About this condo rental
Situated in Lisbon, this charming condo for R 2,597 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. A new apartment in an old building completly restored. Air Conditioning. You dispose of six single beds that you can turn into three double beds of 1.60m x 2.00m. You are in the center of Lisbon, within a couple of paces from two of the most spectacular view-points of the town: Nossa Senhora do Monte (80 m) and Miradouro da Graça (300 m). The street breathes the calm of a small village, and though, all kind of shops, restaurants and transports are a few steps forward. The famous tramway nº28 which drives you to the main centres of interests crosses the street. From that hill, the highest of the capital, you can get to the lanes of Alfama, the castle São Jorge. A lot of restaurants are waiting for you, and they propose typical plates such as sea-food and grilled fish. You can eat eat in the neighbourhood for six euros per person, we have good restaurants to commend you. Welcome to Lisbon!

The perfect place to stay in Old Lisbon (Graca). You are on top of the hill with everything the city has to offer right at your feet.
Joao was a discreet host and we had no complaints. The apartment was cozy and roomy enough for four adults. Everything you need is not more than five minutes away and the moment you step out your can start enjoying the old town. The apartment is situated above a lovely ally with several wine bars. If you like to sleep with open windows - it’s lively at night. And… the apartment has individual air conditioning. Very nice, if not needed in January.

We loved our stay here in Lisbon! You are at the top of a hill so beautiful views and a huge apartment! Nicely decorated and actually comfortable furniture. Great restaurants near by and ask Joao for his favorite and go! Definitely a 5 star stay!!

Great apartment in Lisbon. Great views. Room for 6 adults (there were 3 of us). Grocery store is just around the corner. Public transportation (Tram 28! and bus) just around the corner. Numerous restaurants nearby. Joao is a great host and easy to communicate with. He met us at the apartment and gave the full tour and explained everything. Full kitchen. The apartment is a 15-20 minute walk downhill to the commercial district/metro, the tues/sat flea market, etc. Would stay here again.

The apartment was very nice and well located. The host "Joao" was very accomodating and helpful. The listing is well representative of the apartment. Very comfortable for our party of 5. Parking can be a challenge for large vehicles but doable with care. Local transportation very convenient. Highly recommended!! Thank you Joao.

We landed in Lisbon 6 hours before our check-in time, but Joao let us leave our bags at the apartment after the previous guests had checked out, which allowed us to explore the city hassle free. Joao was very accommodating and his apartment was beautiful. Very spacious and clean, with incredible views out every window. Beds were comfortable - 3 beds with different firmness. Air conditioning in every room. We felt safe here, and it was very quiet at night with all the windows closed. Graca is the perfect area to stay while in Lisbon, it has a much more local vibe and is less busy with tourists. Some of the best views of the city are from this area. We loved it and would stay again.

The house is in a great location and we were overall happy with our stay.
What made us very uncomfortable (and caused me to rate the check in process low and the overall experience 3 out of 5) was that although we had paid 100s of dollars of fees on top of the rental fees, the property manager took extra cash (10 euros per adult) when we checked in for “taxes”. I checked with VRBO and he wasn’t supposed to do so. Not OK.

This three-bedroom apartment is wonderful! Everything we needed was there for our family of two adult children, my wife and me. On the third floor, there is an elevator but the stairs are fine - and the views of the castle, river and city are superb! Graca is such a great location with many fine restaurants in easy walking distance (Augusto Lisboa for brunch; Cafe da Garagem for afternoon and evening drinks and a great view; Graca 77 and RendezVous for dinner). Joao was very helpful on arrival and the check-in process was easy. We all loved your apartment, Joao! Thank you!

This is an AMAZING property. From the moment we booked it until our last day, it was an excellent experience. The apartment is in a great neighborhood, lots of shops, restaurants, grocery store and easy transportation to all of Lisbon's major sites. You can also walk from the apartment into the center of Lisbon in about 15-20 mins, downhill and stunning views of the city as well as the surrounding streets. The apartment is large, well appointed, quiet, and safe. Joao was an amazing host, easy to communicate with, answered all our questions and had suggestions, contacts and airport pickups for us. Do yourself a favor and stay at this place, you won't regret it. We LOVED it!

We just finished our stay in this wonderful apartment! Couldn't be happier with the spacious accomodations, the views from the bedrooms and living room, and the location! The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed and very comfortable. It was located within walking distance of many beautiful sites and neighborhoods. Bring your sneakers! The host Joao was very accommodating and extremely communicative with us every step along the way. We loved it here and will definitely stay again on our next trip to Lisbon!

Make sure you pack tennis shoes for this trip! Great location and an apartment that has all that you need for a super stay in Lisbon. The owner was great and very communicative. We had a showerhead break and it was fixed immediately. The owner went above and beyond to answer any questions about the area and even let us know about upcoming city celebrations to participate in. Mastering public transit was fairly easy and highly recommended. We rode the trollies, buses, metro, subways, and trains to access several cities around Lisbon. It was very affordable. There is a ton of things to experience in Lisbon. Always check for closing on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays prior to planning your day. But, also take advantage of public transportation systems to visit neighboring towns. We rented a car a few times also and that was also affordable.
Many thanks to the owner for the beautiful view every morning and a clean, safe place to stay during our month in Portugal. The washer and drying rack were a big bonus as were the two full bathrooms. The entire apartment had air conditioning, but the fresh sea air off the coast was usually enough to keep us cool.

There were four of us and we found the place to be perfect for what we needed it for. The kitchen was well stocked and the rooms were a decent size. The views were incredible from each bedroom. It was close to restaurants and grocery shopping, as well as the tram to get to where you needed to go. I would stay there again.

4 women stayed in this clean, well appointed 3rd floor apartment with elevator (you have to go down 1 flight of short stairs to access it). Lots of room with 3 bedrooms (super comfy beds), 2 bathrooms (one with a tub), full sized refrigerator, washing machine with soap, lots of coffee pods, teas, sugar, salt & pepper. The neighbourhood is fairly quiet. There is a Wine Bar that can get loud but the shutters on the windows block it out. Location is great, close to Tram 28 and grocery stores. The best look-out point in Lisbon is just a short walk up the block! There is a helpful binder pointing out taxi numbers, instruction booklets of appliances/TV and various pertinent information. Lots and lots of maps and books of Lisbon on the bookshelves that were very helpful. The owner is also very quick to respond if you have any questions. Also arranged an airport transfer for us for a very early morning flight. I highly recommend this apartment!

I spent a month in João’s condo and family joined me the last week. Lovely, clean condo and having a dishwasher and clothes washer was perfect. It is located in Graça neighborhood, on the highest hill but the views of the St. Jorge castle from the bedrooms and the city and Tagus riverview in front were awesome. Ubers are very reasonable and plentiful. The Pingo Doce full supermarket is less than a block away. Pastry shops, local restaurants and overlooks are local. You need to be aware of required tourists taxes which are not included in the VRBO charges and will need to be paid in cash at the property at check in. I would definitely recommend this lovely condo to all my friends and family members. In addition, a garage can be rented for an additional fee and would be a Godsend if you require a car. Parking and driving would be quite the challenge to an American! Thank you, João, for being so gracious and helpful!

Apartment was well stocked with laundry detergent, dish soap, and toilet paper. Plenty of towels, as we were there for two weeks.

We stayed in Nuno's apartment for Christmas. The location is perfect - a walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, and a beautiful castle with breathtaking views of the Tagus river. The location offers a garage, but we decided to Uber everywhere in Lisbon which worked perfectly and cheaply. The kitchen is well furnished and the apartment is very clean with comfortable queen/king-size beds. I would definitely stay there again. Just a quick reminder for those who travel to Portugal. There is a tourist tax charged at the time of check-in, 2 euros per person/night to be paid directly to the owner - cash. Safe travels!

Our stay at Sao Vicente was great. The location was excellent. The views out the windows and up on the top of the street are beautiful. Monday to Saturday the streets are bustling. There is a great bakery and coffee shop located through the walkway and down the street. We discovered the bakery halfway through our stay and we went even morning after that to have a latte and a baked good. The apartment was very clean and spacious enough for our party of 4. The host responded quickly to the one issue we had. We were very pleased with our stay at Sao Vicente and would highly recommend this accommodation.

We were delighted with the location of this property. The apartment is on a quiet street, but everything we needed only 1 street away. Groceries, restaurants, bakeries, shopping and tram stop. Kitchen had everything we needed to have breakfast, or cook a nice dinner, when we decided to stay in. Slept 6 comfortably.Would stay here again for sure.

Well-stocked kitchen, able to do laundry, lovely breezes throughout.
There’s a decent Pingo Docé grocery store around the corner, and lots of restaurants, including through the little archway alley you see from the windows. I enjoyed the pizza a lot.
You can get good exercise and fabulous views walking the uphill route from Martim Moniz, or catch the 28 Tram, or a taxi for about 7€.
João was very helpful to get me checked in, and very responsive. Especially kind when my existing booking at another property was cancelled on very short notice. Definitely a super-host! I would absolutely stay here again.

This apartment was special. We loved everything about it. The location can't be beat. Views from the apartment were spectacular. Loved being in this area because of the local feel. Restaurants at your fingertips, plus the little shops for bread and veggies were right around the corner. Would walk up to the park every day for the views out over the city. Everything from check in to check out was perfect. Can't wait to go back someday.

The apartment had everything you could need and is very close to plenty of places to have coffee, dine. and shop for food. It was very comfortable and with lots of windows making it bright. We are walkers so walking to everywhere was fine for us thought I am sure trams would take you into the center of Lisbon. I would definitely rent it again.

Joao, the property owner was very communicative with me and a wonderful host. He could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The location was ideal. Very quiet but easy access to restaurants, groceries and metro. The apartment was perfect for 4 of us. Luxuriously, my sister and I had our own bedroom and shared a bathroom. The couple we traveled with had their own en suite. I hope to return to this lovely spot
