restaurants and shops right outside the door. Easy walking to St Mark's 5 minutes and Rialto less than 10 minutes. Close to a nice market and plenty of dishes and small appliances for anything you might want to cook. Serena was a great host!

The apartment was minutes away from St
Mark's Plaza, yet in a quiet plaza. It's two flights up with a view of the activity below. The kitchen was stocked with the basics and there are two grocery stores nearby. It's a great place for two people to stay comfortably. Buy fresh seafood at the Rialto Bridge and cook a great meal in your own kitchen.
Serena was a.very good host. She met us at the vaporetto stop and guided us through the maze of Venetian streets to the apartment. Serena kept in touch throughout our stay and answered our tourist questions about her city.
We'd happily stay in the apartment again.

My husband and I stayed in Serena's one-bedroom apartment and it was wonderful! It is beautifully maintained, large, bright, super-clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The location was perfect--close to Piazza San Marco, shopping, restaurants and a short distance to the boat lines.
Serena was easy to work with when we set up our visit. We were met at the Rialto stop by an acquaintance of Serena who was very pleasant and helpful--she also spoke fluent English, which was great since we speak no Italian!
We highly recommend Serena's apartment and hope to stay there again!

My husband and I stayed in Serena's one-bedroom apartment and it was wonderful! It is beautifully maintained, large, bright, super-clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The location was perfect--close to Piazza San Marco, shopping, restaurants and a short distance to the boat lines.

This apartment is in the perfect location in Venice. Located just steps from the Piazza San Marco. Shopping and restaurants are also just steps away. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. I was a little concerned about finding the apartment in Venice but Serena arranged to have a friend meet us at the Rialto water bus stop. From there it was about a 10 minute walk to the apartment. I think there was one set of stairs between the Rialto and the apartment. The apartment is on the second floor with two sets of steps. The apartment has a small kitchen with everything you need including a coffee machine. It was very clean. The coop is close by for groceries. Serena's friend gave us tips on Venice and recommended some great places to eat. The festival that she recommended was very cool. We stayed three wonderful days in Serena's one bedroom apartment. The apartment is in a great location very close to Saint Mark's Square. As was mentioned in previous posts, it is in a bit of a noisy location. It quiets down around midnight. When it was time to leave, we jumped back on the water bus to the Roma stop where we got on an express bus to the airport. The time from the apartment to the airport was about one hour. I would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Venice. Thanks Serena for a great experience.

L'appartement est situé à 5 minutes de marche de la place St-Marc. Une épicerie Coop était aussi très proche ce qui était très pratique.pour tous nos achats d'épicerie
Serena est venue nous chercher de l'arrêt du Vaporetto et nous a conduit jusqu'à l'appartement et elle nous a même aidé à monter nos valises ! Puis elle nous a donné plusieurs conseils concernant les endroits à visiter, les restaurants, etc....
La chambre à coucher est grande et le lit très confortable
Salon avec espace pour une table et 4 chaises et muni d'une unité de climatisation murale
La cuisine est petite mais fonctionnelle et elle est bien équipée de tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour préparer vos repas.
Le service était impeccable et dès que nous avions besoin de quelque chose, Serena s'occupait de nous et s'assurait de nous donner un service rapide.
Serena est une personne très agréable. Elle s'occupe bien de son appartement et s'assure que ses invités sont confortables et ne manquent de rien.
Je recommande fortement cet appartement et si jamais je retournais à Venise, je sais que je retournerai chez Serena

The apartment is ideally placed to explore Venice. St Mark's is a short walk away and other areas are easy to reach. Being so central meant we could beat the queues for St Mark's and the Doges Palace. There are plenty of places to eat in the vicinity and Serena has a list of recommended restaurants. Although the apartment is very central, it is in a quiet location. We visited Venice in February when it was cold, but the apartment was warm and cosy. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this charming apartment.

Cosy apartment in a central location
The apartment is ideally placed to explore Venice. St Mark's is a short walk away and other areas are easy to reach. Being so central meant we could beat the queues for St Mark's and the Doges Palace. There are plenty of places to eat in the vicinity and Serena has a list of recommended restaurants. Although the apartment is very central, it is in a quiet location. We visited Venice in February when it was cold, but the apartment was warm and cosy. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this charming apartment.

Angenehmes Ambiente in ruhiger und doch sehr zentraler Lage
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Trotz der zentralen Lage nahe S.Marco ist es sehr ruhig.
In der Nähe sind viele Lokale und ein Supermarkt. Serena hat uns gut beraten und bei Fragen gerne geholfen. In der Wochenmitte kam die Putzfrau und wechselte die Handtücher, sehr angenehm. In der Wohnung liegen auch viele nützliche Informationen zu Venedig bereit. Wir waren begeistert und werden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

We spent six nights in the Grecale appartment , and found it absolutely delightful. Very well located, in a relatively quiet very central location.
Beautifully appointed and furnished place, was a delight and we looked forward to coming back in the late afternoon after our many visits around Venice.
Furnishings are of a very high standard, beds very comfortable, bathroom spacious with great shower.
We highly recommend this lovely flat in central Venice, and will not hesitate to return and also to recommend it to friends.
Serena, the owner is very pleasant and committed to her guests comfort and satisfaction.. She also ensures housekeeping of a very high standard.
