Property was great. Walking distance to tons of shops and restaurants and to the water! Only item was the listing said 4 bathrooms and there are only 3. Was not a problem for us though!

This was a great place to stay for our 5 days in Barcelona. We are a family of 4 with 2 young adult children. The space offered privacy for all of us, the location allowed us to walk easily to the Rambla, the beach and the gothic quarter, and the property managers were so kind, thoughtful and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!!

We booked the apartment for our stay in Barcelona prior to boarding our cruise ship. It was just a quick five minute walk from the apartment to the cruise bus shuttles. We were also very close to La Rambla and the Gothic Quarters so no taxi or bus required. The apartment’s kitchen was fully equipped. Beds were comfortable although quite low to the ground. The roller blinds in the bedrooms when closed were excellent in keeping the noise out and the room dark for sleeping. The pullout couches were not the most comfortable but we mainly sat outside around the table on balcony when we were in the apartment so no big deal. The unit was very clean and check in was a breeze. Only thing about the apartment that baffled us was that the posting said three toilets and we never did find that third one. Other than that, would recommend the apartment for anyone looking for a place to stay in Barcelona.

We enjoyed staying at this location. You could walk anywhere. Lots of space in the condo and the shower in the one bedroom worked very well for 2 couples. Pierre was helpful and responded to questions we had. Thank you

What a great Place! The accommodations were spacious and comfortable--there were 7 of us. The location was excellent and secure--just a 5 minute walk to the Metro, La Rambla, and the waterfront. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. Cassia even met us at the apartment at 3 AM to let us in and orient us to all of the amenities. It was a great value and we would definitely stay again!!

The apartment was a great size for a small group of adult friends enjoying the city for the first time. It was a bit further from most of the tourist attractions than I realized, but the subway is nearby and easy to maneuver.

We had a wonderful time staying in this apartment! There were 6 of us and it fit us all comfortably. The location of this apartment is a quick walk to the gothic quarter where there is plenty to do. The apartment is close to a metro station which allows for easy access to other areas of the city.

Overall great place, would definitely recommend for families!

Cássia met us at the apartment and was excellent. Our only issue was we thought we were getting 3 full bathrooms.

Location was perfect for us. Close to everything. Walking distance to Barcelonetta, supermarket, hop on hop off bus. Cassia, our main contact was very helpful and recommended great places to eat and helped us get where we needed to go. I would recommend staying there and would do it again. Great place for families! This property is perfect for anyone wanting to explore the beaches and city of Barcelona. The communication with the property owner was outstanding. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to experience what the city has to offer.

The apartment was very nice very clean located in a nice area. We had a problem with the cable box but Pierre got it fixed right away. The only thing I would suggest is having books there that tell you what to do with the garbage and the recycling. We did not realize until the morning that we left that there were recycle bins and garbage bins out front. Our stay we feel was perfect would recommend and would stay here again.

Close to the Metro - Close to Las Ramblas - Nice clean rooms. It is spartan in nature but a nice place to stay. Great Balcony as well as location is just fantastic. Easy walk to everything you need.

Pierre and Cassia were greats hosts, very friendly and courteous.

The apartment is in a good location near Ramblas, public transportation, and the waterfront. It's a great value. However, the air conditioning broke down while we were staying there, which resulted in a lack of air conditioning for two nights during a hot summer stay. It required two repair visits to fix it over two days. Pierre initially thought it might have been our misuse but as the second repair showed, the air conditioner required substantial repair to work correctly. What is also important for any guest to know is that there is only one air conditioning unit for the whole apartment and it is located in the hallway which connects the three bedrooms and the main living room. Even at maximum strength was is not strong enough to keep the apartment cool during our summer stay. Also, because it is in the hallway, the option you have for the evening is either to leave the door to your room completely open to access the air conditioning or close your door for privacy and get no air conditioning at all. Anyone needing privacy should consider this limitation. Pierre and Cássia were both responsive. Pierre was accommodating to welcome our group. Cássia was apologetic about the air conditioning. On the same block of the apartment are neighborhood grocery stores with a variety of products and a restaurant on the ground level of the building which was very convenient. The apartment is clean and in a great location for the visit. Pierre is very attentive to our needs and is very helpful. We have some shower/bathroom issues during our stay but Pierre has it fixed right away. The AC was not strong enough for the whole apartment but Europe was going through the highest heat wave during these past weeks. Pierre brought fans to make up for it.

Very nice apartment in Paral-lel with very good location. You can walk almost to every important sight in the city and all amenities are easily reached. Apt was very tidy, kitchen was well equipped and everything worked well. The block is quiet, you live like a local people there without crowds and noise. The Apt is really very good value for your money comparing the quality and location. The owner Pierre and his friend Cassia were both very helpful and kind persons, thank you very much for both of you helping us to have a great week in Barcelona!
