About this condo rental

Situated in Incline Village, this lovely condo for £399 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Beautifully remodeled, two story, two master suite condo on the water! Gorgeous small, quiet, private complex on the beautiful north shore of Lake Tahoe. We have owned in this complex for 50 years, but recently purchased the prime end unit and proceeded to gut and remodel entirely. It is comfortable and classy. There are two master bedrooms upstairs with en-suite baths. One has a walk in shower while the other has a 6ft jacuzzi tub/shower combo. There is a half bath downstairs. Each one has a Cal King bed. This condo is ideal for 4 adults but not suitable for young children. The brand new kitchen is fully equipped. There is a full size washer and dryer. We have three 55" televisions There is a deck with stunning lake front views off the living room and one off the master bedroom. We also have a private, paved patio for relaxing and grilling. We are located directly on the lake with a private beach, marina and swim platform. There is a magnificent walking path for two miles along the lake shore. Diamond Peak Ski Resort is 5 minutes away. Northstar is 15 mins while Squaw and Alpine are 1/2 hour. Tahoe City is 15 minutes away as well. There is world class golf and hiking just minutes away. Incline Village has shopping and restaurants, but with a small town, quaint feel. We feel that this is the best location on the lake! Hands down!

Beautiful home with stunning views of the lake. All kitchen needs accounted for. Stocked with spices & condiments. Beds super comfy. Very quiet & peaceful. Host easy to communicate with and very friendly. Will definitely return.

We absolutely loved our stay in Lake Tahoe and this rental added to our trip. The place is even nicer in person. You are directly on the lake with amazing views. The place has been remodeled and very cute. We loved staying in Incline Village. It is quieter there but that is what we wanted. It is easy to drive to Tahoe City and Emerald Bay and only 40 minutes from the Reno airport. Moreover, the communication was stellar and could not recommend this rental enough!

We have stayed here before and love the location. The view of the lake is enchanting and we love watching its many moods as the sun crosses the sky or as a storm moves through. Comfy and well stocked, definitely one of our favorites!

The owner promptly responded to all inquiries, offered recommendations, and provided check-in information well prior. The property is beautiful and views of the lake can't be beat. We did not cook but it appeared the kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need. Linens and mattresses were fabulous. All around 5-star experience.

Both the location and the lakefront condo were peaceful and beautiful. One couldn't ask for anything more in a property. And communication with the owner was always easy. We were sad to leave, but we know we will someday return to this slice of heaven.

My wife and I were very reluctant to leave but unfortunately we had to. We love the Tahoe area and this home helped to make it especially relaxing as we were able to have our afternoon tea on the balcony after spending the day hiking and touring. Communication with Mary was terrific and she made us feel so welcome in her home. We highly recommend staying in this home and will do so again in the future. Thanks so much! Phil and Theresa

Perfect experience. Condo one of the nicest if not the best we have ever rented. Absolutely beautiful location right on the water, and gorgeous interior. The owner was wonderful to work with from the time we rented until we checked out. If ever in Tahoe again, this is only place we will stay.

We loved our stay at this lakefront townhouse. The home looked as though it had been completely remodeled and newly furnished and decorated. We loved the comfy sectional, leather chairs, and slept well on the comfortable king bed. The kitchen was equipped with everything you will need, and most of the home looked out over the private beach and lake (including the two decks). We really appreciate the thought and effort that went into decorating this home, and hope to return to lovely Incline Village soon!

Cannot say enough good things about this home, location and the owner. We truly felt at home. The homes decor is perfect. So comfortable. The view is absolutely picturesque. You are literally right on the water. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure everything is going well and has recommendations for everything that we asked for. This is our second year being lucky enough to stay in this little piece of paradise!!

This was the perfect place for my father/daughter trip. This townhome was completely renovated several years ago. The layout is wonderful for gathering downstairs and sleeping upstairs. Contacted Mary about a couple of things and she responded immediately. The decorating and design show extraordinary attention to detail and quality. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, cozy bed and bath linens. And the photos don’t really do justice to the wonderful view and beach. We had not a single complaint—go for it!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was perfect! The views are amazing! We loved being right on the water, listening to the waves crashing, almost felt like the ocean. A much-needed weekend away with my hubby and daughter at a beautiful, updated residence with a sublime view of the lake! So modern, warm and a bit hi-techy. Mary was super responsive and pleasant, which is very important to me. Would book again in a heartbeat. My husband brings up our experience there at least once a week! He is hard to please, but this place knocked his socks off. : )

Couldn’t ask for a better view in incline village. The condo was perfect for my wife and I. There is a second bedroom so would be great for 2 couples. We would 100% stay there again.

Mary is a great communicator and quick to respond. Her place is beautifully furnished and warm and comfortable. It is in the perfect location to walk and do any outdoor activities. We recently spent 5 nights in this condo on Lake Tahoe. It is beautiful from top to bottom, perfectly located in Incline Village, and has stunning views of the lake. I can honestly say it exceeded our expectations. Communication with the owner (Mary) was easy and prompt. We took her recommendation for dinner at Soule Domain the last night we were there, which was a perfect ending to our time in Tahoe. If you are considering a vacation in Lake Tahoe, this is the place to stay!

My fiancé and I made last minute plans to go up to Tahoe to ski and we stumbled upon Mary’s beautfil home in Incline Village. Immediately upon arrival we were blown away by the views and promptly had a relaxing drink on the deck! The home was phenomenal, great location, and Mary was so nice and quick to contact! Overall had an amazing experience and will definitely keep this place in mind next time we head over to Tahle!

The view of lake tahoe is unbeatable. You can see the lake directly from the living room. My wife does not sky thus stayed inside when my kids and I went skying. She enjoyed the scenic view a lot. The room is recently remodeled and very clean. We enjoyed a lot during our stay will try to come back in the summer.

The lake views from the condo were beyond our expectations! So peaceful and beautiful to see! We were were also excited to see the snow on the grounds too while we were there. The condo was spotlessly clean and had new furniture, decor, appliances, kitchenware, linens,.... It was well equipped with everything we needed to cook meals. Beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of closet space and dresser drawer space to store our clothing for the week. Bathrooms were great too! Mary, the owner, was great with communication before and during our stay. She went above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. We had time to tour the whole Lake Tahoe area during our stay and we were very happy we ended up at this property in Incline Village. It couldn't have been better!
